Corp Dec 2026 Final Pack — year-end close, Christmas and the corporate posada

December is the densest month of the Mexican corporate calendar: fiscal close before SAT, aguinaldo payment before the 20th (the Federal Labour Law requires it), posada celebrations that begin on 12 December, VIP-client gifts to close the year, and the New Year piece that accompanies the CEO's first communication in January. The Corp Dec 2026 Final Pack resolves that corridor with five sublots: fiscal close (stationery and recognition of the fiscal year), aguinaldo (premium boxes that complement the 20 December payment), posada (internal gifts and souvenirs for the celebration), Christmas (VIP-client gifts) and New Year (institutional piece that travels to the first briefing in January). Invoicing is under CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos, in USD at the locked rate for foreign subsidiaries, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate when the Eurasian subsidiary receives an institutional gift version.

The architecture of the December pack

The Corp Dec 2026 Final Pack has five sublots in cascade. Sublot 1, 1-5 December, produces the fiscal-close material: corporate folders with the year's logo, logbooks for the management team, USB with the annual report and thank-you cards for the finance team that reconciled the twelve months. Sublot 2, 6-18 December, produces the premium boxes that accompany the aguinaldo cheque and the recognitions for years of service (5, 10, 15, 20 years): boxes with personalised bas-relief engraving that the workshop delivers before 18 December so HR teams have distribution margin before the 20 December LFT deadline.

Sublot 3, 9-16 December, covers the corporate posada: piñatas with the corporate isotype (traditional with Mexican sweets), collation boxes with ponche and tamales (sent to venues with reheating instructions), tees and caps with the green-red-gold palette delivered as souvenirs of the event. Sublot 4, 11-20 December, produces the VIP-client gifts: premium boxes that sales teams hand over on the last visit of the year, accompanied by a CEO card in Spanish/English version. Sublot 5, 18-23 December, produces the institutional New Year piece: a distinctive piece (wooden USB with CEO message, next-year agenda or gift box with institutional greeting) that travels to the first briefing in January. Under IMMEX, the maquiladora plant training materials are documented as part of the STPS programme.

The four guarantees of the December pack

Aguinaldo close before the 20th

The premium aguinaldo boxes sublot closes on 18 December so that HR teams have distribution margin before the LFT deadline. If delivery is delayed by a cause attributable to the workshop, a 10% credit is applied to the affected sublot in the next CFDI.

Curated posada catalogue

The posada sublot keeps the spirit of the Mexican tradition: piñatas with corporate isotype, collation boxes with ponche and tamales, tees with green-red-gold palette. The workshop produces the food with certified suppliers and ships it with cold chain to arrive in time for the posada.

Bilingual VIP gifts

The VIP-client gifts sublot is delivered in a bilingual Spanish/English version for US and Canadian subsidiaries, with rigid cardboard that meets CBP and CBSA requirements. The CEO card includes the English translation and, when applicable, the French translation for Quebec.

New Year piece ready for January

The fifth sublot produces the institutional piece that is delivered in the first briefing of January. The workshop guarantees delivery before 23 December so that the corporate has distribution margin after the vacation return.

Order modalities and payment structure

The Corp Dec 2026 Final Pack admits three modalities. The first is the consolidated order for the five sublots, which offers the highest production priority and the lowest rate: the workshop assigns dedicated capacity throughout the month and blocks the necessary shifts to secure the five critical dates. The second is the per-sublot order, which lets the corporate adjust sublot 4 and sublot 5 volume according to sales and marketing-team confirmations received at the end of November. The third is the staggered order with a 50% deposit when confirming the first sublot and 50% against delivery of the last.

Payment is against delivery of each sublot, with a standard 15 calendar-day term for domestic clients and 30 days for corporates with a master contract. For IMMEX clients the invoicing can be documented as part of the training programme when the destination is a maquiladora plant with a programme documented before STPS. For corporates with parent house in the United States, Canada or Brazil we invoice in USD at the exchange rate locked at the start of the month. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate.

Costs, MOQ and invoicing

The Corp Dec 2026 Final Pack starts at a minimum order of 200 pieces, equivalent to one full sublot for a single venue. The base rate varies by composition: for a standard composition with tees, caps and posada material the average rate is $445 MXN before IVA. For a premium composition with wooden boxes, engraved USBs, isotype piñatas and VIP gifts the average rate is $925 MXN. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is $685 MXN. Personalised CEO card engraving is quoted as an add-on to the pack.

We invoice under CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised before SAT at each sublot, with the option of consolidated invoicing at month-close. For cross-border deliveries we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement. Under IMMEX, pieces for the maquiladora plant are invoiced with a complement that documents the training programme. For corporates with subsidiaries in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD at the locked rate. For clients with parent house in Russia we invoice in RUB. Series with individual data (engraved name, years of service, standout amount) are quoted as add-ons to the base pack.
