Rigid box in corporate color with hot-stamping of the isotype and inner lining in gold or silver tone according to season. Contents: foot-signed crystal glass with isotype screen print, bottle of wine or Mexican distillate with private curation and personalized label, A5 notebook sewn with 240 sheets and cloth-bound cover, fountain pen with metallic body and case, set of Mexican artisan chocolates with FSC cardboard packaging, and greeting card with autograph signature of the general director. CEO client visit kit

Reusable jute bag with isotype screen print. Contents: organic cotton t-shirt with isotype embroidery on the left chest, 500 ml steel thermos with engraving, A6 pocket notebook, metallic roller pen, and business card of the general director on aluminum plate. Delivery at the client waiting room or at the reception of their headquarters by the Institutional Relations team.

Top-volume client recognition kit

Wooden box with magnetic closure and laser engraving of the isotype on the lid. Contents: wristwatch with steel case and personalized engraving on the back, fountain pen with leather case, 350 ml ceramic mug with anniversary screen print, recognition certificate letterhead with general director signature, and personalized letter from the CEO in ink. Delivery at private ceremony with the executive committee of the corporate and the client's account team.

Production, materials and gift curation

Each client kit is produced on order in Mexican workshop with capacity for textiles, metallurgy, case making and premium curation. The rigid box is manufactured in 350 g/m² caliper with recycled cardboard and inner lining in kraft paper, black cardboard or velvet according to the corporate brand manual. Hot-stamping is applied with gold, silver or copper foil on lid, spine or bottom according to the design approved by the corporate Communications department. Premium tech gift curation is done with the IT department and the general management of the corporate to guarantee compatibility and compliance with encryption and device control policies.

Laser engraving is applied with controlled depth on the device body, case, thermos or metal plate, with orthographic and design verification before the final shot. Mexican wine or distillate curation is done with certified sommelier and the corporate Institutional Relations department. Delivery runs by the corporate with insured courier and signed receipt from the client or their authorized representative. For clients with address outside the country, we deliver with international courier and USD invoice at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day.

Personalization, LFPDPPP and IMMEX deduction

Client kit personalization takes the corporate spreadsheet with client name, position, company, occasion date, gift reason and delivery address. Each piece is personalized with the client name engraved on the tech gift body, on the thermos, on the plate or on the notebook cover. Orthographic verification is done with the corporate Communications department before the final shot of engraving or printing.

Data handling of the client complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties: name, position, company and address are used exclusively for the kit and its delivery, are not transferred to third parties outside the workshop and the courier, are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery, and the client may request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. For corporates with USMCA operations, we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day, IMMEX deduction when the kit is tied to a strategic client retention program, and home delivery in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros with insured courier.

MOQ, cost and annual contract

Tier-1 contract signing kit from 1 980 MXN plus VAT per unit at 25 units. Strategic client year-end close kit from 2 450 MXN plus VAT per unit at 50 units. CEO client visit kit from 1 320 MXN plus VAT per unit at 50 units. Top-volume client recognition kit from 6 840 MXN plus VAT per unit at 10 units. Premium tech gift curation, Mexican wine or distillate, plate with dedication and restaurant dinner are quoted separately based on the level selected and the curation approved by the corporate.

For corporates with permanent program (year-end close, quarterly Tier-1 contract signing, annual CEO visit, strategic client recognition) we offer annual contract with preferential rates, calendar shared with the Institutional Relations department and consolidated invoicing in a single monthly CFDI 4.0 with cost center breakdown and complement for SPEI payment. Can you deliver the kit to the client's office instead of their home?

Yes — we deliver to the client's office, to the boardroom, to their home address or to the restaurant where the year-end dinner is held, with insured courier and signed receipt from the client or their authorized representative. The invoice is issued through CFDI 4.0 at SAT with 16% VAT breakdown and complement for SPEI payment.

How long does full client kit production take?

The box prototype and content curation leave in 7 business days for corporate approval. Full production leaves in 18 business days with consolidated delivery to the Institutional Relations department or to the client address. For urgent kits under 18 days we run express production with a +35% surcharge on list price.

Can you curate the tech gift with the corporate IT department?

Yes — tech gift curation is done with the corporate IT department and general management to guarantee compatibility with the corporate network, compliance with encryption and device control policies, and approval of the selected device. Premium curation is quoted separately based on the approved device.
