Final company kit: the full brand-manual edition delivered as one physical object

The final company kit is the canonical translation of a corporate brand manual into a tangible object. One box brings together the isotype, the brand palette, the institutional typography, every apparel variant of the brand, the official stationery line, the printed manual, the thermos and the credential. It is built for the corporate that needs to align brand across every location and every level — from reception to the CEO's office, from the Querétaro plant to the commercial office in Polanco. We deliver across Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Mérida, León, Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez and Cancún. Production from 50 pieces. CFDI 4.0 invoicing filed at SAT, 16% VAT, SPEI payment complement, IMMEX deduction where applicable, insured courier delivery nationwide.

Curated contents of the final company kit

Full apparel line

Five apparel pieces: 220 g combed-cotton polo shirt with the isotype embroidered on the left chest; long-sleeve Oxford shirt with woven label; casual t-shirt in organic cotton with water-based screen print; mid-weight hoodie with tone-on-tone embossing; six-panel cap with 3D embroidery and rear adjustment. Each piece runs from CH to EEG sizes with inner barcode tags identifying line, season and cost centre.

Official stationery and brand manual

Institutional folder with letterhead sheets, American envelopes, business cards with hot-stamping, lever-arch folder for commercial proposals, sticky-note block with logo and A5 casebound notebook with black cardstock cover and blind emboss. The brand manual is printed on a digital plotter on 200 g coated paper, casebound with Singer stitching and cloth ribbon; it includes the isotype across variants, palette, typography, correct and incorrect uses, and examples signed by the art director.

Drinkware, desk and accessories

18/8 stainless-steel thermos, 600 ml capacity, leak-proof lid with laser engraving; 350 ml ceramic mug with kiln-fired screen print; A5 casebound notebook with corporate tapestry cover; rollerball pen with metal body, Schmidt refill and laser engraving; polyester lanyard with metal hook and PVC badge holder; and 32 GB encrypted USB drive with anodised aluminium body and isotype engraving.

Curated packaging and presentation

Rigid box, 350 g/m² card, with inner liner in black card and tissue paper carrying the isotype in screen print. The lid carries a hot-stamped isotype in gold, silver or copper depending on the brand manual. Wax seal with the corporate crest on the closure. CEO's business card hand-signed and an institutional message printed on plotter. Non-woven fabric tote with handle to move the kit between sites.

Production, materials and chromatic consistency

Three decisions hold the kit together: the conversion of the manual palette into Pantone Coated and RGB codes for textile and packaging suppliers; the harmonisation of typography for laser engraving and screen print; and the matching of anodising and brass baths across every metal accessory. We produce in Mexican workshops with Gütermann threads, low-cure plastisol, water-based inks and FSC cardboard. Colour proofs are signed with the corporate brand team before the run; each batch is numbered with internal sequence and matched against the purchase order.

For corporates running under USMCA with IMMEX plants, the kit is produced entirely in Mexico under rules-of-origin so that preference does not break when the employee crosses the border with kit pieces. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is filed at SAT with a line breakdown (apparel, stationery, accessories, packaging), 16% VAT and SPEI payment complement. When the corporate requires IMMEX deduction, we attach supporting documentation and a copy of the pedimento where the piece includes imported components.

Distribution to sites, roles and LFPDPPP

The final company kit is assigned by level and site. The corporate capture sheet includes name, RFC tax ID, CURP (where applicable), size, corporate email, site and authorised line (operations, administration, executive). The file is matched against the corporate roster and any employee on termination status is removed. Each kit ships with a packing slip listing contents and recipient code; delivery is signed against the HR list or against courier acknowledgement at the employee's home when the corporate authorises it.

Data handling complies with LFPDPPP: name, RFC, CURP, size and email are used exclusively for the kit, never shared outside the workshop and courier, deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery and the employee may request early deletion. For corporates with foreign headquarters we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at Banco de México's exchange rate of the day; when the corporate pays from abroad, we receive SPEI from a USD account and issue CFDI 4.0 with the international-payment complement.

Cost, MOQ and annual programme

Final company kit in runs of 50 from 4 280 MXN plus VAT per piece. Runs of 100 from 3 720 MXN plus VAT per piece. Runs of 250 from 3 280 MXN plus VAT per piece. Cost varies with apparel selection (combed cotton, organic or recycled), accessory finish (anodised, brass, rose gold) and packaging level (rigid box with hot-stamping, kraft box with wax seal, reusable jute bag). Premium curation and executive gifting are quoted separately.

For corporates on a permanent programme we offer an annual contract with tiered pricing, a calendar shared with HR and consolidation of invoices into one monthly CFDI 4.0 broken down by cost centre. The programme closes with a replacement inventory for hires after the initial campaign. Delivery in Mexico City and the metropolitan area is covered by the workshop in five business days; nationwide delivery runs on insured courier in 7 to 12 business days depending on destination.

Frequently asked questions

Can you substitute kit pieces for equivalent versions?

Yes — we run equivalences on apparel, accessories and packaging. When the corporate prefers a rollerball over a fountain pen, a glass tumbler over ceramic, or a kraft box over a black rigid one, we keep the curation and the brand line without moving the unit price by more than 8%. Equivalences are signed off with the corporate brand team before the production pilot.

Is the brand manual reprinted with each batch?

No — the manual is printed once per version and held in the corporate's stock. Reprints are quoted separately and delivered in runs of 25 manuals from 320 MXN plus VAT per piece. Manual updates (isotype change, palette, tagline) are scheduled with the corporate brand team and applied to the next kit run.

Can you deliver to several sites in one order?

Yes — we deliver to multiple corporate sites in one order with a distribution list per site, recipient list and individual acknowledgement per delivery. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued consolidated for the full order, broken down by site and cost centre.
