Corp-GG 2026 Bundle: the institutional kit is signed off by compliance, not Marketing

Corp-GG 2026 covers the corporate's provision for three sensitive sectors: federal, state and municipal government; the northern-border IMMEX sector with plants in the US and Canada; and the sector regulated by the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities. Kit curation is worked on with the corporate compliance area, not the Marketing area, because each piece must pass the regulatory compliance review before being delivered to the recipient. The compliance window is 60 business days because the piece requires approval from the compliance officer and, when applicable, the corporate legal area.

Corp-GG curation and compliance

Corp-GG curation starts with a briefing with the corporate compliance officer and, when applicable, the legal area. The briefing gathers the programme scope (government sector, IMMEX, PLD, controller's office), the recipient roster, the legal restrictions per sector, and the assigned budget. With that base, Corp-Merch.MX proposes piece-by-piece curation and pieces are approved with the compliance officer before going into production. Curation also considers the value cap per sector: MXN $10,000 for federal public officials, variable amount for state and municipal officials, no limit for the corporate's own employees.

Corp-GG curation works with pieces selected for durability, trajectory and verifiability: Montblanc, Waterman, Parker pens; Moleskine, Leuchtturm1917 notebooks; Yeti, Thermos, Stanley termos; 3M, Honeywell, MSA personal protective equipment. For pieces valued above MXN $80,000, we run article 93 LISR compliance with SAT declaration and corresponding ISR withholding. For pieces delivered to public officials, we run General Law on Administrative Responsibilities compliance with the authorised executive's declaration form and institutional relationship documentary backup.

Fiscal compliance of Corp-GG

Corp-GG operates under four distinct fiscal regimes depending on the recipient's sector. For federal public officials, pieces are delivered under the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities regime with the authorised executive's declaration form and institutional relationship documentary backup; the value cap is MXN $10,000 per gift per year. For state and municipal public officials, pieces are delivered under the applicable local legislation regime, with the authorised executive's declaration and documentary backup.

For IMMEX plant employees, pieces are invoiced as employee provision with unit key E48 and benefits-chapter compliance with the Federal Labour Law, with temporary or definitive import pedimento and Carta Porte 3.0 for the border crossing. For financial-sector employees, pieces are declared under the PLD regime with recipient identification and commercial relationship documentary backup. For internal controller's office, pieces are invoiced as employee provision with the corporate's internal regulations compliance. Corp-Merch.MX coordinates with the corporate compliance officer and, when applicable, the legal area on the full Corp-GG documentation.
