Corp-BB 2026 Bundle: the Buen Fin activation is built in October, not November
Corp-BB 2026 covers the Buen Fin and year-end discount season activation in physical stores and digital channels. The production window opens on 15 September and closes on 15 October, because the printing plants in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey enter their demand peak from the first week of November and production cost rises between 15 and 22% past that date. Retailers that left the activation kit for the first week of November ended up receiving pieces between 10 and 13 November, with no margin to correct errors of size, colour or shipping, and the activation starting on the 14th with incomplete pieces. Corp-BB was planned so the first delivery arrives at store with 10 business days of lead time before Buen Fin.

The first decision is the store and region roster: the corporate defines how many stores are covered, in which regions, and what the activation mix is between physical and digital. The second decision is the Buen Fin graphic line: the Brand sub-directorate sends the season's isotype, colours, typefaces and applicable discount per product category. The third decision is the delivery calendar: Corp-BB runs on three delivery waves — e-commerce and digital store in the first wave (20 to 30 October), physical store in the second wave (1 to 10 November), influencer and strategic ally in the third wave (1 to 5 November).
The fourth decision is fiscal compliance per activation type: for product sale in store and e-commerce, the piece is invoiced with the product's unit key (promotional gift) and CFDI use G03; for influencer delivery, the piece is invoiced as Commercialisation expense with compliance to the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities when the influencer is a public official. The fifth decision is logistics: consolidated delivery to central warehouse with distribution to store by the corporate's transporter, per-store delivery with premium courier, or per-customer delivery with private courier and recipient signature for e-commerce.
Fiscal compliance of Corp-BB
Corp-BB operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the activation type. For product sale in store and e-commerce, pieces are invoiced with the product's unit key and deduction support as Commercialisation expense, with 16% VAT breakdown and Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC) compliance on promotions and discounts. For influencer delivery, pieces are invoiced as Commercialisation expense with unit key E48 and deduction support as Marketing expense, with compliance to the fiscal legislation applicable to the influencer when the influencer is a natural person with business activity.
For deliveries to a strategic ally (another corporate that closed a season alliance with), pieces are invoiced as Commercialisation expense with alliance-contract compliance and applicable fiscal law. For deliveries to public officials receiving the piece as part of the alliance, the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities is met with the authorised executive's declaration form and alliance documentary backup. Corp-Merch.MX coordinates with the corporate's fiscal area on the three-regime compliance and piece traceability per delivery wave.
