Corp 2 final bundle: the kit that travels with the training

The corp 2 final bundle is built for corporate training programmes that run between one and five days, where participants need both physical and digital materials: technical backpack with specialised compartments, dot-grid notebook, 750 ml thermos for long days, AES-256 encrypted USB with the course material, hanging badge with QR access to the LMS, and branded sticky-note block. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out per cohort with deductibility under the training line item (Art. 27 LISR), provided the DC-3 constancia is delivered when applicable.

Training in Mexico and the fiscal framework

Article 27 of Mexico's Income Tax Law (LISR) makes training expenses fully deductible when delivered through institutions registered with the Labour Ministry (STPS) or when DC-3 certificates (constancia de competencias o de habilidades laborales) are issued for courses inside the corporate training programme registered with the labour authority. The Mexican corporate that meets this framework deducts the full kit as training expense, not as taxable merchandising.

For the corp 2 final bundle to count as training expense, three elements are required: the course must be on the corporate training plan registered with STPS under the trainer's or institution's RFC; participants sign an attendance list with date, time and autograph signature; and a DC-3 constancia or diploma is issued when the course exceeds 16 hours. With these three in place, the CFDI 4.0 is issued with USO CFDI G03 (general expenses) and the training complement file is attached.

The corporate running recurring training (call centres, banks, insurers, retail) contracts external trainers annually and issues a single consolidated monthly invoice for all courses in the month. This reduces purchasing overhead and improves fiscal control. For one-off programmes (product launch, technology certification, M&A induction), the invoice goes per event with breakdown of attendees and materials.

Corp 2 final is not a gift: it is a working tool. That's why the invoice carries the technical description of every component with its unit value, and the corporate registers it as a minor fixed asset or as period expense depending on its accounting policy. The fiscal audit accepts it without issue when delivered inside a formal training programme with attendance list.

How recurring training gets invoiced

Corp 2 final invoicing runs in two modes. The first is closed event: the corporate confirms the course, date, venue and attendee count, and we issue a CFDI 4.0 with the course start date and per-line breakdown (backpack, notebook, thermos, USB, materials). The recommended USO CFDI is D02 (training) when the DC-3 constancia covers the expense, or G03 for internal training without DC-3.

The second mode is annual contract: the corporate estimates annual training volume (e.g. 1,200 attendees across 24 courses) and we issue a monthly invoice for the kits actually delivered, with a fixed unit price negotiated upfront. This mode reduces unit cost by 12 to 18% because it guarantees volume and advance production scheduling.

The 16% IVA breaks out line by line. For IMMEX corporates that import training temporarily as part of their technical training programme (the case of specialised training from foreign suppliers), IVA may apply at 0% when the course is delivered inside free zone and the attendee is plant personnel. For training outside free zone, the standard 16% IVA with breakdown applies.

Cancellation of the CFDI for attendee data errors (wrong RFC, misspelled name) is processed within 24 hours with motivo 01 (comprobante emitido con errores sin relación). Physical kit replacement for damage or loss is invoiced as a new receipt at preferential pricing without affecting the original invoice.

Delivery logistics: venue or hotel

Corporate training in Mexico runs in three venue types: client office (boardroom or training room), business hotel (residential training camp), or external rented facility (convention centre, coworking space). The corp 2 final bundle arrives 24 to 48 hours ahead at the venue, with a delivery list signed by the client's logistics lead.

For hotel training (the typical case for 3 to 5 day leadership programmes in Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puebla or Valle de Bravo), we deliver the kits to the hotel 48 hours ahead, laid out in the course room or in the participants' rooms when the corporate manages the reservation. We coordinate with the hotel 2 weeks in advance to guarantee access to the storage area and delivery slot.

For multi-site training (corporates running operations in several cities), we run parallel deliveries on a synchronised schedule. Kits arrive at each venue 24 hours before course start with tracked courier. The corporate assigns a per-site lead who signs the delivery list and reports any shortage or damage within 24 hours.

For virtual or hybrid training with remote participants, we ship the kit to the participant's home with express courier (DHL, FedEx) and email delivery confirmation. The encrypted USB carries LMS credentials and video-call link. The participant confirms kit receipt by photographing the package before the course starts.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 2 final bundle starts at $3,450 MXN per unit from MOQ 25 attendees. In series of 100 kits or more for a single course, the unit cost drops to $2,890 MXN. In annual contracts above 500 kits, the unit cost drops to $2,540 MXN with reserved production capacity and safety stock at our warehouses. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out at course start or at month close with training-expense deductibility.

Production runs 15 to 18 business days for kits with preloaded USB. Series above 200 kits require 22 to 26 business days with a 6-week lead time. USB content is loaded as PDF, MP4 and editable formats depending on what the client's training area requests. Password protection rides in a sealed envelope to the attendee.

For corporates that need DC-3 constancias, we coordinate with the trainer registered with STPS to issue the constancias within 10 business days of course end. The constancia ships as a digitally signed PDF with SAT stamp when the trainer is a legal entity with e.firma. The constancia template is customised with the corporate logo and rides with the kit when required.

FAQ — corp 2 final bundle

How is the kit justified fiscally as training?

The kit is invoiced with USO CFDI D02 (training) when the DC-3 constancia is delivered, or G03 for internal training without DC-3. The DC-3 constancia is issued by the trainer registered with STPS or the training institution. The invoice includes the technical description of each component so the accounting area registers it as training expense per Article 27 LISR.

Can you preload specific client material on the USB?

Yes. The USB is preloaded with whatever the client's training area sends: PDF manuals, Excel templates, tutorial videos, case studies, source code, executive presentations. Capacity is 64 GB and the content is password-protected, delivered to the attendee in a sealed envelope. We can also add a digitally signed document by the trainer to validate authorship.

Does the backpack survive intensive training use?

Yes. The backpack is built with 1680D ballistic nylon — the same fabric used in military tactical packs. Seams are reinforced with bonded nylon thread and zippers are YKK 10 mm self-repairing. The manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years. For programmes with intensive field use (consulting, field sales), the corporate can request a reinforced version with internal rigid frame.

Can you deliver to hotel or convention centre venues?

Yes. For training in hotel (Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Valle de Bravo, Puebla), we deliver 48 hours ahead with coordinated access to the hotel storage area. For convention centres, we deliver 24 hours ahead at the assigned hall. We coordinate with the hotel or venue 2 weeks ahead with a corporate introduction letter and the participant list for access control.

What happens if an attendee doesn't show?

If the corporate reports the no-show 3 or more business days in advance, the kit isn't invoiced. If the report is later, the full kit is invoiced because production has already run. The undelivered kit can be redirected to another attendee of the same corporate or to another course in the same programme at no extra charge. The corporate sets the no-show policy when confirming the order.

Can you run bilingual Spanish-English training?

Yes. For corporates with US, Canadian or UK participants (frequent under USMCA training programmes), we ship the kit with materials in English and Spanish. The USB includes both languages. The notebook and thermos carry engraving on the Spanish side and the English reverse when the logo is bilingual. The CFDI 4.0 is issued in Spanish with the foreign-trade complement when the participant resides abroad.
