Corp 84 final bundle: the kit your Mexican franchise hands a franchisee the moment they open the first location in their first week
A Mexican franchise — a quick-service chain with more than 500 units, a casual restaurant with 30-state presence, a coffee shop with a sub-franchise model, a pizzeria with a registered trademark at IMPI, a taquería expanding into the US under USMCA, a dark kitchen with home delivery — needs to hand uniforms, manuals and tangible tools to the franchisee who signs the franchise agreement and opens the first location in their first week. The corp 84 final bundle includes a complete uniform with chef jacket and hat, an operations kit with badge and business card, a franchise manual with IFE and PROFECO obligations, an operations manual with NOM-251-SSA1-2009, a Carta Porte 3.0 delivery kit and an authorized-design menu template. We issue the CFDI 4.0 invoice under clave G03 as a franchise investment, fully deductible under article 27 of the LISR.
Why the Mexican franchise without a physical kit collapses on opening day
The Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (LFPC), the Ley de la Propiedad Industrial (LPI), NOM-251-SSA1-2009 and the Ley Federal de Franquicias regulate the operation of franchise chains in Mexico. PROFECO, the Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial (IMPI), the Secretaría de Salud (SSA), the SAT and the STPS run ordinary and extraordinary visits to verify that the franchise complies with health requirements, brand protection, advertising transparency and uniform-and-manual delivery. Carta Porte 3.0 applies to home-delivery shipments by motor vehicle. The Código Fiscal de la Federación (CFF) and the current Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal regulate CFDI 4.0 and the applicable complements.
The Mexican franchisee corporation spends on average MXN 2,400 to 6,800 per opening on retail-purchased uniforms and manuals that fall short of brand-identity standards, without an operations kit, without a menu template, without a Carta Porte 3.0 kit. The corp 84 final bundle turns that into a standardized kit with an invoice, uniform and manuals: the uniform identifies staff to the customer, the badge and card build credibility, the franchise manual satisfies IFE, the operations manual satisfies NOM-251, the Carta Porte 3.0 kit documents the first delivery, the menu template guarantees brand-identity compliance.
For franchise corporations with expansion across multiple states (Jalisco, Nuevo León, CDMX, Estado de México, Puebla, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Quintana Roo) the kit ships with the opening calendar and a QR linking to the in-house Franchise platform. The Operations area pulls a dashboard with completion per location, opening kit-delivery rate and pass rate in internal audits. The invoice is broken out from HR and reported as a franchise investment.
For franchise corporations with several legal entities and operations across multiple states, the kit ships in a single order with batches segregated by RFC and per-entity invoicing. We ship with Castores, Tres Guerras or Paquetexpress — 3 to 5 business days to any city, with tracking and delivery confirmation. For deliveries into free-zone addresses (typical of Cancún, Los Cabos, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres with free-zone regime) we apply 0% IVA with the free-zone SAT complement.

How we invoice the franchise kit under the LISR and the Ley Federal de Franquicias
The corp 84 final bundle runs on two billing models. The first is single-order per opening with CFDI 4.0 issued at month-end and per-line description, deductible as a franchise expense. The second is an annual contract at a fixed unit price with delivery-driven invoicing each quarter, with the pagos complement at 30 days when the corporate runs credit lines.
The CFDI Uso depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For Régimen General with Franchise or Expansion area, we bill under clave G03 (general expenses) as a franchise investment. For RESICO we bill under the same clave because the kit is treated as a human-capital investment. We validate with the People area before the first delivery to lock down the expense account and the right clave.
The 16% IVA breaks out per line in the CFDI 4.0. Deliveries into free-zone addresses (Cancún, Los Cabos, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres with free-zone regime) calculate IVA at 0% and include the free-zone SAT complement with authorization number. Cross-border deliveries run at 0% IVA with the Comercio Exterior complement and the pedimento.
Cancellation or correction of the CFDI is processed within 24 hours of the request. For model or spec changes after delivery we handle replacement at additional charge with a fresh CFDI for the extra piece. Kits that go undelivered because the opening is cancelled before day one are invoiced only when Franchise signed the order at least five business days in advance.
Sizing, colours and stock curve
The chef jacket runs in CH through XXG with unisex cut. The trousers run in 26 to 44. The hat and towel are universal. The badge and card are individual. For corporations with gala uniform (author restaurant) we offer jacket, tie and waistcoat at a surcharge.
The uniform colours are locked in on the first order and held stable to build the brand-identity manual. The most common Mexican franchise combinations: white jacket plus black-and-white checkered trousers plus white hat for kitchen profiles; corporate shirt plus black trousers plus black hat for customer-service profiles; corporate waistcoat plus white shirt plus corporate tie for manager and assistant-manager profiles.
For franchise corporations with more than 30 openings per year we hold rotating stock in our warehouses with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays only when the location's opening date is confirmed — no minimum volume. Premium logistics run on Castores or Tres Guerras with 3 to 5 business day delivery to any city. For free-zone deliveries we coordinate with local couriers.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 84 final bundle starts at MXN 3,490 per kit from an MOQ of 5. At 30 kits or more the unit drops to MXN 2,990. On annual contracts of more than 100 openings the unit drops to MXN 2,490 with safety stock reserved in our CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month-end with full deductibility as a franchise investment.
Production time is 12 to 15 business days for kits with personalization. Runs of more than 30 kits need 18 to 22 business days with scheduling six weeks ahead of the location's opening date. Delivery goes to the corporate's location with Franchise sign-off or directly to the franchisee with tracked shipping.
For corporations with several legal entities and centralized Franchise, we run a consolidated kit with per-location breakdown in a single invoice, lines split by RFC. For deliveries to tourism destinations, we coordinate with specialized couriers.
