Corp Pack 41 Final: the Mexican destination that sells with bilingual tangible

Corp Pack 41 Final closes the tangible loop of the Mexican hospitality corporate and tourism office at international fairs like Tianguis Turistico Mexico, ITB Berlin, WTM London, FITUR Madrid or ABAV Brazil: structured executive case with laptop and destination brochure capacity, embroidered polo with destination logo and executive name, destination tourism brochure with map, attractions, connectivity and rates, bilingual business card with QR to the reservations portal. CFDI 4.0 issues with 16% IVA and G03, or with USD/EUR reference when the fair destination is international.

Why Mexican tourism sells with bilingual tangible

The Mexican hospitality corporate and state tourism offices (federal SECTUR and state tourism secretariats) operate their international presence at fairs like Tianguis Turistico, ITB Berlin, WTM London, FITUR Madrid, ABAV Brazil, IMEX America and IBTM World. The tangible piece delivered to the tour operator, travel agent or international buyer must speak the buyer language and reflect destination quality. The bilingual executive case with tourism brochure goes to the buyer office and stays weeks on the desk; the generic brochure gets discarded on the way back from the event.

Corp Pack 41 Final assembles with adaptation to the international buyer profile. For US and Canadian buyers, the brochure ships in Spanish and English with emphasis on air connectivity, hotel infrastructure and nature experiences. For European buyers, the brochure ships in Spanish, English and German or French with emphasis on cultural heritage, gastronomy and authentic experiences. For Latin American buyers, the brochure ships in Spanish with emphasis on regional connectivity and shared experiences. Market adaptation is key for tangible effectiveness.

For hospitality corporates with multi-destination presence (typical of hotel chains with resorts in Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Acapulco, Cancun), the kit assembles in destination lots with delivery to the commercial manager of each destination with 7 business days before the event. Invoicing consolidates to the corporate with destination breakdown. For corporates with single destination (typical of boutique hotels, regional destinations, states with tourism office), the kit assembles as single provision with quantities adjusted to the stand size.

The Mexican tourism corporate with a serious international exhibition program schedules its participation 12 to 24 months ahead of the event. Corp Pack 41 Final prices per specific fair and invoices against delivery to the destination commercial team. For corporates participating in more than four international fairs per year, we run annual contract with fixed unit price per fair and stock reserved at our CDMX and Guadalajara warehouses. Fair participation certificate attaches to the tourism promotion program file.

How tourism programs invoice

Corp Pack 41 Final runs in three billing modes. First is per specific fair with closed price: the corporate confirms the number of executives participating in the fair, receives the CFDI 4.0 at the close of the fair month, and pays net 30 days with payment complement at 60 days when annual contract specifies. Second is annual contract with fixed unit price per fair and invoice against actual delivery, with calendar set by commercial area. Third is rotating stock administration for corporates with more than four international fairs per year.

CFDI usage depends on the tourism corporate tax regime. For General Regime, invoice fires with G03 (general expenses) when the kit is booked as destination tourism promotion. For federal or state tourism offices, invoice fires with P01 when exemption applies. For hospitality corporate with RESICO, invoice fires with G03. Supporting documentation includes delivery receipt signed by the commercial executive, photo record of the stand with delivered material, and copy of the participation certificate issued by the fair organizing committee.

IVA 16% splits by line in CFDI 4.0 when applicable. For international deliveries (typical of corporates with stand at ITB Berlin, WTM London, FITUR Madrid), the kit invoices with USD, EUR or GBP reference and tracked international carrier delivery. CFDI cancellation or correction processes within 24 hours of request when the corporate detects error. Replacement for damage during the fair invoices separately with immediate delivery.

International fair operation

Mexican tourism corporate participation at international fairs requires careful logistics coordination. Promotional material shipment must arrive at the fair venue 7-10 days before the event to allow stand mounting and material distribution to the commercial team. The tourism corporate usually participates with advance shipment via international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or consolidated shipment via freight forwarder when volume exceeds 50 kits per destination.

For tourism corporates participating in Tianguis Turistico Mexico (the most important tourism fair in the country, organized by federal SECTUR and rotating annually between destinations), the kit assembles with adaptation to the host destination edition. Tianguis 2026 in Oaxaca requires Oaxacan artisan piece; Tianguis 2027 in Yucatan requires Yucatecan artisan piece. Adaptation to host destination signals regional belonging and takes advantage of the destination regional exposure moment.

For tourism corporates with digital marketing program complementing the fair (typical destinations with social media campaign during event week), the kit assembles with piece that can be photographed for social networks: executive case in vibrant color, polo with visible logo, card with QR to portal, and photographable regional piece. The commercial team documents delivery with photography for reposting on the destination profile. Social media usage record attaches to event report.
