Corp 47 final bundle: what the Mexican sales rep carries when closing from the car
The Mexican route salesperson loses 2.3 hours per day between travel, toll plaza waits and dead time in customer lobbies. What they pack in their backpack decides whether the visit is a sale or a reason never to come back. The corp 47 final bundle equips the rep with a tech backpack with 15.6" laptop sleeve, 20,000 mAh power bank with fast charge, 750 ml stainless thermos, presentation folder with physical sample set, NFC card for fast prospect capture, corporate folder with letterhead sheets and pre-printed quote folders, hand sanitiser, mosquito repellent and a compact first aid kit with bandages, gauze and solution. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued monthly with key G03 (general expenses) under the sales tools line and is 100% deductible under the general tax regime.
Why the rep's backpack decides month-end closing
The Mexican corporate with mobile field sales of 25 to 80 reps spends between $8,500 and $14,200 MXN monthly per rep on tools, fuel, tolls, meals and per diems. Of that total, between 12 and 18% goes to equipment the rep renews from their own pocket because the company never gave them a standardised kit. The corp 47 final bundle organises that expense and invoices it as an investment in sales tools with full deductibility and CFDI 4.0 broken out by line.
The Mexican field rep operates under constant pressure: long routes between CDMX and Querétaro, plant visits with two hours of waiting, customers that receive between 8 and 14 reps per week, traffic on Insurgentes at 6 PM. What the rep has in the backpack at the moment of the visit defines whether the conversation is serious or whether the customer sends them to their assistant. The corp 47 final bundle solves that with a 3.8 kilo kit that fits behind the seat of the Tsuru, X-Line or NV350.
For corporates with border-zone operations (Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Matamoros, Reynosa) or customers in the US under USMCA, the kit includes a type A/B power adapter, TSA-lock laptop bag, dual SIM card with roaming data and waterproof phone case for plant visits. Invoicing is segregated from representation expense for correct deductibility under LISR Article 27.
For reps covering routes with their own vehicle and receiving per-kilometre compensation, the kit ships with a power of attorney for corporate image use on professional social networks (LinkedIn, internal corporate networks) and a responsibility letter where the rep commits to proper use of the equipment. The letter attaches to the HR file and renews annually with the regional manager's signature.

How the route kit invoices and deducts
The corp 47 final bundle runs in two invoicing modes. The first is closed monthly order with CFDI 4.0 issued at month close and per-line description for deduction as sales tools. The second is annual contract with fixed unit price invoiced against actual monthly delivery, with payment complement at 30 days.
USO CFDI depends on the client's tax regime. For Régimen General, it invoices on key G03 (general expenses) under the sales expense line. For RESICO, the same key applies because the tool counts as deductible investment. Accounting validates ahead of the first batch to confirm the right key and the specific expense account.
The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For free-zone deliveries (typical of IMMEX with reps covering customers in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas), IVA is calculated at 0% and the Free Zone complement attaches with the SAT authorisation number. For deliveries with Carta Porte across state lines, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement attaches with the carrier's data.
For reps covering US customers under USMCA, we attach to the kit the temporary export documentation with pedimento and the temporary entry letter for working equipment. The Mexican invoice goes out in MXN at the day's exchange rate and gets paired with an American invoice when the corporate requires it for their US books.
Sizes, colours and stock curve
The backpack and thermos in the corp 47 final bundle are unisex and adjust for body size via adjustable straps. The power bank and folder are universal. For reps with sensitive backs, we run a version with reinforced lumbar support and cervical support. For female reps, we run a version with contoured straps and adjusted torso length.
Base kit colours get selected on the first order and stay stable to build brand identity. The most common combinations for Mexican field sales are: black backpack + black thermos + black power bank + corporate-cover folder for premium profiles (banking, insurance, tech); graphite grey backpack + navy thermos + grey power bank + institutional-cover folder for technical profiles (manufacturing, logistics, construction); navy backpack + white thermos + silver power bank + corporate-colours folder for mass profiles (telco, consumer, retail).
For corporates with field sales of more than 80 people, we run rotating stock at our warehouse with biweekly replenishment. The corporate pays for the kit only when the hire is confirmed, with no minimum monthly volume commitment. Logistics runs with standard courier (Estafeta, Paquetexpress) and delivery in 3 to 5 business days to any state in the country. For corporates with multiple legal entities, we run segregated batches per RFC with independent invoicing per entity.
Pricing, MOQ and timelines
Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 47 final bundle starts at $3,420 MXN per unit from MOQ 20. In monthly series of 50 kits or more, the unit cost drops to $2,980 MXN. In annual contracts above 600 kits with monthly deliveries, the unit cost drops to $2,640 MXN with safety stock reserved at our CDMX, Monterrey and Guadalajara warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued at month close with full deductibility under sales expense.
Production runs 15 to 18 business days for kits with personalised embroidery and bound presentation folder. Series above 80 kits require 22 to 25 business days with a 6-week lead time ahead of the first route day. Delivery goes to the rep's home (where applicable) or to the corporate regional office with acknowledgement from the regional manager.
For IMMEX corporates in the free zone, the kit is assembled in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For corporates with multiple legal entities and centralised sales force, we run a consolidated kit with breakdown per entity on one invoice with separate lines per RFC.
FAQ — corp 47 final bundle
Can you include physical product samples?
Yes. The presentation folder accepts a bound physical sample set with textile, plastic, vinyl, substrate, colour, fragrance or component samples relevant to the industry. For service-only corporates, we run a use-case portfolio with photos and metrics. The sample set is quoted separately and invoices as part of the kit with detailed description on the CFDI 4.0.
What if the rep resigns before completing the year?
The kit counts as a work tool delivered to the rep. No return or replacement applies to the corporate. The corporate decides whether to deduct residual kit value from severance (common practice) or absorb it as a period expense. The original invoice remains as support for the deductible expense. For reps that leave before 30 days, the kit invoices in full because it was delivered and used on route.
Can you deliver in free zone at 0% IVA?
Yes. For IMMEX corporates in Baja California, Sonora or Tamaulipas, we deliver into free zone with 0% IVA CFDI and the Free Zone complement attached. The Carta Porte is issued with origin at our Tijuana or Matamoros warehouse and destination at the client's regional office. For reps covering routes inside the free zone, the kit ships complete with 0% and a fiscal address complement.
Do the backpack and power bank meet cabin baggage rules?
Yes. The backpack measures 45 × 32 × 18 cm, inside the IATA carry-on standard for economy class. The power bank is 20,000 mAh (74 Wh) and complies with TSA regulations for in-cabin air transport (100 Wh limit). For reps flying to customers in Monterrey, Guadalajara or Tijuana, the kit ships without restrictions. The CFDI 4.0 includes technical description for per-diem deductibility when documented as part of the customer visit programme.
Can you include business cards and letterhead paper?
Yes. For reps with high card turnover (200 to 500 monthly), we run an annual contract with print-on-demand. For letterhead sheets and quote folders, we print with the corporate letterhead, letter or legal format, on 90 g/m² bond paper or 120 g/m² matte coated. Stationery invoices separately with its own line on the CFDI 4.0 and technical description per batch.
Do you handle kits for home-office reps?
Yes. For corporates with home-office policy, we ship the kit to the rep's home with tracked courier and delivery confirmation. Packaging is reinforced to survive transport undamaged. For reps in cities without express courier coverage, we route via DHL or FedEx with an additional charge. The invoice goes to the corporate with the rep's address as delivery point and is documented as work tool.
