The Mexican corporate celebrating 10, 15, 20 or 25 years recognizes the stability and commitment of the employee with tangible pieces that outlast the moment: an engraved plaque with the name and exact hire date sits on the desk or home wall for decades; a wrist watch with personalized engraving gets used for years; a piece of Mexican crystalware or jewelry gets inherited. The payroll recognizes the anniversary on the pay slip, the CEO email recognizes it in the inbox, but neither of them stays in employee memory by year three.

Corp Pack 39 Final assembles in compliance with the fiscal regime for awards and labor recognition. For gifts booked as labor recognition expense under Article 27 of LISR, deductibility requires the corporate to demonstrate gift relationship with productivity or employee retention. Delivery receipt signed by the employee and the document accrediting years of service attach to the corporate tax file. For gifts qualifying as attendance and punctuality award under Article 93 of LISR, the deductible limit is 5 elevated UMAs per year per employee.

For corporates with single recognition program (all anniversaries receive the same gift), the kit assembles as annual provision with fixed premium piece. The Mexican corporate with recognition culture schedules the annual anniversary event between October and December to close the year recognizing those who close their anniversary. How anniversary programs invoice

Corp Pack 39 Final runs in three billing modes. First is per specific anniversarian with closed price: the corporate confirms employee name and anniversary tier, receives the CFDI 4.0 at the close of the recognition month, and pays net 30 days with payment complement at 60 days when annual contract specifies. Second is annual contract with fixed unit price per tier and invoice against actual delivery per anniversarian. Third is annual budget administration with invoice against consumed budget and quarterly compensation reports.

CFDI usage depends on the corporate tax regime. For General Regime, invoice fires with G03 (general expenses) when the gift is booked as labor recognition expense. For RESICO, invoice fires with G03. Supporting documentation includes delivery receipt signed by the employee, copy of corporate credential with photo to validate identity, and document accrediting years of service (HR letter or employee fiscal status certificate).

IVA 16% splits by line in CFDI 4.0. CFDI cancellation or correction processes within 24 hours of request when the corporate detects error in recipient name, RFC or CFDI usage key. Premium piece replacement for damage or loss invoices separately with G03 and the corporate charges the employee the replacement cost when applicable. Delivery receipt signed by the employee attaches to the recognition program file and to the corporate tax file.

Pricing, MOQ and lead times

Pricing in MXN before IVA 16%. Corp Pack 39 Final starts at MXN 1,280 per unit (5 year tier) from MOQ 10 anniversaries. At 10 year tier price rises to MXN 2,640. At 15 year tier price rises to MXN 4,980. At 20 and 25 year tier price rises to MXN 8,240. In annual contracts over 80 anniversaries with quarterly deliveries, price drops 15% with stock reserved at our CDMX warehouse. CFDI 4.0 issues at the close of the recognition month with G03.

Production lead times run 15 to 18 business days for kits with engraved plaque, wax seal card and custom USB. Series over 30 kits require 20 to 25 business days with scheduling 4 weeks before recognition event. Corporate or employee residence delivery runs directly with HR acuse, or with tracked carrier to residence when corporate policy permits. For international deliveries (rare but existing of corporates with employees in overseas offices), the kit invoices with USD or EUR reference.

For corporates with artisan crystalware or Mexican jewelry premium piece, we run extended 30 to 45 business days for limited edition pieces requiring coordination with the artisan. The collector piece includes numbered authenticity certificate and artisan origin certificate. The corporate can opt for delivery at corporate event (annual meeting, gala dinner, board meeting) with mounting and delivery protocol by HR and internal communication.
