75-year foundation edition

Wooden box with magnetic closure, walnut finish and copper plate with historical isotype and foundation year. Contents: aged leather briefcase with antique brass hardware and engraved plate, fountain pen with metallic body and leather case, leather-bound book with the corporate history written by a historian, photo album printed on thick paper with the most representative images of the seven decades, foot-signed crystal glass with isotype screen print, bottle of wine or Mexican distillate with private curation, wooden framed diploma with engraved plate, and letterhead letter from the board of directors with autograph signature of each board member. Packaging with wax seal and silver card.

Production, engraved plate and historical curation

Each anniversary edition is produced on order in Mexican workshop with capacity for wood, leather, light metallurgy, case making and historical curation. The wooden box is built in high-density MDF with selected walnut or oak veneer, neodymium magnetic closure, velvet or synthetic suede inner lining in corporate color, and laser engraving of the historical isotype and anniversary year in low relief. The aluminum or copper plate is engraved with the CEO dedication, anniversary year and recipient code.

Historical curation is done with the corporate Communications department and the historian hired for the anniversary. The illustrated book is offset-printed in four inks on 150 g/m² thick paper with sewn binding in leather and cover with hot-stamping of the historical isotype. The corporate timeline is produced in 90-second video with art direction from Communications and original score. Replacement for manufacturing defect is done at no cost during the 90 days after delivery. Private delivery runs by the corporate, with insured courier and signed receipt from the recipient or their authorized representative.

Personalization, microsite and LFPDPPP

Anniversary kit personalization takes the corporate list with recipient name, position, years of service, delivery date and address. Each piece is personalized with the recipient name engraved on the tech gift body, on the plate, on the pen case or on the book cover. Orthographic verification is done with the corporate Communications department and the CEO's sign-off before the final shot of engraving or printing.

Data handling of the recipient complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties: name, position, years of service and address are used exclusively for the kit and its delivery, are not transferred to third parties outside the workshop and the courier, are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery, and the recipient may request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. For corporates with USMCA operations, we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day, IMMEX deduction when the kit is tied to a strategic client retention program, and home delivery in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros with insured courier.

MOQ, cost and anniversary ceremony

10-year edition from 1 850 MXN plus VAT per unit at 100 units. 25-year edition from 6 240 MXN plus VAT per unit at 50 units. 50-year edition from 14 800 MXN plus VAT per unit at 25 units. 75-year edition from 24 500 MXN plus VAT per unit at 15 units. Premium tech gift curation, illustrated book, timeline video, Mexican wine or distillate and anniversary dinner are quoted separately based on the level selected and the curation approved by the corporate.

For corporates with permanent anniversaries program (plant milestones, retirements, board members, strategic clients) we offer annual contract with preferential rates, calendar shared with the Communications department and consolidated invoicing in a single monthly CFDI 4.0 with cost center breakdown and complement for SPEI payment. Premium gift curation is quoted separately based on the device approved by the corporate IT department. Anniversary ceremony is coordinated with the Communications department and the board of directors.

Yes — we deliver at the anniversary ceremony, in the boardroom, at the recipient's home address or at the restaurant where the anniversary dinner is held, with insured courier and signed receipt. The invoice is issued through CFDI 4.0 at SAT with 16% VAT breakdown and complement for SPEI payment or international USD transfer. Delivery is coordinated with the Communications department to guarantee confidentiality and the right moment.

How long does full anniversary kit production take?

The box prototype and content curation leave in 10 business days for corporate and Communications approval. Full production leaves in 28 business days with private delivery to the recipient or to the ceremony room. For urgent kits under 28 days we run express production with a +45% surcharge on list price, subject to availability of curated gifts.

Can you curate the corporate illustrated book with a historian?

Yes — illustrated book curation is done with the corporate Communications department and a historian or specialized agency. The book is offset-printed in four inks on 150 g/m² thick paper with sewn binding in leather and cover with hot-stamping of the historical isotype. Content curation, photographs and texts are quoted separately based on the extension and quality of the editorial production.
