Corp final bundle: the last order of the fiscal year
The corp final bundle operates in the Mexican fiscal year-end window, when marketing, HR and internal-communications departments execute the budget they didn't spend during the year. It's the kit delivered at the corporate holiday party, the year-end dinner, the December board meeting, the shareholders meeting, and the last working day of the year. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at fiscal year-end close with full deductibility for the client, and the entire operation (order, production, delivery, invoicing) runs between 15 October and 31 December.
The Mexican fiscal year-end and budget execution
The Mexican fiscal year closes on 31 December, and the corporate that operates with budget discipline has until that date to execute the budget assigned for the current year. Budget that doesn't get executed goes back to the company's reserve or gets lost, depending on each group's internal policy. For the areas that have merch, internal-communications, marketing or HR budget, fiscal year-end is the time to execute the remainder.
Execution concentrates between 15 October and 31 December, with three critical windows: the first is the Buen Fin week (mid-November), when Mexican corporates usually place big orders because internal operations are focused on commercial promotions; the second is the first half of December, which is the safe delivery window before collective vacations; the third is the last week of the year, which runs with express courier and reduced hours.
The corp final bundle is designed to operate in any of those three windows with advance production and guaranteed delivery. The pieces are selected for workshop availability in high season: textiles with immediate capacity, ceramic with safety stock, local products with reserved inventory in advance. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued with the actual delivery date (not the order date) so the expense registers in the correct fiscal year.
For corporates with multiple legal entities, we issue separate receipts per entity with consolidated delivery at the central warehouse. The invoicing operation is coordinated in advance with the client's accounting area to confirm the close calendar, applicable USO CFDI keys, and the tax regime of each entity (Régimen General, RESICO, Plataformas Tecnológicas, etc.).
Components of the corp final bundle
The bundle runs in three versions depending on where the budget goes: employee close kit (5 pieces), client close kit (4 premium pieces), and board or shareholder close kit (3 high-end pieces). All three versions are invoiced in the fiscal year and delivered between 15 October and 31 December.

How fiscal year-end invoicing works
Mexican fiscal year-end invoicing has specific rules that the corporate knows well but is worth remembering. The CFDI date must match the actual delivery date of the goods or service provision, not the order date. For merch delivered between 1 and 31 December, the invoice is issued in that window. For deliveries scheduled for later dates, the invoice is issued at the moment of actual delivery.
The USO CFDI depends on where the expense goes: G01 (merchandise acquisition) when the merch is delivered to an external client and is deductible as a commercial expense; G03 (general expenses) when delivered to an internal employee; N01 (payroll) when the recognition is delivered as part of employee compensation. Validation with the client's accounting area in advance is key to avoid later cancellations or USO CFDI changes.
The 16% IVA is broken out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For deliveries to free zones, the IVA is calculated at 0% rate and the Free Zone complemento is attached. For deliveries with Carta Porte (typical case of interstate or inter-state shipments), the Carta Porte 3.0 complemento is attached with vehicle ID, carrier and origin-destination of the shipment.
The complemento de pagos is issued when there are partial payments. For corporates with 30-day payment, the initial CFDI is issued at delivery and the complemento de pagos is issued when payment is received. For corporates with advance payment, the CFDI is issued with the legend "Pago en una sola exhibición" if payment was received before issuance. The complete fiscal validation is done with the client's accounting area before the first invoice of the close.
For corporates with multiple legal entities, invoicing is segregated per entity with physical delivery consolidated at the central warehouse. Each legal entity receives its corresponding CFDI with the entity's tax address and the delivery destination can be different (for example, one entity invoices and another delivers). This setup is common in business groups with holdings and operating subsidiaries.
Year-end calendar and seasonal constraints
The Mexican fiscal year-end has an operating calendar that the corporate executing year-end budget should know in advance. The first constraint is the saturation of personalisation workshops that occurs between 1 October and 15 December. Workshops that normally have capacity of 5,000 to 10,000 pieces monthly operate at the limit with accumulated advance orders. To guarantee capacity in advance, orders must be confirmed before 30 September.
The second constraint is courier saturation between 15 November and 23 December. DHL, FedEx, Estafeta and Paquetexpress operate at the limit with Buen Fin, year-end e-commerce and corporate shipments. For deliveries to secondary cities, timelines extend to 3 to 7 business days. For deliveries to primary cities (CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla), timelines stay at 24 to 48 hours.
The third constraint is the collective-vacations calendar. Most Mexican corporates close from 22 December to 6 January, and couriers run reduced hours between 24 December and 1 January. The last safe delivery date to corporate offices in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey is 22 December. After the 22nd, we only deliver with DHL or FedEx with additional holiday-hours surcharge.
The fourth constraint is SAT fiscal close. SAT operates normally until 31 December, but the first business day of January may have saturation in the stamping platform. For invoices that require SAT stamping on the last day of the year, we recommend issuance in advance by 30 December to avoid system saturation. For deliveries in the last 5 days of the year, we invoice in advance on 28 December with the actual delivery date.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The employee close kit (5 pieces) starts at $1,950 MXN per unit from MOQ 100. In series of 500 or more pieces, the cost drops to $1,520 MXN. The client close kit (4 premium pieces) starts at $3,400 MXN from MOQ 25. The board or shareholder close kit (3 high-end pieces) starts at $5,800 MXN from MOQ 10.
Production times are 18 to 22 business days for kits with full personalisation. Series above 500 pieces require 25 to 30 business days with scheduling 6 to 8 weeks ahead of delivery. Advance production by 30 September is the reasonable deadline to guarantee capacity in high season. Last-minute urgent orders (typically the area that forgot the budget) ship in 8 to 10 business days with a 40% surcharge.
For corporates with a recurring calendar (fiscal close every year in the same window), we run annual contracts with preferential pricing, capacity reserved in advance, and base-piece stock to respond to last-minute increases. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at fiscal year-end close with full deductibility for the client.
FAQ — corp final bundle
What is the deadline to order with guaranteed December delivery?
For deliveries to CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Querétaro, the deadline is 5 December with order confirmation. For deliveries to secondary cities, the deadline is 1 December. After those dates we operate only with express production and 40% surcharge, with a minimum of 8 business days.
Can you invoice the close with multiple legal entities?
Yes. For business groups with multiple legal entities, we issue separate receipts per entity with 16% IVA broken out and the corresponding USO CFDI. Delivery is consolidated at the central warehouse and distributed to each site with tracked courier per recipient. Coordination with the client's accounting area happens in advance of the close.
Does the organic sweatshirt have GOTS certification?
Yes. The organic-cotton sweatshirt carries GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification when the client requires it for their ESG report. For series above 500 pieces, we can dye in the corporate Pantone without affecting certification. The inner label carries the lot code and exact composition for audit.
Can you include wine or mezcal with sanitary registration?
Yes. We handle Baja California wine with private or house label, Oaxacan mezcal with denomination of origin, and other artisanal spirits. Each product travels with its current sanitary registration and NOM-251 compliance for food contact. For interstate deliveries with free zones, we handle shipping with the Carta Porte 3.0 complemento.
Do you handle CFDI cancellation if the client makes a mistake?
Yes. When the client detects an error in the CFDI after issuance (wrong fiscal data, wrong amount, different USO CFDI), we process the cancellation with motivo 01 (comprobante emitido con errores sin relación) or motivo 02 (comprobante emitido con errores sin relación) depending on the case. Cancellation processes within 24 hours of the request and a new CFDI is issued with the correct data.
Can you handle 30-day payment with close invoicing?
Yes. For clients with active contracts and approved credit line, we handle 30-day payment from delivery date. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at delivery with the legend "Pago en una sola exhibición" when payment is anticipated, or without the legend when payment is expected at 30 days (in this case, the complemento de pagos is issued on receipt of payment). For clients without a credit line, we require 50% upfront on order confirmation.
