National production, materials and packaging

We produce the kits in Mexican workshops with certified materials: organic and combed cotton for textiles, 18/8 stainless steel for thermoses, FSC cardboard for packaging, eco-friendly inks for screen printing and embroidery. Screen printing uses low-cure plastisol or water-based inks depending on the textile; embroidery is executed with high-strength polyester threads with removable backing so the isotype does not deform with use; laser engraving is applied to steel, anodized aluminum and MDF with controlled depth so the isotype keeps definition through daily use. The rigid box is manufactured in 350 g/m² caliper with recycled cardboard and internal lining in kraft paper or black cardboard according to the corporate brand manual.

Final packaging runs by corporate choice: black box with hot-stamping of the isotype on the lid, kraft box with wax seal on the closure, or reusable jute bag with screen printing for operational kits. Each kit ships with packing slip listing contents, sizes and new hire code, with verification against purchase order before dispatch and signed delivery against the HR intake list or the new hire's home address.

Personalization, RFC, LFPDPPP and sizing

Kit personalization takes three routes. First, the corporate spreadsheet with name, RFC, CURP (when applicable), t-shirt size and corporate email of the new hire is crossed with the production file so each kit carries embroidery, engraving or sticker with the correct new hire name. Second, the welcome card is printed on a 350 g inkjet plotter with pigmented ink on cardboard with dry relief of the new hire name. Third, the PVC ID badge is issued with photo from the personnel file, employee number and QR code that opens their profile on the corporate intranet.

Data handling of the new hire complies with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties: name, RFC, CURP, size and email are used exclusively for the kit and its delivery, are not transferred to third parties outside the workshop and the courier, are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery, and the new hire may request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. For corporates with USMCA operations, we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day, IMMEX deduction when the kit is tied to a plant retention program, and home delivery in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros with insured courier.

Monthly program, MOQ and cost

Operational onboarding kit from 1 320 MXN plus VAT per unit at 50 units. Administrative onboarding kit from 1 780 MXN plus VAT per unit at 25 units. Industrial plant onboarding kit from 1 540 MXN plus VAT per unit at 100 units. Hybrid work onboarding kit from 1 950 MXN plus VAT per unit at 25 units. Premium gift curation and hot-stamping packaging are quoted separately based on the material selected. The monthly onboarding program takes an open order with calendar, size capture from the corporate, batch production and consolidated delivery on the first day of each month.

For corporates with permanent program (monthly hires between 5 and 80 employees) we offer annual contract with preferential rates, production calendar shared with HR, and consolidated invoicing in a single monthly CFDI 4.0 with cost center breakdown and complement for SPEI payment. Size capture is done through online form with new hire confirmation and size file delivered to the corporate every fortnight.

Can you deliver the kit to the new hire's home address instead of the office?

Yes — we deliver nationwide with insured courier, delivery confirmation by email and forwarding handling when the new hire cannot be located on the first attempt. The invoice is issued through CFDI 4.0 at SAT with 16% VAT breakdown and complement for SPEI payment or international USD transfer.

How long does full kit production take?

The packaging and content pilot leaves in 7 business days for corporate approval. Full production leaves in 18 business days with delivery to the new hire's home or to the HR department. For urgent kits under 18 days we run express production with a +35% surcharge on list price.

Can you handle different sizes and contents in the same batch?

Yes — we handle up to five sizes per batch (S, M, L, XL, XXL) and up to three content variants (operational, administrative, plant) with selection by new hire in the corporate capture sheet. Each kit is identified with the new hire code on the outer label and inner packing slip.
