Corp 124 final bundle: the Buen Fin campaign kit
The corp 124 final bundle equips the store team for Mexico's three strongest commercial campaigns: El Buen Fin (mid-November), Hot Sale (May) and the holiday season (November-January). Campaign tee with front and back silkscreen, multi-pocket apron, ID badge with QR for sales logging, USB with digital catalogue and campaign manual. CFDI 4.0 invoice goes with 16% IVA and marketing-promotion deductibility.
Three campaigns that concentrate the Mexican retail year
Mexican retail concentrates 38% of annual sales in three commercial campaigns: El Buen Fin (mid-November, 11 days), Hot Sale (end of May, 8 days) and the holiday season (November to January, 60 days). According to ANTAD and PROFECO data, Buen Fin 2025 moved more than MXN 198 billion with an average ticket of MXN 1,830, while Hot Sale 2025 moved MXN 38 billion online and the holiday season concentrates 22% of traditional-retail sales.
The retail corporate (department stores, specialty, self-service, convenience, fashion, electronics) runs an expanded headcount during campaigns: the corporate hires seasonal staff (weekends, night shifts, restocking), reinforces the floor team with additional supervisors, and equips the whole team with differentiated campaign uniform. The corp 124 final bundle ships the four elements that distinguish the campaign team from the regular uniform.
The Buen Fin campaign regime operates under the Federal Consumer Protection Law and PROFECO guidelines: the corporate must display prices before and after the promotion, must honour the announced delivery timeline, and must accept returns within the legal window. PROFECO supervises with operations in stores and digital platforms. The campaign manual included on the USB covers the essential legal points: complaint handling, returns, and consumer data protection under LFPDPPP.
The retail corporate with national presence (Walmart, Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro, Coppel, Elektra, Chedraui, Soriana, Oxxo, Seven-Eleven, Costco) requires scheduled deliveries per store 2 to 4 weeks before campaign kickoff. Delivery goes directly to store with specialised carriers and 1–3 day transit for urban deliveries, 3–5 days for smaller-city deliveries. CFDI 4.0 invoice goes per delivery with per-store breakdown.

How the campaign kit is invoiced
The corp 124 final bundle invoices under USO CFDI D02 when booked as training expense, or G03 when booked as marketing-promotion expense. The invoice carries 16% national IVA with advertising-expense deductibility. For corporates with operations in the northern border zone (Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Matamoros, Reynosa, Nuevo Laredo), 8% IVA applies with Border Zone complement.
The national retail corporate issues a single consolidated invoice across all stores with per-store and per-campaign breakdown. Deductibility runs under Article 27 LISR as advertising and marketing expense, with a 3% cap on cumulative corporate income. For corporates with advertising spend above the cap, the excess carries forward to future years.
The international retail corporate with operations in Mexico (Walmart, Costco, IKEA, H&M, Zara, C&A) accesses the temporary-import regime when the campaign is financed with imported inventory. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes in MXN with the day's exchange rate. For corporates under IMMEX, the corp 124 final bundle invoices at 0% IVA when the corporate temporarily imports the uniforms for processing in Mexico.
Campaign calendar and logistics
The 2026 Mexican retail calendar runs three strong campaigns: Hot Sale from 25 May to 1 June, Buen Fin from 13 to 24 November, holiday season from 15 November to 6 January. Each campaign requires kit delivery 2 to 4 weeks before kickoff to distribute to stores, train the team and validate QR and USB functioning.
The retail corporate with 100 to 1,000 stores runs scheduled deliveries by region (north, central, south) to optimise logistics. Store delivery goes directly with specialised carriers (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, Castores) with 1–3 day transit for urban stores and 3–5 days for smaller-city stores. The invoice goes per delivery with per-store breakdown.
Production runs 12 to 15 business days for series of 100 kits or more, with 18 to 22 days for series above 1,000 kits. For urgent campaigns (flash campaign with less than 2 weeks notice), we run a minimum batch of 50 kits with 7–10 business days production time. Urgent delivery operates with extra charge for reduced production time and express carrier.
FAQ — corp 124 final bundle
Do you comply with PROFECO rules?
Yes. The campaign manual on the USB covers the essential legal points demanded by PROFECO: price display before and after, delivery timeline, returns, complaint handling. For corporates running campaigns on digital platforms, the manual additionally includes LFPDPPP (data protection) and LFTPL (digital platforms) requirements. Documentation is filed with the corporate legal record.
Can you customise apron colour per store?
Yes. For corporates with colour codes per store or region, we run additional customisation at an extra cost of MXN $45 per piece. Production extends by 3 business days for additional customisation. Colour identification helps regional supervision and inventory control in large stores with multiple departments.
Does the badge carry an anti-counterfeiting seal?
Yes. The badge carries a holographic anti-counterfeiting seal and a unique QR code per employee leading to the internal sales logging system. For corporates with intensive security operations, we run badges with passive RFID chip (MIFARE Classic 1KB) at an extra cost of MXN $95 per unit. Production extends by 5 business days for the RFID chip.
Is the USB safe for campaign data?
Yes. The USB operates with optional AES-256 software encryption and complies with NOM-151 for data-message preservation. For corporates running campaigns that include consumer personal data (loyalty programme or financing case), we recommend the encryption-enabled version. The 32GB capacity is enough for catalogue, legal manual, scripts and backup barcodes.
Do you ship to more than 500 stores?
Yes. We ship to store networks of any size: from 5 stores to 2,500 stores in a single order. Logistics runs with specialised carriers and a logistics operator experienced in retail (DHL Retail, Estafeta Múltiples, Castores Distribución). The invoice goes per consolidated or per-store delivery, depending on the corporate's purchasing policy. Transit time is 1–5 days depending on store location.
