Corp 80 final bundle: the kit your Mexican mining or construction corporation hands a worker the moment they descend into a mine shaft or climb a high-voltage tower on day one
A Mexican mining and construction corporation — a copper miner with a Sonora project, a silver operator in Zacatecas, a gold miner with a Chihuahua concession, a builder under a CFE substation contract, a contractor on a Baja California highway project, a developer with a CDMX apartment tower — needs to hand certified PPE registered under NOM-009-STPS-2011 and NOM-113-STPS-2009 to the worker who descends into a mine shaft, climbs a high-voltage tower or handles explosives. The corp 80 final bundle includes a hard hat with chinstrap and six-point suspension, a full-body harness with D-rings and connector, ANSI Z87+ safety glasses with welding shade, industrial boots with steel toe and dielectric sole, an SGM guide with explosives and mining-concession paperwork, and a SEMARNAT protocol with environmental impact. We issue the CFDI 4.0 invoice under clave G03 as a PPE investment, fully deductible under article 27 of the LISR.
Why mining and construction PPE without traceability is an accident waiting to happen
NOM-009-STPS-2011 regulates safety and health conditions for the handling and storage of materials. NOM-113-STPS-2009 sets the personal safety specifications for work at fall risk. The Ley Minera and the Ley de la Industria Eléctrica govern mining concessions and the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. The Servicio Geológico Mexicano (SGM), the Secretaría de Economía, the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), SEMARNAT and the STPS run ordinary and extraordinary visits to verify PPE delivery, periodic medical exams and safety documentation. The Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) articles 132 fraction XVI and 504 establish the patrón's PPE-delivery obligation and the STPS inspector's authority to verify.
The Mexican mining and construction corporation spends on average MXN 5,400 to 14,800 per field worker on retail-purchased PPE that falls short of norms, with no accounting record, no induction course and no safety guide. The corp 80 final bundle turns that into a standardized kit with an invoice, certified PPE and a guide: the hard hat with chinstrap protects against impact and falling objects, the harness prevents falls from height, the ANSI Z87 glasses shield eyes from dust and welding flash, the boots with steel toe and dielectric sole prevent crushing and electrocution, the SGM guide points to the explosives and concession paperwork, the SEMARNAT protocol documents environmental impact.
For corporations with active mining-safety programmes (chamber partnerships such as CAMIMEX, AIMMGM, CMIC, CICEJ) the kit ships with the project calendar and a QR linking to the in-house Safety and Hygiene platform. The People area pulls a dashboard with completion per project, kit-delivery rate and accident/incident rate. The invoice is broken out from operations and reported as an occupational-health investment.
For corporations with several legal entities and operations across multiple states (Sonora, Chihuahua, Zacatecas, Durango, San Luis Potosí, Coahuila, Baja California, Sinaloa) the kit ships in a single order with batches segregated by RFC and per-entity invoicing. We ship with Castores, Tres Guerras or Paquetexpress — 3 to 5 business days to any city, with tracking and delivery confirmation. For deliveries into remote areas with no standard-courier coverage (typical of mountain mining projects) we run scheduled delivery to corporate collection centres.

How we invoice the mining PPE under the LISR and the Ley Minera
The corp 80 final bundle runs on two billing models. The first is single-order per project with CFDI 4.0 issued at month-end and per-line description, deductible as an occupational-health expense. The second is an annual contract at a fixed unit price with delivery-driven invoicing each quarter, with the pagos complement at 30 days when the corporate runs credit lines.
The CFDI Uso depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For Régimen General with Safety and Hygiene or People area, we bill under clave G03 (general expenses) as a PPE investment. For RESICO we bill under the same clave because the kit is treated as a human-capital investment. For the extractive Régimen de Actividades Extractivas with mining concession, we bill as mining operating expense deductible under article 32 of the LISR.
The 16% IVA breaks out per line in the CFDI 4.0. For deliveries to remote areas with no fiscal domicile we coordinate delivery at the project collection centre with carta porte and attach the safety officer's acknowledgement. For cross-border deliveries into binational projects we apply 0% IVA with the Comercio Exterior complement and the pedimento.
Cancellation or correction of the CFDI is processed within 24 hours of the request. For model or spec changes after delivery we handle replacement at additional charge with a fresh CFDI for the extra piece. Kits that go undelivered because the worker drops out before day one are invoiced only when Safety and Hygiene signed the order at least five business days in advance.
Sizing, colours and stock curve
The hard hat is universal with ratchet adjustment 53 to 63 cm. The harness is universal with load capacity up to 160 kg. The glasses are universal with welding shade-5 add-on. The boots run in sizes 24 to 32 cm EEE last. For corporations with deep-shaft operations (over 1,000 metres) we offer a hard hat with integrated LED lamp at a surcharge.
The hard hat and shirt colours are locked in on the first order and held stable to build brand identity. The most common Mexican mining/construction combinations: white hard hat plus navy shirt for administrative and supervisory roles; yellow hard hat plus Oxford grey shirt for operations and maintenance roles; blue hard hat plus orange shirt for rescue and emergency roles; green hard hat plus red shirt for contractors and subcontractors.
For corporations with more than 30 field workers per project we hold rotating stock in our warehouses with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays only when the worker's start date is confirmed — no minimum volume. Premium logistics run on Castores or Tres Guerras with 3 to 5 business day delivery to any city. For remote-area deliveries we run project collection centres with weekly scheduling.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 80 final bundle starts at MXN 6,890 per kit from an MOQ of 5. At 30 kits or more the unit drops to MXN 5,890. On annual contracts of more than 100 workers the unit drops to MXN 4,990 with safety stock reserved in our Hermosillo, Chihuahua and Zacatecas warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month-end with full deductibility as a PPE investment.
Production time is 12 to 15 business days for kits with personalization. Runs of more than 30 kits need 18 to 22 business days with scheduling six weeks ahead of the worker's start date. Delivery goes to the project collection centre with Safety and Hygiene sign-off or directly to the worker with tracked shipping.
For corporations with operations in remote areas, the kit is assembled at the closest regional warehouse with 24 to 48 hour delivery and tracked carta porte. For corporations with several legal entities we run a consolidated kit with per-entity breakdown in a single invoice, lines split by RFC.
