Corp Pack 35 Final: the seasonal temp uniform that survives six weeks on the floor
Corp Pack 35 Final closes the tangible loop of the Mexican retail corporate for its seasonal temp workforce during Buen Fin, Hot Sale, Christmas and year-end: embroidered polo with retailer logo and temp name, PVC badge with seasonal validity and QR identification, non-woven tote with zipper, metal thermos with laser engraving and customer service training manual with cross-sell scripts. CFDI 4.0 issues with 16% IVA and G03 when booked as seasonal commercial promotion, or D01 when booked as temp training.
Why the Mexican retail seasonal hinges on temp uniform
Mexican retail seasonal mobilizes more than 800,000 temp workers between November and January, peaking at Buen Fin (mid-November), Hot Sale (May), Christmas (December) and year-end. The retail corporate that equips its temp staff with embroidered uniform, valid badge and sales manual projects order; the one that improvises with generic shirt and paper badge loses the perception battle from the first customer who walks into the store. The tangible uniform changes both the customer conversation with the salesperson and the salesperson willingness to represent the brand for six weeks.
Corp Pack 35 Final assembles in compliance with the Mexican retail corporate brand image. The polo is 220 gsm piqué cotton with retailer logo embroidered on left chest and temp name plus assigned store on right chest. The PVC badge carries photo, full name, RFC, assigned store, seasonal start date and validity plus QR linking to the temp training record. The non-woven tote is for carrying belongings between the store and public transport. The metal thermos is for use during the shift. The customer service manual includes cross-sell scripts, objection handling and closing protocol.
For retail corporates with stores in multiple states (typical of Liverpool, Coppel, Elektra, Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana, OXXO), the kit assembles in store-segregated lots with delivery to regional DC with internal distribution coordination. Invoicing consolidates to the corporate with breakdown per store and region. For retail corporates with operations in tourist zones (typical of Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta), the kit assembles with bilingual Spanish-English embroidery and bilingual customer service manual.
The Mexican retail corporate with a serious seasonal program schedules its provision 8 to 12 weeks ahead of Buen Fin and 10 to 14 weeks ahead of Christmas. Corp Pack 35 Final prices per specific season and invoices against delivery to regional DC or anchor store. For corporates with more than four seasons per year, we run annual contract with fixed unit price and stock reserved at our CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey warehouses. Delivery receipt signed by store lead attaches to the corporate tax file.

How seasonal programs invoice
Corp Pack 35 Final runs in three billing modes. First is per specific season with closed price: the corporate confirms the number of temps to hire for Buen Fin, Hot Sale or Christmas, receives the CFDI 4.0 at the close of the season month, and pays net 30 days with payment complement at 60 days when annual contract specifies. Second is annual contract with fixed unit price and invoice against actual delivery per season, with calendar set 90 days ahead of the season. Third is rotating stock administration for corporates with more than four seasons per year.
CFDI usage depends on the retail corporate tax regime. For General Regime, invoice fires with G03 (general expenses) when booked as seasonal commercial promotion, or D01 when booked as temp training under Article 27 of the Income Tax Law. For RESICO, invoice fires with G03. Supporting documentation includes delivery receipt signed by store lead, photo record when internal policy requires, and sealed training attendance lists.
IVA 16% splits by line in CFDI 4.0. For interstate Carta Porte 3.0 deliveries (common between CDMX and Monterrey, between CDMX and Tijuana, between CDMX and Cancun), the complement attaches with authorized carrier data. CFDI cancellation or correction processes within 24 hours of request when the corporate detects error. Replacement for damage during the season invoices separately with G03 and immediate delivery.
Retail DC and regional operation
The Mexican retail corporate with national coverage operates seasonal provision through its regional DCs: North DC (Monterrey), Center DC (CDMX, Queretaro, San Luis Potosi), West DC (Guadalajara), Southeast DC (Veracruz, Puebla, Oaxaca) and Border DC (Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez). Corp Pack 35 Final delivers to the retailer's regional DC, where the internal distribution team carries the kit to each store. Delivery schedules 48 hours ahead with store list and temp count per store for immediate distribution.
For retail corporates with single store or small format (typical boutiques, independent department stores, regional retailers), delivery goes directly to the store with tracked carrier and delivery confirmation to store lead. CFDI 4.0 issues to the corporate with the store address as delivery point. For corporates with omnichannel operations (typical retailers with physical store and digital platform), the kit assembles with omnichannel customer service manual covering both floor sales and digital sales via WhatsApp and social networks.
Size compliance in the Mexican retail corporate follows a curve dominated by M and G with smaller CH and XGG presence. For operations with female-dominant temp staff, the curve concentrates on CH, M and G. For operations with male-dominant temp staff, the curve concentrates on G, XG and XXG. We hold reserved stock curves for customers with recurring seasonal programs. DC or store delivery runs with specialized carriers (Tracusa, Castores) or dedicated vehicle when volume exceeds 300 kits per destination.
Pricing, MOQ and lead times
Pricing in MXN before IVA 16%. Corp Pack 35 Final starts at MXN 980 per unit from MOQ 50 temps. In series of 250 kits or more, price drops to MXN 840. In annual contracts over 2,000 kits with season-scheduled deliveries, price drops to MXN 760 with safety stock reserved at our CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey warehouses. CFDI 4.0 issues at the close of the season month with G03 or D01 per corporate tax regime.
Production lead times run 12 to 15 business days for kits with custom embroidery and QR badge. Series over 250 kits require 18 to 22 business days with scheduling 4 weeks before season start. Regional DC delivery runs with specialized carrier or dedicated vehicle 5 to 7 days before season start. For anchor store deliveries with 24/7 operation, delivery schedules at night to avoid disrupting commercial operation.
For retail corporates with operations in free trade zone (rare but existing of stores in Baja California or Sonora tourist zone), the kit assembles at 0% IVA with Free Trade Zone complement attached to CFDI 4.0. For multi-RFC corporates with centralized seasons, we run consolidated kit with breakdown per entity in a single invoice with lines separated by RFC and IVA breakdown per applicable rate.
FAQ — Corp Pack 35 Final
Can you embroider the temp name on every polo?
Yes. Every polo embroiders individually with temp name and assigned store. The roster arrives in Excel format with columns for name, RFC, store, size and start date. Embroidery runs on the right chest in consistent typography. The roster confirmation closes 8 business days before delivery to guarantee series production lead time. For high-rotation seasons, we run weekly lots with continuous embroidery until full provision coverage.
Does the badge work for store access control?
Yes. The PVC badge includes unique QR that links to the temp training record in the retailer portal. For corporates running QR reader access control, we deliver the badge with the technical specification of the reader manufacturer. Validity prints on the front and in the QR for automatic validation at store entry and warehouse area. Replacement for damage or loss runs at preferential price with new CFDI for the additional piece.
Do you comply with Buen Fin training manual?
Yes. The customer service manual structures with cross-sell scripts for typical Buen Fin categories (electronics, white goods, computing, telephony, fashion), objection handling (price, financing, warranty, delivery), sales closing protocol and system sale logging.
