Corp February 2026 Final Pack — corporate Valentine’s and industrial fairs

The Corp February 2026 Final Pack covers the three vectors of the second Mexican fiscal month: the internal Valentine’s activation for employees (13-14 February delivery), the quarterly board meetings that review Q1 progress, and the Expo Manufactura Monterrey participation that normally runs the second half of February at Cintermex. The operating window is more relaxed than January (brief close 20 January, production start 25 January, staggered deliveries between 5 and 28 February) but requires precise coordination with the trade-marketing team and the venue.

Lines inside the Corp February 2026 Final Pack

The pack runs on four independent lines that the corporate group contracts separately or consolidated. The Valentine’s line is the most culturally sensitive: Mexican corporates have normalised the delivery of a small gesture for employees on this date, but fiscal and internal compliance (anti-harassment, labour equality) requires the piece to be inclusive and not generate controversy. We run pieces with neutral design (Oaxacan artisan chocolate, Baja California wine, leather accessory), not pieces with explicit romantic messaging.

Corporate Valentine’s line

Three tiers for employees: thank-you kit (Oaxacan artisan chocolate + personalised card with embossed corporate logo) from 320 MXN before IVA at a 100-unit run; premium kit (Mexico City beauty set + preserved flowers + card) from 850 MXN before IVA at 50; VIP kit (curated experience with local restaurant dinner + artisan-signed piece) from 4,500 MXN before IVA. Delivery 13-14 February. For groups above 500 employees, we run safety stock and staggered deliveries by site.

Board meetings line

Merch line for the first-quarter board meeting scheduled normally between 15 and 28 February: executive folders in leather tanned in León, USB with digital annexes, recognition plaque for area directors who hit targets, and a curated piece for the CEO. Coordination with the CEO’s office and the Board Secretary for LGSM compliance. For SML-issuer clients, Single Circular for Issuers compliance.

Expo Manufactura Monterrey line

Merch line for the Expo Manufactura participation (second half of February at Cintermex, Monterrey): staff kit for the team working the booth (corporate tee + credential + badge + thermo), sponsor kit (light furniture + display + merch bag), VIP visitor kit for strategic clients invited to the booth (curated experience + artisan piece). Coordination with the client’s trade-marketing team and with Cintermex. For groups with IMMEX operations in Saltillo and Apodaca, we organise a post-fair plant tour.

Q1 commercial + prospects line

Commercial gifting program for Q1 prospects and clients: thank-you kit (thermo + notebook + card) for Thank-you, commemorative kit (premium tee + USB + bag) for Commemorative, reward kit (backpack + travel set + premium accessory) for Reward. Compliance with the General Law of Administrative Responsibilities when the recipient is a public official, PLD compliance when the recipient is from the financial sector. Invoice with foreign trade complement when the delivery crosses the northern border.

Fiscal and labour compliance of the corporate Valentine’s activation

The corporate Valentine’s activation in Mexico has three compliance layers that the client’s tax function must consider. First, fiscal: the piece is delivered as employee compensation and is invoiced with unit key E48 (corporate kit) and chapter D01 deduction (fees and compensations) when the piece substitutes or complements salary, or with unit key G03 (general expenses) when the piece is a labour-wellbeing gesture without salary impact. We coordinate with the client’s accounting team on the correct CFDI use.

Second, internal compliance: NOM-035 on psychosocial risk factors at work and the Federal Labor Law on labour equality and non-discrimination require the activation to be inclusive and not generate a discriminatory or harassing environment. That is why we run pieces with neutral design, not pieces with explicit romantic messaging, and we recommend the activation includes all employees regardless of gender, marital status, or orientation.

Third, UIF compliance: when the piece value exceeds the current UMA threshold and the recipient is a financial-sector client or supplier, the gift requires UIF notice under the LFPC. The compliance report of the Corp February 2026 Final Pack identifies the operations that require notice and documents them for filing in the AML portal.

FAQ — Corp February 2026 Final Pack

When does the brief close for February 2026?

The operational brief close is 20 January 2026. That allows production to start 1 February and staggered deliveries between 5 and 28 February. Briefs arriving after 20 January are processed for deliveries from the second half of February onwards, with the possibility of missing the 13-14 February Valentine’s window.

Can you handle inclusive Valentine’s pieces?

Yes. We run pieces with neutral design that comply with NOM-035 and the labour equality and non-discrimination legislation. We recommend artisan chocolate, wine, preserved flowers, or leather accessories without explicit romantic messaging, and the activation is delivered to all employees equally. Coordination with the client’s HR team.

Does the Valentine’s piece require UIF notice?

Yes, when the piece value exceeds the current UMA threshold and the recipient is a financial-sector client or supplier (financial entity regulated by CNBV, IFPE, or sofipo). The pack report identifies operations that require notice and documents them for filing in the AML portal within 30 calendar days.

Can you coordinate logistics at Cintermex during Expo Manufactura?

Yes. We coordinate with the client’s trade-marketing team and with Cintermex administration for booth setup, piece delivery at the venue, and post-fair teardown. For groups with their own booth, we deliver the pieces directly at the booth the day before inauguration. For groups with shared booth or sponsoring a venue area, we deliver in the designated area per the sponsorship contract.

Can you organise a guided tour to the IMMEX plant post-fair?

Yes. For groups with IMMEX operations in Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, or Apodaca, we organise guided plant tours for VIP clients invited to the Expo Manufactura booth. The tour includes transport from Cintermex to the plant, guided walk through the production area, lunch with the operations team, and a premium piece delivered to the client as acknowledgement. Coordination with plant security and with the customs broker when the client is foreign.

Is the invoice issued with the foreign trade complement for IMMEX?

Yes, when the piece delivery occurs at the IMMEX plant in the United States. The invoice includes the complement with the pedimento number, the tariff fraction, and the destination. For deliveries exclusively in Mexico, the invoice is issued without the complement. We handle both cases in the same operating pack.
