Corp-Merch.MX coordinates with the corporate's accounting for NF-e issuance with the NCM (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) code of the product, the CFOP (Código Fiscal de Operações e da Prestações) code of the operation, and the CNPJ identification of the recipient.

The ICMS (Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços) is the estadual tax on the circulation of merchandise: the rate varies per state (between 17% and 20% in 2026). The IPI (Imposto sobre Produtos Industrializados) is the federal tax on industrialised products: the rate varies per the TIPI (Tabela de Incidência do IPI) of the product. Corp-Merch.MX issues the NF-e with ICMS and IPI breakdown per Brazilian tax legislation and the corporate's tax regime (Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido or Simples Nacional).
