Welcome kit final: the one-of-one piece for the executive or partner joining your Mexico operation

The welcome kit final is delivered to the incoming CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, regional director, business partner or independent board member joining a Mexico-based operation. This is not a hundred-piece run with a generic size chart: each box is designed for one person, with their name in relief, title, start date, first-quarter plan and the chairman's autograph. A rigid box clad in black linen with blind emboss, a recycled-leather notebook with monogram, an AES-256 encrypted USB, a PVC badge with biometric chip and an executive travel itinerary with confirmed reservations communicate that the Mexico operation knows how to receive at its highest level. We work with corporates with headquarters or subsidiaries in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Mérida, Saltillo, Tijuana, Cancún and Puebla. Production from 1 piece. CFDI 4.0 invoicing at SAT, 16% IVA, SPEI in MXN or USD, IMMEX when applicable, Carta Porte 3.0 when crossing the USMCA border.

Confidentiality, NDA and chain of custody

The kit operates with three confidentiality levels depending on the recipient profile and the sensitivity of the contents. The basic level includes AES-256 encrypted USB with a 16-character password delivered through a separate channel at least 24 hours before physical delivery, sealed envelope with wax seal that the recipient opens in the courier's presence and documented chain of custody with photograph of the sealed package before dispatch. The medium level adds PVC badge with biometric chip requiring previously registered fingerprint, second-factor authentication for the USB with a YubiKey-style physical token and signature of receipt in notarial certificate when the corporate operates under the IMMEX regime or has state participation.

The high level activates the previous protocols plus escorted transport with security, delivery in the boardroom with access log, secure destruction of packaging and return of the USB at the conclusion of the executive's tenure. The NDA is drafted under Mexican legislation with jurisdiction clauses in Mexico City or Monterrey, five-year validity after the conclusion of the employment relationship and conventional penalty for breach. The signature is executed with SAT e.firma when the executive already holds one, or with autograph signature certified by a notary public in the first onboarding. Data handling complies with LFPDPPP and is deleted 90 days after the conclusion of the employment relationship, with option of early deletion upon request.

USMCA cross-border logistics, Carta Porte and concierge

Delivery of the kit to an executive arriving from a USMCA country (Canada, United States or another North American point) requires coordination with Mexican customs and the authorised logistics operator. The piece is dispatched from the Mexico City workshop with Carta Porte 3.0 stamped at SAT, origin and destination identifier complement, declared customs value and, when it includes an encrypted USB with confidential material, express declaration of contents and authorisation from the Tax Administration Service. For pieces crossing through Laredo, Nuevo Laredo, Mexicali, Ciudad Juárez or Tijuana we coordinate with the corporate's customs broker to avoid delays at the automated selection module and ensure delivery to the executive at their hotel or temporary residence within 24 to 48 business hours.

The executive concierge service activates when the corporate requests assistance during the executive's first week in Mexico. It includes reservation at a four or five-star hotel with late check-out and flexible cancellation, airport-hotel-office transfers with bilingual chauffeur, Mexican cellular SIM assignment with new number or portability, corporate vehicle rental with comprehensive insurance, reservation at restaurants in Polanco, Roma Norte, Condesa, Santa Fe or San Pedro Garza García according to preference, optional cultural agenda with museum visit, gallery tour or Mexican music show and coordination with the immigration office when the executive processes temporary or permanent residence. The concierge is invoiced separately with breakdown by service.

Mexican product, premium content and fine curation

The kit incorporates Mexican product selected by origin and denomination when the corporate seeks to reinforce the local-anchor narrative. Coffee is chosen among winners of the National Coffee Award from Chiapas, Veracruz or Puebla and packaged in a 250 g bag with origin card, tasting notes and brewing method. Chocolate is selected from producers in Oaxaca (metate chocolate or cocoa milk chocolate from Tabasco) or Chiapas (chocolate with cinnamon and allspice) and presented in a 100 g bar with kraft packaging and corporate label. Mezcal is chosen from certified producers in Oaxaca (Denomination of Origin) with espadín, tobalá or madrecuixe variety and bottled in 750 ml with corporate label. Tequila is chosen from producers in Jalisco (Denomination of Origin) with blanco, reposado or añejo category according to corporate preference.

Fine curation of the kit takes 25 to 30 business days and is quoted separately. It includes selection of paper for the letterhead (cotton 120 g with corporate watermark, linen paper or cotton paper with visible fibre), selection of leather for the briefcase and notebook (recycled bonded leather, vegetable-tanned leather or chrome-tanned leather with matte finish), selection of embroidery thread (silk, metallic or organic cotton) and selection of the isotype finish (hot-stamping in gold, silver or copper, blind emboss without ink or relief with UV varnish). Each element is documented with physical sample approved by the corporate before the production pilot. Fine curation has an additional cost from 4 800 MXN plus IVA per piece and is quoted separately to avoid overcost in corporates that prefer the standard kit.
