Corp-AA 2026 Bundle: the anniversary is timed against the start date, not the celebration month

Corp-AA 2026 recognises years of service with a piece that grows over time: Mexican art for 10, 15 and 20 years, premium use piece for 25 years, curated experience for 30 and 35 years. HR typically runs the recognition programme between March and April, delivering pieces in May or June board meetings. Waiting until October means the recognition arrives in December, with the fiscal year about to close and no way to adjust the piece for the upcoming anniversary. Corp-AA was planned around the hire date rather than the meeting date so the piece lands on the desk in the anniversary month.

Five Corp-AA 2026 tiers

10 years of service

Mexican art piece curated from the corporate's home state: Tlaquepaque ceramics, Oaxaca woodcarving, Chiapas textiles, Taxco silver jewellery. Piece signed by the artist with authenticity certificate, packed in a foil-stamped box with the isotype and the employee's name engraving. Annual run from 20 pieces.

15 years of service

Higher-curatorial-value Mexican art piece: sculpture, small mural, tapestry, designer jewellery. Piece is selected based on the employee's profile and delivered in a recognition event with executive attendance. Annual run from 15 pieces, SAT declaration when the value exceeds MXN $80,000.

20 years of service

Collection-grade Mexican art piece: work by a contemporary artist with verified trajectory, unique piece signed and numbered. Delivered in a board meeting with CEO and board mention, packaged in a wooden box lined in silk with the artist's dossier. Annual run from 8 pieces.

25 years of service

Curated premium use piece: collector pen, high-end watch, executive briefcase, limited-edition tech accessory. Delivered in board meeting with CEO and board mention, packaged in a wooden box lined in silk with the CEO's personal card. Annual run from 5 pieces.

30 and 35 years: curated experience

For employees with 30 and 35 years of service, Corp-AA runs on a curated experience rather than a physical piece. The experience is designed with the employee's profile and may be: national trip along the employee's route (the Ruta del Tren Maya, the Pueblos Mágicos of the Sierra Norte de Puebla, the Chiapas coffee route), high-end gastronomic experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant or equivalent, cultural experience (private museum visit, artist meet-up, festival attendance), or learning experience (artisan workshop, Oaxacan cooking course, viticulture course in Ensenada).

The experience is scheduled with the employee's family when desired, delivered with a personal letter from the CEO and the board of directors, and documented with photography and video for the corporate's internal archive. Fiscal compliance operates via the experience provider's invoice (restaurant, hotel, agency) issued to the corporate with unit key E48 and CFDI use G03, plus the recognition letter signed by the CEO and the board chair. For international experiences, Corp-AA runs the complete package (flight, lodging, experience) issued by a travel agency in compliance with the Federal Tourism Law.

Fiscal compliance of Corp-AA

Corp-AA operates under three distinct fiscal regimes depending on the tier and piece value. For Mexican art pieces valued under MXN $80,000, the invoice is issued with unit key E48 and CFDI use G03 general expenses, with deduction support as Public Relations expense. For pieces valued above MXN $80,000, SAT declaration is issued with the corresponding fiscal receipt and the piece is included in the employee's annual ISR calculation as in-kind income, with the corresponding ISR withholding and compliance with article 93 of the LISR.

For premium-use pieces, the invoice is issued with unit key E48 and documented with piece photography, serial number when applicable, manufacturer authenticity certificate and the employee's signature on the receipt form. For experiences, the invoice is issued by the service provider with unit key corresponding to the line (lodging services, restaurant services, tourism services) and is included in the employee's annual calculation when the value exceeds the LISR threshold. Corp-Merch.MX coordinates with the corporate's accounting firm on the full Corp-AA fiscal documentation.
