Top B2B trade shows in Mexico 2026: ITM, ANTAD, Tianguis Turístico, Expo Hoteles y Restaurantes

The Mexican B2B trade-show calendar is one of the densest in Latin America, and for B2B marketing, trade marketing, corporate sales and procurement teams, planning the year's booth merch ahead of time is the difference between showing up with print-on-demand swag and showing up with a professional merch programme ready to capture leads and lock in accounts. Here is the 2026 calendar with expected dates, venues, sectors and Corp-Merch.MX's production and delivery workflow for booth merch.

The 2026 B2B calendar in Mexico — the ones that move the needle

The calendar kicks off strongly with Hannover Messe / Industrial Transformation México (ITM), the advanced manufacturing, automation, robotics, industrial IoT and digital-transformation fair organised by Deutsche Messe together with AMM (Asociación Mexicana de Manufactura). It typically runs in October at Centro Citibanamex, CDMX, and draws Siemens México, ABB México, Festo México, Rockwell Automation México, Schneider Electric México, Bosch Rexroth México, FANUC México, KUKA México, Stäubli México and Universal Robots. If you are a Tier 2 or Tier 3 manufacturing supplier, you can't afford to miss it.

The second is Expo ANTAD & Alimentaria México, organised by ANTAD (Asociación Nacional de Tiendas de Autoservicio y Departamentales) with Alimen México. It is the main retail business platform in the country, typically held in March–April at Expo Guadalajara. It draws Walmart México, Costco México, Chedraui, Soriana, La Comer, Casa Ley, Merza, Calimax, Smart & Final and H-E-B México on the retail side, plus mass-consumption brands like Nestlé México, Grupo Bimbo, PepsiCo México, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Lala, Alpura, Barcel, Grupo Herdez, McCormick México.

The third is Tianguis Turístico México, organised by SECTUR (the federal tourism ministry) and the tourism industry. It is the country's primary tourism business platform, with the host city rotating between CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Mérida, Tijuana, León and Acapulco. It draws hotel groups such as Grupo Posadas, Grupo Empresarial Ángeles, Hoteles Misión, City Express, Fiesta Inn, One Hotels, Gamma, Presidente InterContinental, Marriott México, Hilton México, Hyatt Regency México, NH México, Meliá México, Barceló México, plus tour operators, DMCs, airlines like Aeroméxico, Viva Aerobus and Volaris, and national destinations.

The fourth is Expo Hoteles y Restaurantes (EXPH) and CPGMA (Congreso y Exposición de Proveedores de la Industria de Hospitalidad), typically May–September at Centro Citibanamex or Expo Guadalajara. These are the procurement fairs for hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, food-service operators and hospitality in general.

The fifth is Logistics Summit México, organised by the national logistics cluster with AMTI and ANIERM. Typically in March at Centro Citibanamex, it draws 3PL/4PL logistics operators, freight forwarders, customs brokers, road carriers, rail operators (KCSM — Kansas City Southern de México — and Ferromex), ports (Manzanillo, Lázaro Cárdenas, Veracruz, Altamira) and last-mile providers.

The sixth is Expo Nacional Ferretera, organised by the Expo Nacional Ferretera committee with CANACINTRA. It runs in September at Expo Guadalajara and is the main platform for hardware, tools, construction materials, plumbing, electrical, lighting, paint and finishes.

The seventh is The Green Expo (TGE) and Expo Waste, typically September–October at Centro Citibanamex — the fairs for environmental tech, waste management, water, renewable energy and corporate sustainability.

The eighth is Expo CIHAC and construction/real-estate events. CIHAC is run by the construction-industry committee and typically held in October at Expo Guadalajara.

The ninth is the Convención Nacional de Hotelería y Turismo (CONAHTUR), run by CNH (Confederación Nacional de Hotelería y Restaurantes) and CANIRAC (Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados). It pulls decision makers from the restaurant and hotel sectors nationwide.

The tenth is the Foro Económico Internacional (FEI) and the events run by CANACINTRA, COMCE (Consejo Mexicano de Comercio Exterior), CONCAMIN (Confederación Nacional de Cámaras Industriales), CCE (Consejo Coordinador Empresarial) and the Consejo Nacional Agropecuario, among others.

Corp-Merch.MX's booth-merch workflow

To produce booth merch on time and on spec, we recommend a 6-to-10-week lead time before set-up. The process has five phases. First, brief confirmation: items, materials, quantities, logo, brand manual, certifications if required, delivery date at the venue, set-up date, delivery address at the venue and the booth contact.

Second, art development and approval. We send a digital mock-up with the logo on the selected item and, for textiles, a background-colour suggestion compatible with the branding. Approval is signed in writing before production starts.

Third, production. Short runs from 50 pieces (textiles from 100) and long runs without an upper limit. We operate screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTG, sublimation, laser engraving, hot stamping, injection moulding, PVC and transfer — the method depends on the material, the quantity and the required finish.

Fourth, quality control and packing. Every piece is inspected, poly-bagged and packed in master cartons labelled with content and destination. For direct-to-venue deliveries we ship with an over-pack on request.

Fifth, delivery at the venue or at the warehouse. For direct-to-booth deliveries we arrive with our own fleet or with the venue's authorised logistics operator (venues such as Centro Citibanamex, Expo Guadalajara, Cintermex Monterrey, WTC México and Expo Santa Fe have authorised providers for unloading).

Booth-merch trends in Mexican B2B trade shows for 2026

Trend one is replacing bulky giveaways with useful merch. Trade-show visitors no longer leave with backpacks full of plastic and flyers. They prefer items they will use at the office, the gym or at home: thermal bottles, water bottles, A5 notebooks, fast chargers, passively noise-cancelling headphones, foldable totes, organic-cotton tote bags.

Trend two is integrable tech merch. The booth items that draw the most attention are the ones with immediate utility and visible logo: wireless chargers, power banks, USB-C hubs, TWS earbuds, ergonomic mouse pads with phone holders.

Trend three is verifiably sustainable merch. Visitors ask about material origin. Corp-Merch.MX works with GOTS organic cotton, GRS rPET polyester, FSC paperboard and water-based inks, and ships a per-lot impact report with kilograms of recycled material, litres of water saved, kilograms of CO₂ avoided.

Trend four is audience-segmented merch. Instead of producing one item for every visitor, marketing teams produce two or three variants: one for decision makers (more premium), one for operational users (more functional), one for special guests (limited edition). This raises booth perception and optimises budget.

Trend five is QR-enabled lead-capture merch. Items like polos, backpacks or notebooks that carry a printed QR routing the visitor to a lead-capture, follow-up or registration landing page. Corp-Merch.MX works with B2B agencies and trade marketers on QR integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and other CRMs.

How to pick the right merch per show type

For industrial shows (ITM, Hannover, Industrial Transformation, EXPO Manufactura) the right merch is functional and durable: polos, reflective vests for plant visits, technical backpacks, thermos bottles, branded pocket tools, waterproof notebooks, USB-C drives with maintenance software. Manufacturing decision makers value function over decoration.

For retail shows (ANTAD, Expo Guadalajara consumer goods) the right merch is eye-catching and replicable: tote bags, aprons for staff, caps, bottles, POP displays, hanger tags for shelves. Retail merch gets touched by shoppers and has to withstand rough handling and light exposure.

For tourism shows (Tianguis, EXPH, CONAHTUR) the right merch is aesthetic and portable: cabin bags, travel sets, foldable backpacks, double-wall bottles, toiletry kits, luggage tags, compact umbrellas. Tourism-show visitors travel and value items they can carry immediately.

For service-sector shows (Logistics Summit, FEI, industry conventions) the right merch is executive and discreet: A5 notebooks with soft covers, roller pens, aluminium card holders, encrypted USB drives, desk organisers.

FAQ — Mexican B2B trade shows and merch

What's the minimum lead time for booth merch?

For textiles (tees, polos, hoodies) it's 4–6 weeks. For tech (chargers, batteries, USB) it's 6–8 weeks because of the Asian supply chain. For paper goods (notebooks, pens) it's 3–5 weeks.

Do you deliver directly to the booth?

Yes — we deliver directly to Centro Citibanamex, Expo Guadalajara, Cintermex Monterrey, WTC México, Expo Santa Fe, Pepsi Center WTC and other authorised venues. Delivery is coordinated with the venue's authorised logistics provider.

Do you produce merch in English for international stands?

Yes — we work with clients from the United States, Canada, Spain, Germany, Japan, Korea and China exhibiting at Mexican shows. Items are produced in Spanish, English or bilingual depending on the audience.

Can you produce merch to a strict brand manual?

Yes — we receive the brand manual and produce to typography, Pantone colours, placements, sizes and applications. For clients with brands such as Apple, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Meta, Amazon and Netflix, items go through global brand approval before production.

Do you handle short runs for pilot shows?

Yes — short runs from 50 pieces for pilot shows or limited editions. Short runs carry a higher unit cost but let you validate the market before scaling.

Let's plan your next B2B show

If you've already confirmed your participation in one of these shows or are about to, let's talk booth merch. We need the show name, date, venue, stand number, item type, quantity, brand manual if you have one, delivery deadline and the delivery address at the venue.
