Training corp final bundle: the kit delivered the day the course kicks off

The training corp final bundle is built for Mexican corporates running internal training programmes —technical training, professional certification, leadership development, structured onboarding, regulatory refreshers— that need to deliver tangible material to attendees before, during or after the course. It's the kit handed out in the classroom on day one, at the launch of the annual leadership programme, at the certification that takes two months, or at the diploma ceremony that closes the cohort. The CFDI 4.0 invoice uses CFDI Uso G03 (general expenses) when treated as administrative spend on the programme, or N01 when treated as part of the employee's compensation.

Corporate training in Mexico and its particulars

Mexican corporates dedicate between 1.5% and 3.5% of annual payroll to training, depending on the sector. This investment splits across technical training (software, equipment, processes), regulatory training (tax compliance, regulatory, sanitary), leadership training (programmes for mid and senior management) and structured onboarding (30-60-90 day programmes for new hires). Each category has its own kit, its own material and its own invoicing.

The training corp final bundle runs on three parallel tracks: confirmation of the programme with HR or the training team (3 to 6 weeks out), production of the material with lead time (2 to 4 weeks out) and delivery to the classroom, training room or attendee's home (1 to 3 days before the start). For programmes with multiple cohorts or sites we run a staggered calendar with differentiated deliveries per location and date.

The kit is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 to HR or the client's training department with the specific programme description and 16% IVA broken out. For corporates running training programmes that qualify as deductible spend under Article 27 of Mexico's Income Tax Law (Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta, ISR) the kit ships with the supporting documentation the fiscal team needs to evidence deductibility.

Bundle components

The bundle runs in four versions by programme type: standard attendee kit (4 pieces), facilitator or instructor kit (5 pieces with didactic material), certification programme kit (5 pieces with diploma and recognition) and leadership programme kit (6 premium pieces with a curated experience).

In-person, virtual and hybrid delivery modes

Mexican corporates now operate with three training modalities that each require kit adaptations. In-person modality (typical for large corporates with their own facilities in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara) runs delivery to the classroom, training room or training centre. Virtual modality (typical for corporates with distributed staff across multiple cities or work-from-home schemes) ships the kit to the attendee's home before the programme starts. Hybrid modality (in-person for certain modules, virtual for others) runs partial deliveries on critical programme dates.

For virtual modality the kit ships via tracked courier to the attendee's home with email and SMS confirmation of receipt. Courier timing is coordinated with HR to confirm both the shipping address and the attendee's presence window. For international deliveries (typical for corporates with US operations under USMCA) the courier crosses the northern border with the Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the client needs inventory control.

For certification programmes with official validity (CONOCER, SEP, AMVO, international certifiers like PMP, SCRUM, ITIL) the kit includes the diploma or recognition with the certifying body's seal and the supporting documentation the client's training team needs to evidence certification with STPS (Mexico's labour ministry). The CFDI 4.0 invoice carries the programme's specific description and the certification's registration number.

For corporates with a recurring annual training programme (typically enterprise groups running 5+ programmes per year) we operate an annual contract with preferential pricing, reserved capacity for the year's programmes and a tracking dashboard with attendee satisfaction KPIs. The CFDI 4.0 invoice closes at the end of each programme or on delivery with full deductibility for the client.
