Corp 54 final bundle: the kit the Mexican corporate hands the reseller who starts selling their brand
The Mexican corporate running a channel programme with resellers, partners, integrators or distributors knows that the first month decides whether the reseller stays two years or renegotiates with the competition in the next quarter. The corp 54 final bundle ships the reseller with a tech backpack with 15.6" laptop compartment, a DTF shirt with the corporate and partner programme logos, a 32 GB encrypted USB with the partner portal, a PVC badge with RFID technology for event and training access, a dual badge holder for trade shows, a 500 ml stainless thermos and an NFC card with the reseller's contact information. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with key G03 (general expenses) or P01 (advertising) depending on use and is 100% deductible under the general regime.
Why the reseller kit decides the next 6 months of sales
The Mexican corporate with a channel programme investing between $8,500 and $14,200 MXN per reseller in technical onboarding, certification and materials knows that the reseller that doesn't sell in the first 90 days leaves for the competition with the knowledge acquired. The corp 54 final bundle turns onboarding into a tangible object: the reseller receives the kit at their office and displays it on their next customer visit, which increases brand recall and reinforces the corporate's position in the conversation.
The DTF shirt with corporate and partner programme logo printing becomes the reseller's uniform at trade shows, training events and customer visits. DTF printing allows Pantone colours with under-2% tolerance, smooth gradients and 60-wash durability per the manufacturer's technical sheet. The shirt is 180 g/m² combed cotton with side seams, 1×1 ribbed crew neck and double-stitched bottom hem.
The 32 GB AES-256 encrypted USB stores the partner portal: corporate technical documentation, product catalogue, price list, sales manuals, customer success stories, sales presentation and margin calculator. The encryption software is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux and FIPS 140-2 compliant. The USB ships with the access code in a separate envelope to the channel programme manager.
For corporates with US or Canadian channel operations under USMCA, the kit ships with temporary customs entry for the reseller's personal effects and temporary export letter for the corporate goods. The Mexican invoice goes out in MXN at the day's exchange rate and is paired with an American invoice when the corporate requires it for their US books.

How the partner kit invoices under LISR
The corp 54 final bundle runs in two invoicing modes. The first is per-partner with CFDI 4.0 issued at contract signature moment and per-line description. The second is annual programme with fixed unit price per partner invoiced against actual quarterly delivery, with payment complement at 30 days.
USO CFDI depends on the client's tax regime and the area receiving the expense. For Régimen General with marketing or channel development area, it invoices on key P01 (advertising) or G03 (general expenses) depending on reporting. For RESICO, it invoices on key G03 because the kit counts as channel development investment. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.
The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX with resellers in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the premium carrier's data.
Cancellation or correction of the CFDI runs within 24 hours of the request. Size changes after delivery are handled by replacement with an additional charge and a new CFDI for the additional piece. A kit not delivered because of reseller cancellation before the first event is invoiced only when order confirmation was signed by the channel area at least 5 business days in advance.
Sizes, colours and stock curve
The shirt in the corp 54 final bundle follows the curve XS 10%, S 30%, M 35%, L 15%, XL 5%, with L and XL on backup stock. The backpack and thermos are unisex. The USB and badge are universal. For resellers with sensitive backs, we run a version with reinforced lumbar support. For female resellers, we run a version with contoured cut and adjusted torso length.
Shirt colours and DTF print get selected on the first order and stay stable to build programme identity. The most common combinations in Mexican channel programmes are: black shirt + white print + black backpack for enterprise software and SaaS programmes; white shirt + corporate-colour print + grey backpack for hardware and tech programmes; navy shirt + white print + navy backpack for professional services and consulting programmes.
For corporates with more than 100 resellers in the programme, we run rotating stock at the warehouse with monthly replenishment. The corporate pays for the kit only when the partner contract is signed, with no minimum quarterly volume commitment. Premium logistics runs with DHL or Estafeta and delivery in 3 to 5 business days to any state in the country. For corporates with multiple legal entities, we run segregated batches per RFC with independent invoicing per entity.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 54 final bundle starts at $2,640 MXN per unit from MOQ 25. In quarterly series of 50 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $2,290 MXN. In annual contracts above 200 kits with quarterly deliveries, the unit cost drops to $1,980 MXN with safety stock reserved at our premium CDMX and Monterrey warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at quarter close with full deductibility under channel development expense.
Production runs 18 to 22 business days for kits with DTF print, personalised embroidery and programmed encrypted USB. Series above 50 kits require 25 to 30 business days with a 6-week lead time before the first partner event. Delivery goes to the reseller's office with acknowledgement from the programme responsible party or directly to the launch event with premium courier.
For IMMEX corporates in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For resellers based in the US or Canada under USMCA, the kit ships with temporary customs entry for the reseller's personal effects and temporary export letter for corporate goods.
FAQ — corp 54 final bundle
Can you include the reseller's logo on the partner kit?
Yes. For channel programmes that allow co-branding, we include the reseller's logo alongside the corporate and programme logos. DTF printing accepts up to 4 colours without degradation, smooth gradients and fine details under 1 mm. For resellers with more complex branding, we run premium DTF with additional cost. The design confirmation closes 10 business days before delivery to guarantee production time.
What happens if the reseller cancels the contract before 6 months?
The kit is considered delivered and logged in the programme. No return applies. The corporate decides whether to give the kit to the next partner taking the level (common practice) or to the reseller staying in the programme as recognition. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For resellers cancelled before 30 days, the kit invoices in full because it was delivered.
Can you deliver in free zone at 0% IVA?
Yes. For IMMEX corporates in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas with resellers in the free zone, we deliver with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Matamoros warehouse and destination at the reseller's office. For resellers based in the free zone, the kit ships complete with 0% and a fiscal address complement.
Do the backpack and thermos meet cabin baggage rules?
Yes. The backpack measures 45 × 32 × 18 cm, inside the IATA carry-on standard for economy class. The thermos is 500 ml and TSA-compliant for liquids in carry-on. For resellers flying to the US, Canada or Europe for trade shows and training, the kit ships without restrictions. The CFDI 4.0 includes technical description for per-diem deductibility when documented as part of the partner programme.
Can you include RFID PVC badge for access to private events?
Yes. For corporates with private launch events, technical training and premium webinars, we include PVC badge with MIFARE Classic 1K RFID technology that the corporate's reader recognises. The badge carries reseller photo, name, company, partner code, validity and QR code for verification. It invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 under the access tools line.
Do you handle MIFARE NFC cards for reseller networking?
Yes. For resellers with active participation in trade shows and programme events, we include MIFARE NTAG213 NFC card pre-loaded with the reseller's contact information. The receiver taps the card with their phone and the contact loads automatically without needing an app. Compatible with iPhone 7+ and NFC-enabled Android. The NFC card invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 under the marketing tools line.
