Corp Pack 38 Final: the tangible wellness kit the employee keeps on the desk
Corp Pack 38 Final closes the tangible loop of your Mexican corporate wellness program: stainless steel bottle with wellness campaign laser engraving, microfiber towel with embroidered logo, cork and natural rubber yoga mat with carry bag, printed habit guide with illustrations and 4-week plan, elastic resistance band and card with QR to the corporate health portal. CFDI 4.0 issues with 16% IVA and G03 when booked as wellness expense, or D01 when booked as employee training under Article 27 of LISR.
Why tangible wellness changes the employee engagement
The Mexican corporate running a serious wellness program knows that engagement builds with consistency and tangible, not just emails from HR. NOM-035 on psychosocial risk factors requires the corporate to document psychosocial risk prevention policies and to show evidence of actions taken. The tangible wellness provision becomes documentable evidence: the laser-engraved bottle sits on the desk, the yoga mat shows up in the break room, the habit guide travels in the employee suitcase. Delivery receipt signed by the employee attaches to the NOM-035 compliance file.
Corp Pack 38 Final assembles in compliance with the Mexican occupational health framework. NOM-035-STPS-2018 requires the corporate to identify, analyze and prevent psychosocial risk factors, and to promote a favorable organizational environment. The tangible wellness program is one of the documentable actions the corporate can attach to its prevention policy. Delivery receipt signed by the employee, photo record of the yoga or nutrition workshop and the signed 4-week plan attach to the compliance file.
For corporates with robust wellness programs (typical of corporates with corporate gym, internal nutritionist, mental health program with digital platform and external gym coverage), Corp Pack 38 Final assembles as initial employee provision when joining the program. For corporates with incipient wellness programs, the kit assembles as program kick-off with tangible pieces the employee uses during the first 30 days and that signals to their team the corporate bet on wellness.
The Mexican corporate with a serious wellness program schedules its provision between January and March to launch the program in April with the spring season. NOM-035 compliance receipt delivers to HR and to the safety and health at work lead. Corp Pack 38 Final prices per product line and invoices against delivery to corporate or employee residence. For corporates with more than 1,000 employees, we run annual contract with fixed unit price and stock reserved at our CDMX warehouse.

How wellness programs invoice
Corp Pack 38 Final runs in three billing modes. First is per initial employee provision with fixed unit price: the corporate confirms the number of employees to equip at program start, receives the CFDI 4.0 at the close of the delivery month, and pays net 30 days with payment complement at 60 days when annual contract specifies. Second is annual contract with fixed unit price and invoice against actual delivery per cohort, with calendar set by HR. Third is rotating stock administration with automatic replenishment for new hires or damage replacement.
CFDI usage depends on the corporate tax regime and expense nature. For General Regime, invoice fires with G03 (general expenses) when booked as wellness expense, or D01 when booked as employee training under Article 27 of LISR. For RESICO, invoice fires with G03. Supporting documentation includes delivery receipt signed by the employee, program adhesion record and NOM-035 compliance signed by safety and health lead.
IVA 16% splits by line in CFDI 4.0. For interstate Carta Porte 3.0 deliveries (common between CDMX and Monterrey, between CDMX and Tijuana, between CDMX and Cancun), the complement attaches with authorized carrier data. CFDI cancellation or correction processes within 24 hours of request when the corporate detects error. Replacement for damage invoices separately with G03 and immediate delivery.
NOM-035 compliance and occupational health
NOM-035-STPS-2018 on psychosocial risk factors at work requires the Mexican corporate to identify, analyze and prevent psychosocial risk factors, and to promote a favorable organizational environment. Corp Pack 38 Final is one of the documentable actions the corporate can attach to its psychosocial risk prevention policy. Delivery receipt signed by the employee, program adhesion record, signed 4-week plan and attendance record to yoga or nutrition workshop attach to the NOM-035 compliance file.

Program adhesion record attaches to the employee file and to the corporate NOM-035 compliance file. Quarterly compliance report delivers to HR and to safety and health lead for internal and external audit support.
