Corp Pack 31 Final: the kit your certified operator wears to the line

Corp Pack 31 Final closes the tangible loop of your annual operator training program: hi-vis workwear compliant with NOM-009-STPS for forklift operation, NOM-004 certified PPE, course manuals printed on durable stock, a time-bound PVC credential with QR verification, and a refreshment kit for eight-hour sessions. Every delivery invoices through CFDI 4.0 with full deductibility as a training expense. The pack operates across plants in Queretaro, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi and Aguascalientes, and ships directly to the training center or the production line based on your internal calendar.

Why tangible training reduces absenteeism on the floor

Mexican manufacturing plants that refresh their annual training program with tangible material retain, on average, 18% more operators than those that send PDF manuals by email. The reason becomes obvious the moment you walk a plant floor in Queretaro or Saltillo: an operator with a PVC credential with QR hanging from his belt, a hi-vis shirt with his name embroidered, and a bitacora notebook in his pocket is an operator the plant treats as certified. Training that cannot be seen, cannot be demanded, cannot be rewarded, and disappears between shifts.

Corp Pack 31 Final is assembled against the customer's annual training calendar. If the operator renews the STPS-2 (annual training report filed with the Ministry of Labor) or needs DC-3 (labor skills certificate), the kit includes the course manual, the printed certificate with seal, the initial assessment with grades, and the final assessment with rubric. Every document ships in a sealed envelope with an authentication code that matches the customer's HR database to prevent duplicates.

For plants operating under IMMEX in the free trade zone, the kit assembles at a 0% IVA rate with the Free Trade Zone complement attached to CFDI 4.0. For plants outside the free trade zone, IVA bills at 16% with normal deduction as a training expense under Article 27 of the Income Tax Law. Interstate Carta Porte 3.0 attaches when shipment crosses state lines, typical between Queretaro and San Luis Potosi or between Jalisco and Guanajuato.

The Mexican corporate operator with a serious training program does not improvise compliance: it schedules in January, executes between February and October, and closes with documentation ready for STPS inspection. Corp Pack 31 Final prices by product line and invoices by monthly cohort. Delivery happens Mondays and Tuesdays to start courses Wednesday, with margin for size replacements for new operators or re-hires.

How annual training invoices work

Corp Pack 31 Final runs in three billing modes. First is monthly closed cohort: the customer confirms between 25 and 80 operators to certify in the following month, receives the consolidated CFDI 4.0 on the last business day of the previous month, and pays net 30 days with payment complement at 60 days when annual contract specifies. Second is closed single order for a specific cohort: when the customer needs a single delivery for a defined cohort, invoice fires at shipment. Third is rotating stock administration at the customer warehouse, with invoice against actual delivery and automatic replenishment by inventory level.

CFDI usage depends on the recipient's tax regime. For General Regime, invoice fires with key G03 (general expenses) when the kit is booked as induction training. For RESICO, invoice fires with the same key because the operator is enrolled with IMSS from day one. Tax validation with the accounting area runs before the first batch to confirm the correct key and the specific expense account.

IVA 16% splits by line in CFDI 4.0. For deliveries to free trade zone (typical of IMMEX operations in Baja California, Sonora and Tamaulipas), IVA calculates at 0% with the Free Trade Zone complement attached. For interstate deliveries with Carta Porte 3.0, the complement attaches with authorized carrier data. CFDI cancellation or correction processes within 24 hours of request when the customer detects an error in recipient name, RFC or CFDI usage key.

NOM-STPS compliance and inspection evidence

The Mexican manufacturer operating plant in the Bajio or northern Mexico faces periodic STPS inspections validating compliance with NOM-009 (forklifts), NOM-004 (PPE), NOM-017 (hazard communication) and NOM-019 (safety committees). Corp Pack 31 Final delivers the tangible training evidence: the name-embroidered shirt, the time-bound credential, the signed manual, the DC-3 certificate when applicable, and the sealed attendance list. Inspection rarely challenges training when documentation arrives consistent and current.

For plants under outsourcing (subcontratacion), the user customer is jointly responsible for NOM-STPS compliance, so the kit assembles under the user customer's brand and not the staff provider's brand. CFDI 4.0 issues to the user customer with key G03 and supporting documentation goes directly to the plant's training responsible. For IMMEX plants with more than 250 operators, we run segregated lots by shift with independent invoicing and shift-specific labeling for cafeteria and restricted area access control.

Size compliance in the Mexican manufacturing plant follows a different curve than administrative corporates: M, G and XG dominate with smaller presence of CH and XGG. We hold reserved stock curves for customers with recurring annual programs and biweekly replenishment. Plant delivery goes to the HR warehouse or the training room per customer instruction. For multi-site deliveries, we segregate by site with color labels and separate invoices per entity when the corporate requires it.

Pricing, MOQ and lead times

Pricing in MXN before IVA 16%. Corp Pack 31 Final starts at MXN 1,640 per unit from MOQ 25. In monthly series of 100 kits or more, price drops to MXN 1,420. In annual contracts over 1,200 kits with scheduled monthly deliveries, price drops to MXN 1,290 with safety stock reserved at our Queretaro and Monterrey warehouses. CFDI 4.0 issues at month close with key G03 and full deductibility as a training expense under Article 27 of the Income Tax Law.

Production lead times run 15 to 18 business days for kits with custom embroidery and photo credentials. Series over 100 kits require 20 to 25 business days with scheduling 5 weeks before the first Monday of training. Plant delivery runs with specialized carriers (Tracusa, Castores) or dedicated vehicle when volume exceeds 200 kits. For plant deliveries with restricted access, delivery schedules 48 hours ahead with the list of authorized recipients.

For corporate operations under IMMEX in free trade zone, the kit assembles in Tijuana or Monterrey with cross-border delivery in 24 to 48 hours and Carta Porte at 0% IVA. For multi-RFC corporates with centralized training, we run consolidated kit with breakdown per entity in a single invoice with lines separated by RFC and IVA breakdown per applicable rate.

FAQ — Corp Pack 31 Final

Can you embroider the operator name on every shirt?

Yes. Every shirt embroiders individually with operator name, area and personnel number when the corporate requires it for internal control. The roster arrives in Excel format with columns for name, area, size, RFC and date of hire. Embroidery runs on the right chest in consistent typography. The roster confirmation closes 10 business days before delivery to guarantee production lead time.

Does the QR credential work for access control?

Yes. The PVC credential includes a unique QR code that links to the operator's digital record in the customer portal. For corporates running access control with QR readers, we deliver the credential with the technical specification of the reader manufacturer. The validity prints on the front and in the QR code for automatic validation. Replacement for damage or loss runs at preferential price with a new CFDI for the additional piece.

Do you comply with NOM-009 for forklift operation?

Yes. The course manual structures against the minimum NOM-009-STPS contents for safe forklift operation: pre-operational inspection, load handling, maximum speeds, ramp operation, loading and unloading, and emergency procedures. The DC-3 certificate issues when the operator passes the final assessment with 80% or higher. Documentation goes to the corporate for integration into the operator's STPS record.

Can you deliver the kit to plants with restricted access?

Yes. For plants with restricted reception, delivery schedules 48 hours ahead and the driver presents official ID, carrier badge and packing list with operator name, assigned kit and personnel number. For plants with stricter security policies (typical of IMMEX in automotive or electronics), we run delivery with dedicated vehicle and corporate customer security escort.

Can you include signage and personal protective equipment?

Yes. For operator roles with exposure to specific risks, we add to the package rigid signage (no entry, mandatory PPE, electrical hazard), safety cones, UV-protective eyewear, gloves per area, ear plugs, hard hat with embroidered logo, and full body harness for working at heights. The full PPE pack prices separately with NOM-004, NOM-017 and NOM-009 compliance. Invoicing segregates from the administrative kit for correct deduction.

Do you handle kits for bilingual operators?

Yes. For corporates with bilingual operator staff (typical of IMMEX near the northern border or in zones with US operations), we deliver the course manual in bilingual Spanish-English version and the credential with operator name and validity in both languages. The DC-3 certificate issues in Spanish by legal requirement, but the internal manual ships bilingual to ease operator comprehension.
