Welcome kit final: the first tangible object the new hire takes home

The welcome kit final is delivered on the new hire's first day, before the plant tour, before the welcome letter signing, and before the photo with the CEO. It is the first physical object the new team member takes home, and within five minutes it communicates whether the company took the process seriously or improvised. A generic polo with a pixelated isotype, a loose-leaf notebook, and a paper-printed badge signal carelessness. A level-curated kit — executive, mid-management, plant operator, remote or field-sales — with the right-size apparel, hard-cover induction manual, PVC photo badge, branded thermos, and a 90-day onboarding card signals that the company knows how to receive people. We work with corporates in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Mérida, Tijuana, Reynosa and Apodaca. Production from 25 pieces per level. CFDI 4.0 invoicing stamped at SAT, 16% IVA, SPEI payment complement, IMMEX deduction when applicable.

Sizing, data capture and fine curation

The welcome kit final requires advance data capture: full name, RFC, CURP (when applicable), site, authorised line and new-hire level. The capture sheet is reconciled with the corporate roster and terminated employees are removed before the pilot. Sizes are confirmed with three measurement points for apparel and ordered from CH to EEG with inner bar codes identifying level and season. Apparel is produced in 220 g combed cotton with Gütermann thread, low-cure plastisol and water-based screen-print; laser engraving is calibrated at constant depth so the isotype does not lose definition under industrial washes.

The PVC badge is printed with the new hire's photo, magnetic stripe or proximity chip, access QR code and security hologram. For corporates with IMMEX plants, the badge includes a barcode for the entry and exit logging required by STPS. The corporate manual is printed on digital plotter on 200 g coated paper, hard-cover bound with Singer stitching and cloth ribbon; it contains corporate history, organisation chart, values, benefits and the 90-day onboarding programme. CFDI 4.0 is stamped to the corporate with breakdown per level, 16% IVA and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate pays from abroad, we receive SPEI from a USD account and issue CFDI 4.0 with the international payment complement at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day.

Delivery, day one and LFPDPPP

The welcome kit final is delivered directly to the corporate's HR module or to the new hire's desk before the induction tour. For hires starting on the plant floor, delivery is made to the safety and hygiene module with signature against acknowledgement. For remote hires, the kit is shipped to the home address with insured courier and signature on delivery. The packing slip lists the contents and the recipient code, and is signed by the new hire on receipt.

Data handling complies with LFPDPPP: name, RFC, CURP, size, photo and email are used exclusively for the kit, are not transferred outside the workshop and the courier provider, are deleted 90 days after delivery, and the employee may request early deletion. CFDI 4.0 is stamped to the corporate with breakdown by level, 16% IVA and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate pays from abroad, we receive SPEI from a USD account and issue CFDI 4.0 with the international payment complement at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day.
