Classic holiday bundle for Mexican clients and employees

A pre-priced bundle that sits one tier below the holiday hamper — a branded item, a regional Mexican snack box, and a handwritten card, all assembled and shipped inside the Mexican year-end window. Designed for the mid-tier client list and the broader employee cohort where the hamper is too generous and the standalone branded item is too thin. Volumes from 100 pieces for a focused list to 5,000 pieces for the broader employee program. CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA, USD commercial invoice for the international parent's procurement line.

Why the classic holiday bundle sits one tier below the hamper

The Mexican year-end gifting cycle has three price tiers, and most corporate gift programmes need all three. The premium tier: the holiday hamper, with the rigid basket, the regional Mexican products, and the personalised accessories — for the strategic client and the executive cohort. The classic tier: the classic holiday bundle, with a branded item, a regional Mexican snack box, and a handwritten card — for the mid-tier client and the broader employee cohort. The utility tier: the standalone branded item (the branded drinkware, the branded notebook, the branded apparel) — for the broader audience and the year-end campaign.

The classic tier is the volume tier. The premium hamper ships in lots of 30–500 pieces; the utility item ships in lots of 500–10,000 pieces; the classic bundle ships in lots of 100–5,000 pieces, with the bulk of the volume sitting in the 500–2,500 range. The procurement cycle is shorter than the hamper (the artwork sign-off is thirty days before the shipping window, not forty-five; the production cut-off is twenty-one days before, not thirty) because the components are simpler and the assembly line is shorter. The shipping window is the same as the hamper: November 15 to December 18 for clients, December 8–12 for employees.

The classic holiday bundle, by component

Branded item (single SKU)

The bundle's principal branded item — branded stainless bottle, branded leather notebook, branded premium accessory, branded mug, branded power bank. Selected per recipient profile (the client gets the leather notebook or the premium accessory; the employee gets the stainless bottle or the mug). Branded with the firm's Pantone-matched brand identity, NOM-004 textile-labelling compliant on every apparel item. Range USD 18–68 per piece.

Regional Mexican snack box

Curated regional Mexican snack box — Oaxacan chocolate with criollo cacao, vanilla from Papantla, piloncillo from Chiapas, amate bookmark from Guerrero, pan de dulce from a Mexico City bakery, the regional candy or sweet. Each product carries a card explaining the origin. Range USD 14–38 per box.

Branded packaging and handwritten card

Branded rigid box with the corporate identity, branded tissue paper, branded satin ribbon, branded sticker on the box. Hand-signed card from the CEO or country manager (printed corporate greeting card with the option to hand-sign per recipient). Range USD 4–18 per bundle for packaging and card.

Personalisation data feed

The personalisation data feed is shared fourteen days before the shipping window opens. Recipient name, recipient address, recipient tier (client vs employee vs supplier), the branded-item variant per recipient. The data feed is validated through the firm's CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and the address is validated through the Estafeta or FedEx Mexico API. Range USD 0–2 per bundle for the personalisation data feed.

Shipping window, address handling and cross-border gifting

The Mexican year-end shipping window opens on November 15 and closes on December 18 for the client bundles and the strategic-supplier bundles, and on December 8–12 for the employee bundles (so they arrive before the plant's Christmas slowdown). We open the production in mid-October to the December 1–10 client-bundle slot. For employee bundles with 2,000+ pieces, production opens in early September.

For client bundles shipped to home addresses, we use the recipient address list supplied by the company's CRM and we coordinate the address validation through the Estafeta or FedEx Mexico API. For international procurement teams that procure the bundles from abroad and ship to their Mexican clients, we issue the commercial invoice in USD with the corresponding CFDI 4.0 in MXN with the comercio exterior complemento and the export documentation. For bundles that are themselves shipped internationally (a multinational shipping to its clients in the US, Europe or Asia), we coordinate international freight and the customs broker for the destination country.
