The mechanic is high-velocity with immediate delivery. At the start of the contract the corporate defines a fixed menu of up to ten simple high-velocity SKUs that we will keep in permanent stock in our workshop. Those SKUs must be pieces without complex individual data (no engraved names, no variable sizes) and must belong to our rapid-production catalogue. Every time the corporate needs immediate dotation — because a new employee started today, because a uniform got damaged, because there is an activation that appeared today — it sends a request to the system by email, WhatsApp or corporate portal. Our team confirms the request in less than 30 minutes, assigns workshop capacity and issues the delivery in the agreed window.
The daily menu is complemented by an express menu that admits engraving or silk-screen with individual data in 24-48 hour lead times, with an additional per-piece cost. For premium or high-complexity pieces we move them to a regular order with its own lead time. The daily-menu delivery runs in three windows: same-day (delivery in 6 business hours from the request, valid in CDMX and metropolitan area), next-day (delivery the next business day at any national venue) and 48 hours (delivery in two business days for pieces with engraving or silk-screen of data). Invoicing is issued at the close of each delivery or in weekly consolidated fashion as the corporate prefers.

The Corp Daily 2026 Final Pack supports three modalities. The first is the per-piece on-demand with flat rate: the corporate pays a fixed rate per delivered piece, regardless of the monthly quantity. The second is the on-demand with monthly minimum commitment: the corporate commits to consume a minimum number of pieces per month (typically 100 pieces) and obtains a preferential per-piece rate and capacity priority. The third is the on-demand with prepayment: the corporate prepays a batch of pieces at the start of the month and consumes them during the month with a credit for unconsumed pieces that carries over to the next month.
Invoicing is issued per delivery with CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in USD at the locked rate for corporates headquartered abroad, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. Same-day deliveries in CDMX carry an urgency surcharge of 15% on the base rate. Next-day deliveries carry no surcharge. 48-hour deliveries with engraving carry a surcharge of 25% on the base rate. Weekly consolidated invoicing is available for corporates that prefer to issue a single CFDI per week with all deliveries of the period.
Daily on-demand starts without minimum commitment, with base per-piece rate that varies according to the menu SKU: for engraved pens the base rate is MXN $185 before IVA per piece. For A5 notebooks the rate is MXN $245. For 500 ml thermal bottles the rate is MXN $385. For basic tees with one-colour silk-screen the rate is MXN $485. For lanyards the rate is MXN $95. For plastic identifiers the rate is MXN $65. Engraving or silk-screen rates with individual data are quoted separately according to complexity.
We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown before the SAT per delivery or weekly consolidated. If the shipment crosses the border we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement and, when shipping is on our carrier, we attach the Carta Porte 3.0 complement. For corporates headquartered in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD with the exchange rate locked at contract start and adjustment by US CPI inflation. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under the agreement with Russian corporate, with weekly payments against documented delivery.
