Corp 57 final bundle: the uniform that survives 12 hours on site under the Querétaro or Monterrey sun

The Mexican construction worker works under temperatures ranging from 5°C on a winter night shift to 45°C on a summer site in the open. What they wear decides whether they finish the shift incident-free or leave with heat stress, blisters or medical leave. The corp 57 final bundle ships the industrial shirt with NOM-004-STPS reflective tape, 14 oz 100% cotton denim pants with reinforced stitching, 3M H-700 hard hat with four-point suspension, steel-toe and dielectric industrial boots, class 2 high-visibility vest with retroreflective tape and MIFARE RFID PVC badge for site access control. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with key G03 (general expenses) under the uniform and work equipment line, 100% deductible under the general regime.

Why Mexican construction needs compliant uniform, not homemade

The Mexican constructor operating under NOM-004-STPS for materials handling, NOM-017-STPS for personal protective equipment and NOM-009-STPS for foot protection knows that the worker's uniform isn't an accessory: it's documented evidence before STPS, the insurer and the client. What the worker wears on site defines whether the audit passes or whether the site stops with a fine. The corp 57 final bundle organises the six critical components of compliant uniform in one delivery with unified invoicing.

The industrial shirt is made of 220 g/m² 100% cotton gabardine with French-seam stitching on main seams, metal buttons, flap chest pocket, divided lower pocket for phone, 5 cm reflective tape on chest, back and shoulders. NOM-004-STPS compliant for materials handling and NOM-017-STPS compliant for personal protective equipment. The garment survives 80 industrial washes per the manufacturer's technical sheet.

The 14 oz 100% cotton denim pants have reinforced stitching on the crotch, knees and pockets, five jeans-style pockets, belt loops, metal button closure with reinforcement rivet and 5 cm hem. NOM-004-STPS compliant for load handling and survives continuous site abrasion. The size curve is documented per client with 28 to 44 waist series with 30, 32 and 34 lengths.

The steel-toe industrial boots comply with NOM-009-STPS for foot protection and NOM-113 for safety-toe footwear. Double-density polyurethane sole, dielectric for electrical work, anatomical footbed with lumbar support, antimicrobial inner lining and hydrocarbon resistance. ASTM F2413 certified. Sizes 23 to 31 with documented curve.

How site uniform invoices under LISR

The corp 57 final bundle runs in two invoicing modes. The first is per-site with CFDI 4.0 issued at site start and per-line description. The second is annual contract with fixed unit price invoiced against actual monthly delivery, with payment complement at 30 days when the constructor runs on credit lines.

USO CFDI depends on the client's tax regime. For Régimen General with industrial safety or HR area, it invoices on key G03 (general expenses) under the uniform and work equipment line. For RESICO, the same key applies because the uniform counts as deductible expense. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.

The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of sites in tourist zones of Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo or Riviera Nayarit), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the carrier's data.

Cancellation or correction of the CFDI runs within 24 hours of the request. Size changes after delivery are handled by replacement with an additional charge and a new CFDI for the additional piece. A kit not delivered because of worker withdrawal before the first day is invoiced only when order confirmation was signed by the HR area or site resident at least 5 business days in advance.

Sizes, colours and stock curve

The recommended curve for a 60-worker site is: shirts in XS 5%, S 25%, M 35%, L 25%, XL 10% with reserve for replacements; pants in sizes 28-30 (15%), 32 (30%), 34 (30%), 36-38 (20%), 40-44 (5%) with lengths 30 (20%), 32 (60%), 34 (20%); hard hats in one size with universal adjustment; boots in curve 23-25 (10%), 26-28 (45%), 29-31 (45%); vests in XS 5%, S 25%, M 35%, L 25%, XL 10%.

Shirt colours follow the constructor's code: white for finished residential, navy for infrastructure, grey for commercial, green for maintenance. Pants stay in classic indigo blue across all cases. The hard hat follows the NOM-026 code for visual function identification. Colours get selected on the first order and stay stable to build site brand identity.

For corporates with multiple simultaneous sites across states (residential in Querétaro, commercial in CDMX, infrastructure in Monterrey), we run segregated batches per site with independent invoicing per RFC. Consolidation of shirts, pants and boots stock runs 8 weeks ahead for monthly series of 60 kits or less, and 12 weeks ahead for mass sites of more than 200 workers.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 57 final bundle starts at $1,790 MXN per unit from MOQ 30. In monthly series of 80 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $1,540 MXN. In annual contracts above 1,200 kits with per-site deliveries, the unit cost drops to $1,380 MXN with safety stock reserved at our CDMX, Monterrey and Guadalajara warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at site start with full deductibility under uniform expense.

Production runs 18 to 22 business days for shirts and pants with personalised embroidery and NOM-certified boots. Series above 200 kits require 28 to 32 business days with an 8-week lead time before the first site day. Site delivery goes out 1 to 3 days before start with tracked courier and acknowledgement from the site resident.

For constructors with tourist-zone sites (Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo, Riviera Nayarit), the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Cancún with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For constructors with multiple legal entities and centralised site resident, we run a consolidated kit with breakdown per entity on one invoice with separate lines per RFC.

FAQ — corp 57 final bundle

Can you embroider the worker's name on each shirt?

Yes. Each shirt is individually embroidered with the worker's name and trade. The list ships in Excel format with columns for name, employee number, trade (mason, carpenter, electrician, plumber, operator), size and RFC when required for invoicing. Embroidery goes on the right chest with consistent typography. The list is locked 8 business days before delivery to guarantee production time.

What happens if the worker resigns before the uniform's useful life ends?

The uniform is considered delivered to the worker and logged in the site logbook. No return or replacement applies to the constructor. The constructor decides whether to deduct residual value from severance (common practice in construction) or absorb it as a period expense. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For workers leaving before 30 days, the uniform invoices in full because it was delivered and used on site.

Can you deliver to tourist site at 0% IVA?

Yes. For tourist sites in Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo or Riviera Nayarit under tourism promotion regime, we deliver with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Cancún warehouse and destination at the site. For multi-site in the free zone, 0% stays in place with a residential address complement per delivery.

Do the boots meet NOM-113 and ASTM F2413 certification?

Yes. The industrial boots in the corp 57 final bundle comply with NOM-009-STPS for foot protection and NOM-113 for safety-toe footwear. ASTM F2413 certification covers steel toe resistant to 75 foot-pound impact and 2,500 pounds compression. The dielectric withstands 18,000 volts in wet test. The polyurethane sole resists hydrocarbons and common industrial chemicals.

Can you include class 2 high-visibility vest?

Yes. For sites with low lighting or night work, we add class 2 high-visibility vest with fluorescent orange or yellow-lime mesh and two horizontal 5 cm retroreflective tapes on torso and two vertical tapes on shoulders. NOM-152 and ANSI/ISEA 107 class 2 compliant. It invoices with an additional charge for the tape and is documented as compliance with the safety norm.

Do you handle RFID PVC badge for site access control?

Yes. For constructors with electronic site access control systems, we include PVC badge with MIFARE Classic 1K or NTAG213 RFID technology depending on the client's reader. The badge carries worker photo, name, employee number, trade, validity and QR code for verification. It invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 and ships with retractable badge holder for site use.
