Production, manual and DC-3

We produce training bundles in Mexican workshop with capacity for offset and digital printing, industrial binding, textiles and light metallurgy. The manual is offset-printed in one or two inks depending on the corporate brand manual, on thick paper of 120 g/m² with cover in 300 g/m² solid bleached cardboard and sewn or glued binding depending on page count. The notebook is bound with sewn stitching and covered in FSC paper with hot-stamping of the isotype on the cover. The roller pen is manufactured with metallic body with laser engraving of the isotype in low relief.

For training programs accredited with the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, we issue the DC-3 certificate with the instructor's RFC, the participant's RFC, the course name, duration in hours and thematic area of the program. The certificate is printed on security paper with folio and delivered to the participant at the end of the course, together with the complete kit. The certificate is registered in the STPS platform for labor training purposes when the corporate requires it. The DC-3 certificate issuance runs by the corporate HR department with the STPS-registered instructor.

Personalization, course platform and LFPDPPP

Kit personalization takes the corporate list with participant name, RFC, CURP, area, course platform access code and DC-3 certificate code when applicable. Each kit is identified with the participant code on the outer label and inner packing slip. The PVC badge is issued with photo, name, area and QR code that opens the course platform with the agenda, materials and assessments. The notebook carries the participant name and course code on the first sheet.

Data handling of the participant complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties: name, RFC, CURP, area and access code are used exclusively for the kit, course badge and DC-3 certificate, are not transferred to third parties outside the workshop and the corporate, are deleted from our systems 90 days after the end of the course, and the participant may request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. For corporates with USMCA operations, we also invoice in USD with conversion in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day, IMMEX deduction when the program is tied to a cross-border training program, and delivery in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros with insured courier.

MOQ, cost and annual training program

Employee induction kit from 480 MXN plus VAT per unit at 100 units. Technical and operations course kit from 620 MXN plus VAT per unit at 50 units. Diploma and certification kit from 1 240 MXN plus VAT per unit at 25 units. Workshop kit from 320 MXN plus VAT per unit at 50 units. Manual printing, DC-3 certificate, course platform and personal protective equipment are quoted separately based on the program and the thematic area.

For corporates with annual training program (monthly induction, quarterly technical courses, annual diploma, weekly workshops) we offer annual contract with preferential rates, calendar shared with HR and consolidated invoicing in a single monthly CFDI 4.0 with cost center breakdown and complement for SPEI payment. DC-3 certificate issuance is quoted separately based on the number of participants and the courses accredited with STPS.

Frequently asked questions

Can you issue the DC-3 certificate from STPS?

No — the DC-3 certificate is issued by the corporate HR department with the instructor registered with the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare. We print the certificate on security paper with folio and deliver it to the participant together with the complete kit. STPS registration runs by the corporate with its instructor. The DC-3 certificate printing is quoted separately based on the number of participants.

How long does full training kit production take?

The manual prototype and kit curation leave in 10 business days for corporate and HR approval. Full production leaves in 21 business days with consolidated delivery to the course venue or to the corporate warehouse. For urgent courses under 21 days we run express production with a +35% surcharge on list price.

Can you integrate the kit with the corporate course platform?

Yes — we integrate the kit with the course platform through API or manual CSV upload with the participant data. The PVC badge carries a QR code that opens the platform with the agenda, materials and assessments. Integration is done with the platform provider and the kit is delivered with the personalized access letter. Surcharge for integration is quoted separately based on technical complexity.
