Corp Americas 2026 Final Pack — the trilateral USMCA coverage

The Mexican corporate with operations in the United States and Canada under the USMCA framework — Bajío manufacturers, IMMEX operators with subsidiaries in Texas and California, maquiladoras with plants in Sonora and Chihuahua, services firms with offices in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston and Dallas — needs a merch scheme that runs with trilateral cadence and that respects the rules of origin, the USMCA certificates and the double-taxation treaties. The Corp Americas 2026 Final Pack is that scheme: consolidated production in local workshops of Mexico, the US and Canada with regional coordination from Mexico City, local invoicing in the currency of each country (MXN, USD, CAD), compliance with USMCA import regulations when the delivery crosses the border, origin certificates for pieces produced in Mexico with regional inputs, and a regional account manager that serves as the single point of contact. Invoicing in Mexico is issued under CFDI 4.0 with foreign-trade complement without IVA and with exchange rate locked at the start of the contract.

The trilateral architecture of the pack

The Corp Americas 2026 Final Pack is structured in a regional coordination layer and three local production layers. The regional layer runs from Mexico City with an account manager who speaks Spanish, English and French, a regional consolidated KPI dashboard, and a master brief signed by the corporate’s parent house in Mexico that coordinates the local orders of each country. The Mexican layer runs with workshops in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro and Tijuana with IMMEX capacity, USMCA certificates for pieces with regional inputs, and compliance with Mexican labour and tax regulations. The US layer runs with workshops in Laredo TX, El Paso TX, San Diego CA, Los Angeles CA, Chicago IL, Atlanta GA, Miami FL and New York NY. The Canadian layer runs with workshops in Toronto ON, Montreal QC, Vancouver BC and Calgary AB.

When the corporate needs a simultaneous trilateral delivery — for example, 1,000 pieces in Mexico, 500 in the US and 200 in Canada for a coordinated activation — the master brief coordinates the three local orders with the same brand manual, the same pieces and the same delivery window. Each country invoices locally in its currency with its corresponding tax regime: Mexico with CFDI 4.0 and foreign-trade complement without IVA, US with commercial invoice and GST/HST where applicable, Canada with commercial invoice and GST/HST/QST/PST per province. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe that receive deliveries in the Americas, we handle RUB invoicing through the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery.

The four guarantees of the USMCA pack

Trilingual account manager

One account executive assigned from Mexico City who speaks Spanish, English and French, coordinates the master brief, the local orders of the three countries and the consolidated regional KPIs. Acts as the single point of contact for the corporate’s parent house. Available by phone, email and video call in CDMX business hours.

Local production in three countries

Workshops in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro and Tijuana (Mexico); Laredo TX, El Paso TX, San Diego CA, Los Angeles CA, Chicago IL, Atlanta GA, Miami FL, New York NY (US); Toronto ON, Montreal QC, Vancouver BC, Calgary AB (Canada). IMMEX capacity for Mexico and compliance with the labour and tax regulations of each country.

USMCA certificates

For Mexico-US-Canada deliveries with regional inputs we issue USMCA certificates that allow free transit under the framework of the treaty. Without a certificate the deliveries can face border duties that raise the operation cost. Certificate issuance is included in the pack rate.

Trilateral KPI dashboard

Regional dashboard with consolidated metrics per country: on-time delivery percentage, production quality, budget consumption, local stock levels, order-change frequency. User-password access for the regional and local team of the corporate.

Contract modalities and payment structure

The Corp Americas 2026 Final Pack supports three trilateral contract modalities. The first is the multi-country master contract with annual minimum purchase commitment: the corporate’s parent house in Mexico signs a master agreement with the regional coordination and each local subsidiary signs a local sub-agreement with its country’s workshop. The second is the per-country individual contract: the local subsidiary of each country signs its own contract with its local workshop, without centralised regional coordination. The third is the per-project multi-country contract: the parent house signs a regional contract for a single project with simultaneous activations in the three countries.

The payment structure is mixed: each country pays locally in its currency against documented delivery, with the option of consolidated USD payment from the Mexico account for clients that prefer to centralise regional treasury. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe that receive deliveries in the Americas, we handle RUB invoicing through the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery. Production runs locally in each country with local employment and local supply chain. USMCA certificates are issued for Mexico-US-Canada deliveries with regional inputs and are included in the pack rate.

Pricing, MOQ and invoicing

The Americas pack starts with a regional minimum commitment of 1,700 pieces per year distributable across the three countries. The base rate varies according to the composition and country: for a standard composition with tees, notebooks and pens the average rate is USD $32 per piece in Mexico, USD $35 in the US and CAD $42 in Canada. For a premium composition with national jackets, premium kits and engraved pieces the rate goes up approximately 40%. For a mixed composition the regional average rate is USD $42.

Each country invoices locally with its tax regime. In Mexico we issue CFDI 4.0 with foreign-trade complement without IVA and with the exchange rate locked at the start of the contract. In the US we issue commercial invoice with GST/HST where applicable. In Canada we issue commercial invoice with GST/HST/QST/PST per province. No international withholdings. For clients with a parent house in Russia or Eastern Europe we invoice in RUB under the agreement with Russian corporate, with quarterly payments against documented delivery. Series with individual data per employee add five to ten business days to the trilateral lead time.
