Recipients, capture and tax deductibility

The final client package requires pre-collection of the recipient's full name, corporate position, corporate email, RFC when invoicing is required, corporate address with internal delivery notes, occasion, hand-delivery or courier preference and any dietary, religious or cultural restrictions. The capture sheet is cross-referenced with the key-account CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and the duplicates are removed before piloting. For high-value recipients (C-suite) the corporate protocol office validates the delivery list with the sponsor before the production run.

Tax deductibility of the client-gifting expense follows CFF article 27: the package must be identified with the recipient's RFC when applicable, supported by a CFDI 4.0 with the customer's tax data, and the expense must be strictly necessary for the corporate's activity. For international recipients under USMCA we issue CFDI 4.0 with the export complement and the customs documentation (pedimento, CO, commercial invoice) when the package crosses the border. The invoice is filed in MXN at the Banco de México FIX exchange rate of the day, with the option to bill in USD when the recipient's corporate is the contracting party.

Delivery, hand-delivery and protocol

The final client package is delivered directly to the recipient's corporate address or home address with 3 to 5 business days of anticipation for the occasion. For CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Mérida, Puebla and León we offer hand-delivery with uniformed messenger and signature acknowledgement from the recipient or the protocol office. For the rest of the country we use insured courier with signature on delivery. For international deliveries under USMCA we ship with FedEx International Priority or DHL Express with signature on delivery and full tracking.

For deliveries to corporate buildings with security protocols (Torre Reforma, Torre BBVA, Torre Citi, Torre Santander, Torre Cumbres, Torre KIO, The Bow, Parque Polanco, Centro Sur, Plaza Carso) we coordinate with the security office and the protocol office to clear the access. For home deliveries to C-suite residences we coordinate directly with the chief of staff or the protocol officer. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is filed to the contracting corporate with the corresponding tax data, 16% VAT and SPEI payment complement in MXN or USD.

Pricing, MOQ and timeline

Package for VIP strategic account (C-suite) from 6 200 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 15. Package for corporate renewal or contract anniversary from 4 850 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 25. Package for year-end gifting drop from 1 650 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 100. Package for cross-border alliance under USMCA from 9 400 MXN plus VAT per piece at a run of 12. Premium curation with leather box, premium spirit or engraved crystal is quoted separately.

Production timeline runs 18 business days for runs of up to 30 pieces and 25 business days for larger runs. Fine curation with linen or leather box runs 25 to 30 business days. Delivery in CDMX and the metropolitan area is on the workshop's account within 5 business days; nationwide shipping uses insured courier within 7 to 12 business days depending on destination; international shipping under USMCA uses FedEx or DHL within 5 to 10 business days. For urgent drops with less than 12 business days we activate express production with an additional +35% on the list price.
