Corp-EE 2026 Bundle: the C-Suite kit is curated piece by piece, not batch by batch

Corp-EE 2026 covers the provision for the CEO office, the C-Suite and the board of directors. Curation is piece by piece, with selection of colour, size, engraving and curation matching the executive's profile: there are pieces the CEO uses every day (pen, notebook, thermo, briefcase) and pieces delivered at board or recognition events (Mexican art, premium use piece, curated experience). The curation window is 45 business days because the piece is selected based on the executive's profile and is approved with the HR director and the corporate administrative director. Corp-EE was planned so the kit lands on the executive's desk with the CEO's or board chair's presentation, not as a mass delivery from Procurement.

Delivered at board meeting or farewell event, packaged in a wooden box lined in silk with CEO personal card. Customs compliance when the piece crosses the border.

Corp-EE piece-by-piece curation

Corp-EE curation starts with a briefing with the HR directorate and the CEO's office. The briefing gathers each executive's profile: years at the corporate, personal tastes, use style of the pieces, legal and fiscal restrictions, and key events of the year. With that base, Corp-Merch.MX proposes piece-by-piece curation and pieces are approved at a joint working session, not in list format. Curation also considers the previous year's piece to avoid repetition and to build a collection.

Corp-EE curation works with premium brands selected based on durability and trajectory: Montblanc, Waterman, Parker pens; Moleskine, Leuchtturm1917, Smythson notebooks; Yeti, Thermos, Stanley termos; Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Coach briefcases; Tissot, Seiko, Hamilton watches; Mexican art pieces from gallery with verifiable artist. For tech-use pieces, we handle Apple, Bose, Sony, Sennheiser accessories. Brand selection is approved with the corporate administrative director and documented in the executive's dossier.

Fiscal and legal compliance of Corp-EE

Corp-EE operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the tier and piece value. For daily-use pieces valued under MXN $80,000, the invoice is issued with unit key E48 and CFDI use G03 general expenses, with deduction support as Public Relations or Administration expense. For pieces valued above MXN $80,000, SAT declaration is issued with the corresponding fiscal receipt and the piece is included in the executive's annual ISR calculation as in-kind income, with the corresponding ISR withholding and compliance with article 93 of the LISR.

For Mexican art pieces, documentation includes the artist's authenticity certificate, piece photography, marchand appraisal and executive signature on the receipt form. For international pieces, Corp-EE operates with customs compliance when the piece crosses the border (IMMEX for delivery at US, Canada or Latin American plants) and with Carta Porte 3.0 for transit. For pieces delivered at board or recognition events, documentation includes the event minutes and the signature of the board chair and secretary. Corp-Merch.MX coordinates with the corporate accounting firm on the full Corp-EE fiscal documentation.
