Corp-DD 2026 Bundle: the direct-to-consumer launch is built 90 days before D-Day
Corp-DD 2026 covers the corporate's direct-to-consumer launch of a new product, with unboxing curation, gifts for early adopters, influencer kits and PR boxes for specialised press. The production window is 90 business days before launch day, because unboxing curation requires approval from three areas (Brand, Product, Commercial) and curated-piece production typically takes 45 to 60 days. Corporates that left the launch kit for the last quarter ended up launching with the previous year's gift box or with generic pieces that miss the new product narrative. Corp-DD was planned so D-Day arrives with the unboxing box ready, early adopters receiving, influencers publishing and specialised press reviewing.

Corp-DD curation starts with a joint brief between the Brand, Product and Commercial areas. The brief defines the new product's narrative, the three main messages, the launch colours, the sales channels (proprietary e-commerce, marketplace, physical store) and the target audience. With that base, Corp-Merch.MX proposes the curation of the unboxing box, early adopters, influencers and PR boxes, and the areas approve at an in-person working session in CDMX, Monterrey or Guadalajara.
Corp-DD curation works with three criteria: coherence with the product narrative, perceived value in the recipient (early adopter, influencer, press) and differentiation from the market's generic unboxing. Curated pieces are selected based on the corporate's and product's story: for a corporate with artisan tradition, curation includes a Mexican art piece; for a tech corporate, curation includes a high-end accessory; for a gastronomic corporate, curation includes local gourmet product. Curation is documented with a 12 to 20-page dossier the Brand area approves before production.
Fiscal compliance and logistics of Corp-DD
Corp-DD operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the recipient. For the first e-commerce order, pieces are invoiced as Commercialisation expense with unit key E48 and deduction support as Marketing expense, with Federal Consumer Protection Law compliance on promotions and discounts when the unboxing includes a coupon. For early adopters and influencers, pieces are invoiced as Commercialisation expense with unit key E48 and deduction support as Marketing expense, with compliance to the fiscal legislation applicable to the influencer when the influencer is a natural person with business activity.
For press PR boxes, pieces are invoiced as Commercialisation expense with unit key E48 and deduction support as Public Relations expense, with the Mexican journalism Code of Ethics compliance when the journalist is an active member of a press association. Logistics runs on premium courier with recipient signature for early adopter, influencer and press, and on e-commerce fulfilment for the first order. For international deliveries, Corp-DD operates with international courier and customs compliance at destination.
