Factory tour logistics is coordinated with the Industrial Security team and the plant manager. The typical tour runs 90 minutes through production area, raw-material warehouse, finished-goods warehouse, quality lab and showroom. Bilingual signage is installed 48 hours ahead with removable aluminium base. Security staff receives the visitor, verifies the credential, hands out goggles and vest, accompanies the tour and collects the equipment at the end. The gift is delivered in the showroom boardroom with the plant manager's letter.
Incentive trip logistics is coordinated with the travel agency and the resort. Airport transportation, group check-in, daily agenda, dinners, activities and check-out are managed by a dedicated coordinator. Resort signage is installed at the lobby, main restaurant, event hall and beach area with corporate branding. The nightly gift basket is placed in the guest's room before 6 p.m. with personalised card. For corporates with USMCA operations we invoice in USD with an English-language contract and deliver to the northern border with insured courier.
Incentive trip gift basket curation adjusts to the destination and season. For Tulum and Riviera Maya we run local-product baskets: Colima salt, Yucatán honey, Chiapas coffee, Jalisco tequila, Oaxaca chocolate, regional craft. For Cancún and Puerto Morelos we run Caribbean baskets: rum, habanero sauce, wood craft, Tonalá ceramic, coral jewellery. For Los Cabos we run Pacific baskets: Valle de Guadalupe wine, olive oil, date, damiana liqueur, bone and horn craft.
For Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey we run urban baskets: specialty coffee, artisan bread, national wine, house tequila, origin chocolate, book signed by a Mexican author. For rainy season (May to October) we run baskets with logo umbrella, foldable raincoat, travel sandal, repellent, sunblock. For dry season (November to April) we run baskets with sunblock, cap, mineral water, healthy snack. Annual invoicing consolidates all operations into a single CFDI 4.0 with cost-centre breakdown and deduction as a Public Relations or Training expense.
Yes — we handle multi-city tour logistics with a production coordinator at each plant, inter-city transport, team accommodation, signage at each venue and consolidated invoicing with per-city breakdown. Delivery is coordinated with each plant and each hotel on a staggered schedule.
