Corp 58 final bundle: the uniform the Mexican hotel hands to seasonal staff in Cancún or Los Cabos
The Mexican corporate operating resort, boutique or business hotels in Cancún, Los Cabos, CDMX, Mérida, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit knows that high season (Easter, summer, December holidays) requires hiring between 80 and 400 seasonal employees that get uniform, training and welcome kit in less than 14 days. The corp 58 final bundle ships the hospitality uniform (white combed cotton shirt, dress pants, area-specific vest, tie or bowtie), 14" laptop compartment backpack, 500 ml stainless thermos, 32 GB encrypted USB with employee manual in PDF and MIFARE RFID PVC badge for access control and attendance. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with key G03 (general expenses) under the uniform line and is 100% deductible under the general regime.
Why the hotel uniform says more than the training
The Mexican hotel that rotates seasonal staff in the first 30 days loses, on average, between 1.6 and 2.3 months of gross salary per failed hire in recruiting, training and ramp-up cost. Early attrition in hospitality doesn't get fixed with better pay: it gets fixed with a uniform the employee is comfortable wearing and a welcome kit that communicates belonging from day one. The corp 58 final bundle organises all three: uniform, backpack, thermos and badge.
The hospitality uniform is made with 200 g/m² 100% combed cotton white shirt with reinforced mandarin collar, tone-on-tone buttons, flap chest pocket, back pleat for modern fit and double-stitched bottom hem. The garment survives 60 industrial washes with permanent press per the manufacturer's technical sheet. It complies with the corporate dress code and the brand standards of the hotel (Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Posadas, Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe).
The dress pants are 100% polyester gabardine with extended waistband, belt loops, metal button closure, diagonal pockets and back pockets with button. Black, navy or Oxford grey depending on the hotel's code. Sizes 28 to 44 waist with 30, 32 and 34 lengths. The curve is documented per client with series adjusted to the hotel's staff.
For hotels with tourist-zone operations under IMMEX (typical of Los Cabos, Cancún, Puerto Vallarta), the kit is assembled in the free zone at 0% IVA and delivered with the Free Zone complement to the SAT. The Carta Porte 3.0 attaches the origin in Tijuana or Cancún and the destination at the client's hotel.

How the hospitality uniform invoices under LISR
The corp 58 final bundle runs in three invoicing modes. The first is per-season with CFDI 4.0 issued at season start and per-line description. The second is per-hotel with monthly delivery by average occupancy and invoice against actual delivery. The third is annual contract with fixed unit price invoiced against actual monthly delivery.
USO CFDI depends on the hotel's tax regime. For Régimen General, it invoices on key G03 (general expenses) under the uniform and work equipment line. For RESICO, the same key applies because the uniform counts as deductible expense. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.
The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of tourist hotels in Cancún, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the carrier's data.
Cancellation or correction of the CFDI runs within 24 hours of the request. Size changes after delivery are handled by replacement with an additional charge and a new CFDI for the additional piece. A kit not delivered because of employee withdrawal before the first day is invoiced only when order confirmation was signed by the HR area at least 5 business days in advance.
Sizes, colours and stock curve
The recommended curve for a 250-employee resort hotel is: shirts in XS 5%, S 30%, M 35%, L 20%, XL 10% with reserve for replacements; pants in sizes 28-30 (15%), 32 (30%), 34 (30%), 36-38 (20%), 40-44 (5%) with lengths 30 (20%), 32 (60%), 34 (20%). For high seasons with 80+ temporary employees, the curve concentrates on S and M with L adjustment for maintenance and kitchen staff.
Shirt and pant colours follow the hotel code: white for food and beverage, reception and housekeeping; navy for bellhop and valet parking; grey for maintenance; black for fine-dining restaurant. Vests, ties and bowties follow the hotel uniform code and ship per work area. The invoice segregates per area for correct deductibility.
For corporates with multiple hotels across regions (Cancún, CDMX, Mérida, Los Cabos, Tijuana), we run segregated batches per site with independent invoicing per RFC. Consolidation of shirts, pants and vest stock runs 8 weeks ahead for seasons with 80 kits or less, and 12 weeks ahead for mass seasons of more than 200 employees.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 58 final bundle starts at $2,180 MXN per unit from MOQ 30. In monthly series of 80 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $1,890 MXN. In annual contracts above 1,200 kits with per-season deliveries, the unit cost drops to $1,640 MXN with safety stock reserved at our CDMX, Cancún and Los Cabos warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at season start with full deductibility under uniform expense.
Production runs 18 to 22 business days for uniforms with personalised embroidery and programmed badges. Series above 200 kits require 25 to 28 business days with an 8-week lead time before the first season day. Hotel delivery goes out 1 to 3 days before start with tracked courier and acknowledgement from the HR area.
For hotels with IMMEX operations in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Cancún with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For hotels with multiple legal entities and centralised HR, we run a consolidated kit with breakdown per entity on one invoice with separate lines per RFC.
FAQ — corp 58 final bundle
Can you embroider the employee's name on each shirt?
Yes. Each shirt is individually embroidered with the employee name and hotel logo. The list ships in Excel format with columns for name, employee number, area (reception, restaurant, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, banquets), size and RFC when required for invoicing. Embroidery goes on the right chest with consistent typography. The list is locked 8 business days before delivery to guarantee production time.
What happens if the seasonal employee resigns before the first day?
The uniform is considered delivered to the employee and logged in the logbook. No return or replacement applies to the hotel. The hotel decides whether to deduct residual uniform value from severance (common practice in hospitality) or absorb it as a period expense. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For seasonal employees leaving before 30 days, the uniform invoices in full because it was delivered.
Can you deliver to tourist hotel at 0% IVA?
Yes. For tourist hotels in Cancún, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit under tourism promotion regime, we deliver with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Cancún warehouse and destination at the client's hotel. For multi-site in the free zone, 0% stays in place with a residential address complement per delivery.
Do the shirt and pants meet international brand standards?
Yes. The white combed cotton shirt complies with international brand standards (Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Posadas, Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe) with reinforced mandarin collar, tone-on-tone buttons and back pleat. The dress pants comply with 100% polyester gabardine and extended waistband per luxury hospitality standards. The CFDI 4.0 includes technical description for brand audit.
Can you include encrypted USB with employee manual?
Yes. For hotels with digital personnel management system, we include AES-256 encrypted 32 GB USB with pre-installed encryption software. The USB stores the employee manual in PDF: code of conduct, operating procedures, guest service manual, emergency plan, NOM-035 and internal regulations. It invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 under the HR tools line.
Do you handle year-end season kits with massive volume?
Yes. For year-end seasons with 200+ temporary employees, we run accelerated production with a 12-week lead time and weekly staggered deliveries. The hotel pays for the kit only when the temporary employee's start is confirmed, with no minimum volume commitment. Premium logistics runs with express courier (DHL, Estafeta) and delivery in 24 to 48 hours to the client's hotel.
