Corp 10 final bundle: the kit that takes care of the employee

The corp 10 final bundle aligns with NOM-035-STPS-2018 (psychosocial risk factors at work) and answers the growing corporate wellness programme in Mexico: natural-rubber yoga mat with carrying bag, time-marker water bottle, elastic resistance band, mindfulness kit with printed guide and app access, light-blocking sleep mask and natural-ingredient hand cream. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with deductibility as wellness and occupational-health expense.

NOM-035 and wellness programmes in Mexico

NOM-035-STPS-2018 obliges Mexican corporates to identify, analyse and prevent psychosocial risk factors at work, and to promote a favourable organisational environment. The standard applies to all workplaces in the country, with mandatory implementation since 2020 based on employee count. The corporate that complies must offer at least one documented wellness intervention per year, with evidence of compliance filed with the STPS record.

The Mexican corporate investing in wellness gets measurable returns: absenteeism reduction (up to 28% per WHO), voluntary turnover reduction (up to 22% per Gallup), perceived productivity improvement (up to 12% per ILO studies) and reduction in work-related stress and fatigue accidents (up to 35% per STPS). These returns offset the programme investment at a 4:1 ratio according to Deloitte analysis applied to the Mexican context.

The corp 10 final bundle covers the five pillars of corporate wellness under Martin Seligman's PERMA model applied to the Mexican context: emotional wellness (mindfulness, sleep mask, printed guide), physical wellness (yoga mat, resistance band, water bottle), social wellness (digital wellness community, group events), occupational wellness (ergonomic kit for home office) and financial wellness (financial-literacy workshops when added to the kit).

The Mexican corporate running manufacturing operations additionally includes elements specific to standing work or repetitive motion: ergonomic insoles for industrial footwear, compression socks, lumbar support belt and muscle-relaxant cream. These elements comply with NOM-026-STPS-2008 on production-area safety and NOM-001-SSA-1993 on occupational health conditions.

How the wellness programme gets invoiced

The corporate wellness programme is invoiced under USO CFDI G03 (general expenses) when shipping to employees as part of the internal programme. Deductibility operates under Article 27 LISR as an expense strictly indispensable to corporate operations. For programmes tied to NOM-035 compliance, it's invoiced with key D02 (training) when a participation constancia is issued signed by the corporate's occupational-health area.

The 16% IVA breaks out line by line on the CFDI 4.0. For IMMEX corporates running the programme in free zone, IVA is set at 0% with the Free Zone complement attached. For interstate deliveries with Carta Porte, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement is attached with the shipping data. The invoice goes per cohort or per mass-delivery event with per-employee breakdown when required for HR reporting.

The corporate running the annual programme issues a single consolidated invoice for all deliveries in the year. The invoice breaks down by month, site and kit count. Deductibility operates under the same Article 27 LISR regardless of frequency. Supporting documentation includes the HR-signed list of benefiting employees, the programme satisfaction survey, and the absenteeism and work-climate impact indicators.

For corporates reporting ESG indicators to investors (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global), the wellness programme spend is reported as investment in human capital and occupational health in the ESG report. The CFDI 4.0 invoice serves as supporting documentation for the reported spend. The corporate's sustainability area files the invoice with the annual report and with the NOM-035 compliance record before the STPS.

Delivery modes and programme accompaniment

The wellness programme ships in three modes per the corporate. The first is individual delivery to the employee's home with tracked courier. This mode applies for corporates with home office or hybrid model where the employee doesn't regularly come to the office. Delivery is scheduled 24 to 48 hours ahead and requires employee confirmation to receive the package.

The second is group delivery at the programme launch event. The corporate organises a 2 to 3 hour event where the programme is presented, kits are delivered and a demo yoga or mindfulness session is run with a guest instructor. The event runs during working hours (typically 14:00 to 17:00 to not affect the morning shift) and includes healthy refreshments. Catering and kit invoices are issued separately.

The third is delivery at the corporate site with internal HR distribution. The corporate receives the full batch at its site and distributes internally to each employee. This mode applies for corporates with large central offices (more than 200 employees) where individual shipping would be logistically expensive. Internal distribution is documented with a signed acknowledgement per employee.

The programme accompaniment runs on the mindfulness app with the customised QR code. The app lets the employee log their wellness session, track hydration statistics, download guided meditations and participate in community challenges (typical 30-day yoga challenge or hydration challenge). The app integrates with the corporate's occupational-health system for anonymous indicator reporting.

Pricing, MOQ and timelines

Pricing in MXN before 16% IVA. The corp 10 final bundle starts at $1,580 MXN per unit from MOQ 25 employees. In series of 100 kits or more for a single programme, the unit cost drops to $1,290 MXN. In annual contracts for corporates with a stable wellness programme, the unit cost drops to $1,090 MXN with safety stock and scheduled per-cohort delivery. The CFDI 4.0 invoice goes out with deductibility as wellness and occupational-health expense.

Production runs 12 to 15 business days for kits with natural-rubber mat and customised guide. Series above 100 kits require 18 to 22 business days with a 4-week lead time before the programme starts. Delivery goes to the corporate site or to the employee's home per the chosen mode. The mindfulness app activates via QR within 48 hours of order confirmation.

For corporates with a regional Latam programme, we coordinate deliveries in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru with a single point of contact. The invoice is issued in MXN with per-country breakdown and compliance with local temporary-import regulations when the kit crosses the border. Delivery timeline extends to 10 business days for non-Mexico destinations.

FAQ — corp 10 final bundle

How is NOM-035 compliance documented?

The corporate running the corp 10 final kit files the CFDI 4.0 invoice, the HR-signed list of benefiting employees and the programme satisfaction survey with the NOM-035 compliance record before the STPS. The record is updated annually and preserved for 5 years for inspection. The mindfulness app provides additional evidence of programme follow-up with anonymous participation metrics.

Is the yoga mat suitable for people allergic to latex?

Yes. The natural-rubber yoga mat doesn't contain synthetic latex or other common allergens. The material is hypoallergenic and biodegradable, certified by Yoga Alliance as suitable for professional use. For employees with specific natural-rubber allergies, we run an alternative version in cork or TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) at an additional cost of $180 MXN per piece.

Does the mindfulness app have a recurring cost?

The app's premium subscription is included for 6 months from QR-code activation. After the 6 months, the corporate can renew the subscription at a preferential cost of $480 MXN per employee per year, or migrate to the free version with basic features. The decision depends on the corporate's internal policy and the occupational-health area's budget.

Can you add elements for industrial-plant work?

Yes. For plant employees, we add ergonomic insoles for industrial footwear, compression socks, lumbar support belt and muscle-relaxant cream to the kit. These elements comply with NOM-026-STPS-2008 and NOM-001-SSA-1993. The expanded plant kit is quoted separately with additional safety and hygiene compliance. The invoice operates with the same occupational-health deductibility.

How is programme impact measured on HR indicators?

Impact is measured with four instruments: anonymous satisfaction survey at programme end (1 to 5 scale), absenteeism indicator comparison before and after (monthly HR report), voluntary turnover comparison before and after (quarterly HR report), and work-climate survey applied 6 months after the programme. Results are reported to compensation and benefits to justify programme renewal.

Do you run versions for employees with disabilities?

Yes. For employees with motor or sensory disabilities, we adapt the kit with alternative elements: textured yoga mat for visually impaired, ergonomic-grip resistance band for reduced mobility, audio-guided sleep mask for mindfulness sessions, and app with subtitles and screen-reader support. The adaptation is quoted separately with NOM-034-SSA3-2013 accessibility compliance.
