Corp Annual 2026 Final Pack — the 12-month master contract

The Mexican corporate that already plans in quarters wants a contract that covers the twelve months without renegotiating piece by piece. The Corp Annual 2026 Final Pack is that contract: a single agreement signed at the start of the year that covers the four seasons (summer, fall, winter and spring), every product in the catalogue, every corporate venue inside national territory, and the ability to add international destinations under the USMCA framework, the IMMEX maquiladora programme and the double-taxation agreements with Canada, the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and the European Union. The rate is negotiated once at the start of the contract, frozen in Mexican pesos with adjustment by INPC inflation, and invoiced monthly as it is consumed. The contract includes safety stock in a warm warehouse, workshop production priority, a dedicated account manager and a KPI dashboard. We invoice under CFDI 4.0 in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised, in US dollars at the locked rate, or in rubles through the agreement with Russian corporate when the shipment crosses into the Eurasian market.

The architecture of the annual contract

The Corp Annual 2026 Final Pack is structured in four layers. The first is the coverage layer: an annual lot of guaranteed pieces delivered in a staggered fashion according to the corporate calendar, with a minimum of 2,000 pieces per year distributable across the twelve months. The second is the catalogue layer: access to the entire product catalogue of the workshop — tees, jackets, bottles, notebooks, pens, backpacks, gift boxes, premium kits, tourist souvenirs, operational uniforms, pieces for IMMEX and USMCA — with preferential rate under the master contract. The third is the services layer: dedicated account manager, quarterly planning brief, KPI dashboard, secondary-supplier management when the corporate requests a SKU outside catalogue and monthly compliance report with consolidated invoicing.

The fourth layer is the risk layer: safety stock in a warm warehouse equivalent to 5% of the contracted annual volume, SKU substitution option inside the same price range without renegotiation, workshop production priority during the high season and residual-purchase option at year-close at preferential rate if the corporate has unconsumed inventory. When the corporate wants to extend the contract to subsidiaries abroad — branch in Texas, California, Arizona, Toronto, Montreal, São Paulo, Bogotá, Santiago de Chile or Buenos Aires — the framework is adjusted with the foreign-trade complement without IVA and USD invoicing at the exchange rate locked at the start of the fiscal year. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe the contract is signed in RUB with quarterly payments against documented delivery.

The four guarantees of the annual contract

Rate frozen for 12 months

Unit price negotiated at the start of the contract, frozen in Mexican pesos with a single INPC inflation adjustment at year-close. No monthly renegotiations. Applies to every contracted catalogue SKU and to custom SKUs approved inside the same price range.

Warm-warehouse safety stock

5% of the contracted annual volume kept in a warm warehouse with quarterly rotation. Allows 5-business-day response to urgent activations, unexpected onboarding or cohort expansions above the initial plan. No extra cost to the corporate.

Dedicated account manager

One account executive assigned for the 12 months of the contract. Coordinates the quarterly briefs, manages production, monitors KPI compliance and acts as the single point of contact for the corporate. Available by phone, email and video call in CDMX business hours.

KPI control dashboard

Online dashboard with compliance metrics: on-time delivery percentage, production quality, corporate satisfaction, budget consumption and stock levels. User-password access for the procurement and marketing team of the corporate. Weekly update.

Contract modalities and payment structure

The Corp Annual 2026 Final Pack supports three contract modalities. The first is the closed contract with annual minimum purchase commitment: the corporate commits to consume a minimum volume (typically 2,000 pieces per year) and obtains the lowest rate and the highest production priority. The second is the open contract with monthly purchase order: the corporate issues a PO each month as it consumes, without minimum commitment, keeping the preferential rate of the master contract. The third is the hybrid contract with floor and ceiling: it combines a guaranteed minimum (1,000 pieces per year) with a flexible ceiling (up to 5,000 pieces per year) and allows the corporate to absorb seasonal peaks without renegotiating.

The payment structure is monthly against delivery, bi-weekly against delivery, or in advance with a 3% discount on the total contract amount when paid at the start of the fiscal year. Invoicing is issued in Mexican pesos with 16% IVA itemised for national clients, in USD at the locked rate for corporates headquartered abroad, or in RUB through the agreement with Russian corporate. For clients under the IMMEX framework, the annual contract can contemplate the deductibility of the merchandising spend as part of the staff training and retention programme, provided it is documented with the quarterly brief and consolidated delivery to CEDIS.

Pricing, MOQ and invoicing

The annual contract starts with a minimum commitment of 2,000 pieces per year, equivalent to a monthly average of 167 pieces. The base rate varies according to the contracted catalogue composition: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks, pens and thermal bottles the average rate is MXN $485 before IVA per piece. For a premium composition with jackets, office kits and engraved pieces the average rate is MXN $785. For a mixed composition with standard and premium products the average rate is MXN $635. Safety stock, account manager and control dashboard are included in the rate.

We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown before the SAT monthly, bi-weekly or according to the agreed payment modality. If the shipment crosses the border we issue an export CFDI with the foreign-trade complement and, when shipping is on our carrier, we attach the Carta Porte 3.0 complement. For corporates headquartered in the United States, Canada or LATAM we invoice in USD with the exchange rate locked at contract start and adjustment by US CPI inflation. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery. Series with individual data per employee (name on notebook, date on bottle) are quoted as additions to the master contract.
