Corp 79 final bundle: the kit your Mexican e-commerce corporation hands an operator the moment they ship a parcel across Laredo in their first week

A Mexican corporation running a fulfilment centre — a native digital e-commerce business, a marketplace authorized to sell into the US, a retailer with IMMEX authorization, a dropshipper with cross-border shipping under USMCA, a direct-to-consumer brand selling on Amazon US — needs its warehouse operators who ship parcels across Laredo or pack orders for Mercado Libre Envíos to show up with PPE registered under NOM-009-STPS and ergonomics documented under NOM-036-STPS-2025. The corp 79 final bundle includes an industrial lumbar belt with support stays, industrial nitrile gloves with anti-slip grip, UV-filter safety glasses, a six-point-suspension industrial hard hat, a hydration kit with insulated bottle and electrolytes, a breathable shirt with internal ID and a safety guide with IMMEX procedures and USMCA export paperwork. We issue the CFDI 4.0 invoice under clave G03 as a safety-and-ergonomics investment, fully deductible under article 27 of the LISR.

Why fulfilment operators without a physical kit injure themselves in week one

NOM-009-STPS-2011 sets the safety and health conditions for workplaces that handle cargo. NOM-036-STPS-2025 regulates ergonomic risk factors in the work environment. The Ley Aduanera and the IMMEX Decree regulate the handling of temporarily imported goods for export or re-export. The USMCA treaty governs the rules of origin for tariff preferences. The STPS, the IMSS and the Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de México (ANAM) run ordinary and extraordinary visits to verify PPE delivery, periodic medical exams and merchandise traceability.

The Mexican corporation spends on average MXN 2,400 to 6,800 per operator on retail-purchased gear that falls short of norms, with no accounting record, no induction course and no safety guide. The corp 79 final bundle turns that into a standardized kit with an invoice, PPE and a guide: the lumbar belt prevents lower-back pain and herniated discs, the nitrile gloves protect the hands and improve grip, the safety glasses guard eyes against dust and LED light, the hydration kit prevents heat stroke, the breathable shirt identifies the operator on the warehouse floor, the safety guide summarizes IMMEX and USMCA procedures.

For corporations with active fulfilment operations (alliances with FedEx, DHL, UPS, Estafeta, Mercado Libre Envíos, Amazon Logistics) the kit ships with the shift calendar and a QR linking to the in-house Safety and Hygiene platform. The People area pulls a dashboard with completion per shift, kit-delivery rate and accident/incident rate. The invoice is broken out from operations and reported as a safety-and-ergonomics investment.

For corporations with several legal entities and operations across multiple states (CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Mérida, León, Puebla) the kit ships in a single order with batches segregated by RFC and per-entity invoicing. We ship with Castores, Tres Guerras or Paquetexpress — 3 to 5 business days to any city, with tracking and delivery confirmation. For deliveries into free-zone addresses (typical of IMMEX operations starting in Tijuana or Ciudad Juárez) we apply 0% IVA with the free-zone SAT complement.

How we invoice the fulfilment kit under the LISR and the Ley Aduanera

The corp 79 final bundle runs on two billing models. The first is single-order per shift with CFDI 4.0 issued at month-end and per-line description, deductible as a safety-and-ergonomics expense. The second is an annual contract at a fixed unit price with delivery-driven invoicing each quarter, with the pagos complement at 30 days when the corporate runs credit lines.

The CFDI Uso depends on the client tax regime and the receiving area. For Régimen General with Safety and Hygiene or People area, we bill under clave G03 (general expenses) as a PPE-and-ergonomics investment. For RESICO we bill under the same clave because the kit is treated as a human-capital investment. We validate with the People area before the first delivery to lock down the expense account and the right clave.

The 16% IVA breaks out per line in the CFDI 4.0. Deliveries into free-zone addresses (typical of IMMEX operations starting in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez or Mérida) calculate IVA at 0% and include the free-zone SAT complement with authorization number. Cross-border deliveries run at 0% IVA with the Comercio Exterior complement and the pedimento.

Cancellation or correction of the CFDI is processed within 24 hours of the request. For model or spec changes after delivery we handle replacement at additional charge with a fresh CFDI for the extra piece. Kits that go undelivered because the operator drops out before day one are invoiced only when Safety and Hygiene signed the order at least five business days in advance.

Sizing, colours and stock curve

The lumbar belt runs in CH through XXG with colour-coded identification. The gloves run in CH through XXG with colour code. The glasses are universal with adjustable temples. The hard hat is universal with ratchet adjustment. For corporations with cold-storage operations (−18 °C) we offer a thermal belt with Thinsulate insulation at a surcharge.

The hard hat, shirt and backpack colours are locked in on the first order and held stable to build brand identity. The most common Mexican fulfilment combinations: white hard hat plus navy shirt for general operations; yellow hard hat plus Oxford grey shirt for cargo operations; blue hard hat plus sky-blue shirt for cold-chain operations.

For corporations with more than 30 operators per shift we hold rotating stock in our warehouses with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays only when the operator's start date is confirmed — no minimum volume. Premium logistics run on Castores or Tres Guerras with 3 to 5 business day delivery to any Mexican city. For free-zone deliveries we coordinate cross-border with DHL Worldwide Express.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 79 final bundle starts at MXN 2,890 per kit from an MOQ of 10. At 30 kits or more the unit drops to MXN 2,490. On annual contracts of more than 100 operators the unit drops to MXN 2,090 with safety stock reserved in our CDMX and Tijuana warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month-end with full deductibility as a safety-and-ergonomics investment.

Production time is 12 to 15 business days for kits with personalization. Runs of more than 30 kits need 18 to 22 business days with scheduling six weeks ahead of the operator's start date. Delivery goes to the fulfilment centre with Safety and Hygiene sign-off or directly to the operator with tracked shipping.

For IMMEX operations in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Ciudad Juárez with 24 to 48 hour cross-border delivery and a 0% IVA carta porte. For corporations with several legal entities we run a consolidated kit with per-entity breakdown in a single invoice, lines split by RFC.
