Corp 15 final bundle: the kit for celebrating the win
The corp 15 final bundle supports the Mexican corporate sales team when an important deal closes: bottle of wine or champagne with deal-customised label, crystal glass engraved with the amount and date, acrylic plaque with the client name and team, premium dinner for the winning team and final-client gift with regional premium product and managing director's card. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with deductibility as celebration and sales-talent retention expense.
Deal closing and corporate celebration culture
The Mexican corporate that doesn't celebrate important sales closes quickly loses its sales-force motivation. Per Gallup studies applied to the Mexican market, sales teams experiencing tangible recognition after closing have 28% less voluntary turnover and 18% higher annual quota attainment. The closing celebration is an investment, not an expense.
Important deal closing has three moments the Mexican corporate usually celebrates. The first is contract signing, typically at the client's office with the corporate's managing director and the client's managing director present. The second is the internal kickoff, where the corporate's team celebrates the formal project start. The third is final delivery, where the team celebrates the successful project end and the possibility of a case study or reference.
The corp 15 final bundle supports the three moments with specific pieces. For contract signing, the final-client gift ships with premium product and managing director's card. For internal kickoff, the winning-team kit ships with champagne, engraved glasses and plaque. For final delivery, the all-involved-team kit ships with premium dinner and deal-anniversary gift (typical: year 1, year 3, year 5 of the relationship with the client).
Deal size determines the kit scale. For deals under $500,000 MXN, standard kit with plaque and dinner for 4. For deals between $500,000 and $5,000,000 MXN, premium kit with champagne, engraved glasses and dinner for 8. For deals above $5,000,000 MXN, premium-plus kit with vintage champagne, plaque with amount, dinner for 12 and premium final-client gift. The progressive scale motivates the team to seek ever-larger deals.

Digital voucher with 6-month validity and personalised menu. Final-client gift with premium regional-product box, managing director's card and thank-you letter for the trust placed.
How deal closing gets invoiced
Deal closing is invoiced under USO CFDI G03 (general expenses) when the kit ships to the internal team as recognition. Deductibility operates under Article 27 LISR as an expense strictly indispensable to the business activity. The invoice includes per-line breakdown of each kit piece with its unit value. For the gift shipped to the final client, it's invoiced with key P01 (to define) and deducted as promotion and PR expense.
The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For IMMEX corporates celebrating an international deal closing in free zone, IVA is set at 0% with the Free Zone complement attached. For interstate deliveries with Carta Porte, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement is attached with the shipping data. The invoice goes per event or per closed deal with per-piece and per-attendee breakdown.
The corporate running a recurring celebration policy issues a single monthly consolidated invoice for all closings in the month. The invoice breaks down by deal, amount, date and kit count. Deductibility operates under the same Article 27 LISR regardless of frequency. Supporting documentation includes the signed client contract, project-closing act and the commercial director-signed celebration attendance list.
For the premium dinner, the invoice runs with two components: restaurant service (digital voucher) and service charge. The corporate requests an invoice with IVA breakdown and ISR withholding when the dinner amount exceeds $2,000 MXN per person. The ISR withholding for professional services applies when the restaurant operates as a legal entity under the technology-platform tax regime.
Contract signing: closing protocol
The contract signing is the most important moment of the deal and runs with specific protocol per amount and industry. For corporate deals, the signing usually happens at the client's office with the managing director, commercial director and the seller corporate's account team present. The signing is documented with official photography and internal press release (when relevant).
The Mexican corporate usually accompanies the signing with a tangible gesture for the client: premium-product box, wine with custom label or an emblematic branded piece from the seller corporate. The corp 15 final bundle's final-client gift fulfils this function and leaves a memorable impression of the closing moment. The managing director's hand-signed card adds the personal component that differentiates the corporate.
The post-signing toast is optional but recommended. The corporate toasting with champagne (or artisanal mezcal, Mexican wine, premium tequila depending on industry) marks the moment as celebration and not just formality. The toast happens with the engraved glasses from the corp 15 final bundle when the corporate requests it, and the glasses stay at the client's office as a memento of the start of the commercial relationship.
The internal team celebration runs during working hours or extended hours per the corporate's policy. For small deals, informal office lunch. For medium deals, dinner at a premium restaurant with the package voucher. For large deals, celebration with the managing director present and event at a hotel ballroom. The celebration operates as a team ritual that reinforces close-orientation culture and sales-team motivation.

FAQ — corp 15 final bundle
Can you customise the bottle label with the client name?
Yes. The bottle label is personalised with deal name, client name (with authorisation), closing amount, date and corporate logo. The design is validated with the client's marketing area before production. The bottle ships in a wooden box engraved with the closing detail and a screwed-on metal plate. For very important deals, a winning-team photo can be added to the label on request.
Does the premium dinner have restrictions?
The dinner voucher runs at selected premium restaurants and is valid for 6 months from issue. The reservation is made by the winning team directly with the restaurant. The voucher covers lunch or dinner including drinks, excluding tips and additional service. For teams with dietary restrictions, the restaurant offers adapted menu (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). For teams in cities without an affiliated restaurant, we substitute with at-home private-chef dining or an equivalent gastronomic experience.
Can you include the client name on the plaque without authorisation?
No. Including the client name on the plaque requires written client authorisation. The authorisation is requested at deal closing with a simple format the client signs. Without authorisation, the plaque is personalised only with deal name, amount, date and winning team. The authorisation is filed with the deal record and preserved for 5 years.
How is imported French champagne invoiced?
Imported French champagne is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 with foreign-trade operation key, import pedimento and payment of import taxes (IGI 20%, IVA 16% and DTA when applicable). For IMMEX corporates receiving the champagne for internal celebration in free zone, IVA is set at 0% with Free Zone complement. The invoice operates with sales-celebration deductibility.
Do you handle versions for multiple deals with the same client?
Yes. For clients with recurring deals (typical case of manufacturing supplier with several projects per year), we run a relationship-anniversary kit shipped at the 1, 3, 5 and 10 year anniversary of the original deal. The anniversary kit includes elements that recognise the ongoing relationship: plaque with timeline, glass engraved with all deals, wine with anniversary label. The invoice operates with client-retention deductibility.
What if the deal is cancelled after the kit is delivered?
The kit delivered to the winning team for a cancelled deal is not returned. The invoice operates with celebration-expense deductibility as long as the corporate documents the cancellation reason and kit delivery. The corporate running an aggressive celebration policy should consider an accounting provision to cover cancelled deals. The provision is calculated based on the corporate's historical cancellation rate (typically 5 to 15% of deals).
