Corp 60 final bundle: the kit the Mexican corporate hands the trainer who teaches 200 employees per month
The Mexican corporate running a monthly training programme for 100 to 800 employees knows that the external or internal trainer arriving at the boardroom, virtual classroom or plant floor needs more than a projector and a whiteboard. The corp 60 final bundle ships the trainer with a tech backpack with 15.6" laptop compartment, an A4 pedagogic planner with planning and evaluation sheets, a 32 GB encrypted USB with the course presentation and supporting materials, a 500 ml stainless thermos, a colour marker kit for whiteboard and flipchart, a sleep mask for between-session rest and a dual badge holder with course evaluation QR code. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with key G03 (general expenses) under the training and personnel development line, 100% deductible under the general regime.
Why the trainer kit decides learning retention
The Mexican corporate running a training programme with 200+ annual hours of formation knows that the trainer arriving with their own professional materials impacts 30% more than the trainer arriving with a borrowed USB and a whiteboard without markers. The professional kit reinforces the trainer's authority in the room, the plant or the virtual classroom, and communicates to the employee that the corporate invests seriously in their development.
The Mexican corporate spends on average between $1,800 and $5,800 MXN monthly per employee on training programmes that include technical courses (AWS, Azure, Scrum, Six Sigma, IFRS, USGAAP), soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, time management), compliance (LFPDPPP, NOM-035, anti-corruption, AML) and industry-specific certifications. Of that total, between 4 and 8% goes to materials the trainer renews from their own pocket because the company never gave them a standardised kit. The corp 60 final bundle organises that expense and invoices it as training investment with full deductibility and CFDI 4.0 broken out by line.
The A4 pedagogic planner with planning and evaluation sheets is the differentiating component. The planner has 240 pages of 90 g/m² bond paper with large grid, pre-printed sections for session planning (objective, content, materials, time, evaluation), diagnostic evaluation sheets, summative evaluation sheets and feedback sheets. The cover is rigid cardboard with matte lamination and debossed corporate logo.
For corporates with training programmes reported to STPS as external training agent (STPS-RC-XXX registry), we attach to the kit the supporting documentation: trainer skills certificate, programme accreditation, training plan, attendance list and competence certificate. The invoice segregates from HR expense for correct deductibility under LISR Article 27.

How the trainer kit invoices under LISR
The corp 60 final bundle runs in two invoicing modes. The first is per-trainer with CFDI 4.0 issued at programme start and per-line description. The second is annual programme with fixed unit price per trainer invoiced against actual quarterly delivery, with payment complement at 30 days.
USO CFDI depends on the client's tax regime and the area receiving the expense. For Régimen General with HR or training area, it invoices on key G03 (general expenses) under the training and personnel development line. For RESICO, the same key applies because the kit counts as human-capital investment. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.
The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX with training programmes in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the carrier's data.
Cancellation or correction of the CFDI runs within 24 hours of the request. Personalisation changes after delivery are handled by replacement with an additional charge and a new CFDI for the additional piece. A kit not delivered because of trainer cancellation before the first day is invoiced only when order confirmation was signed by the HR or training area at least 5 business days in advance.
Sizes, colours and stock curve
The backpack in the corp 60 final bundle is unisex with padded straps and ergonomic back panel. The thermos and USB are universal. The pedagogic planner is A4 standard. For trainers with sensitive backs, we run a version with reinforced lumbar support. For female trainers, we run a version with contoured straps and adjusted torso length.
Backpack and thermos colours get selected on the first order and stay stable to build training programme identity. The most common combinations in Mexican corporates are: black backpack + black thermos + graphite USB + planner with black cover for leadership and senior management profiles; graphite backpack + navy thermos + graphite USB + planner with grey cover for technical and engineering profiles; navy backpack + white thermos + graphite USB + planner with blue cover for soft skills and communication profiles.
For corporates with more than 30 trainers in the training programme, we run rotating stock at the warehouse with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays for the kit only when the trainer is confirmed in the programme, with no minimum quarterly volume commitment. Premium logistics runs with DHL or Estafeta and delivery in 3 to 5 business days to any state in the country. For corporates with multiple legal entities, we run segregated batches per RFC with independent invoicing per entity.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 60 final bundle starts at $2,240 MXN per unit from MOQ 20. In quarterly series of 50 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $1,940 MXN. In annual contracts above 200 kits with quarterly deliveries, the unit cost drops to $1,680 MXN with safety stock reserved at our CDMX, Monterrey and Guadalajara warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at quarter start with full deductibility under training expense.
Production runs 15 to 18 business days for kits with personalised embroidery, pre-printed pedagogic planner and programmed encrypted USB. Series above 50 kits require 22 to 25 business days with a 6-week lead time before the first day of the programme. Delivery goes to the corporate office with acknowledgement from the HR area or directly to the trainer's home with premium courier.
For IMMEX corporates in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For trainers based in the US or Canada under USMCA, the kit ships with temporary customs entry for trainer personal effects and temporary export letter for corporate goods.
FAQ — corp 60 final bundle
Can you customise the pedagogic planner with the training programme logo?
Yes. Each pedagogic planner is printed with the corporate and training programme logos on the cover in debossed relief. For programmes with more detailed branding, we run hot stamping with metallic ink. Internal sections (planning, diagnostic evaluation, summative, feedback, attendance list, hour logbook) can be customised with programme name and course code. The design confirmation closes 10 business days before delivery to guarantee production time.
What happens if the trainer ends the contract before completing the year?
The kit is considered delivered to the trainer and logged in the logbook. No return applies. The corporate decides whether to deduct residual kit value from severance (common practice in training programmes) or absorb it as a period expense. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For trainers leaving before 30 days, the kit invoices in full because it was delivered.
Can you deliver in free zone at 0% IVA?
Yes. For IMMEX corporates in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas with training programmes in the free zone, we deliver with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Matamoros warehouse and destination at the client's office. For trainers based in the free zone, the kit ships complete with 0% and a fiscal address complement.
Do the backpack and thermos meet cabin baggage rules?
Yes. The backpack measures 45 × 32 × 18 cm, inside the IATA carry-on standard for economy class. The thermos is 500 ml and TSA-compliant for liquids in carry-on. For trainers flying to the US, Canada or Europe for training programmes, the kit ships without restrictions. The CFDI 4.0 includes technical description for per-diem deductibility when documented as part of the trainer travel programme.
Can you include encrypted USB with course materials?
Yes. For training programmes with specific materials (presentations, manuals, evaluations, cases, templates), we include AES-256 encrypted 32 GB USB with pre-installed encryption software. The USB stores the course materials: presentation (pptx), participant manual (PDF), instructor manual (PDF), evaluations, case studies, templates, bibliography and applicable regulatory compliance. It invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 under the training tools line.
Do you handle kits for virtual or e-learning instructors?
Yes. For virtual instructors delivering training via Zoom, Teams or Webex, we run a kit version without whiteboard markers and with USB ring light, lavalier microphone, HD 1080p webcam and desktop tripod. The rest of the kit stays identical (backpack, thermos, pedagogic planner, encrypted USB). The invoice goes out with the same technical description as the corp 60 final bundle with component adjustments.
