Who runs Corp-Merch Mexico
A corporate-merch division built for the way Mexican companies actually buy — with CFDI 4.0 paperwork, IMMEX-aware logistics and account managers who work Central Time.
Our story
Corp-Merch Mexico is the LATAM arm of a corporate-merch group with more than a decade of branded-goods production behind it. We launched the Mexican operation because our buyers kept asking for the same thing: a single supplier who could clear customs at the northern border, print in Baja or Jalisco, ship to a resort in Cancún and hand back a CFDI that their SAT portal would accept without a manual XML fix.
That combination — customs competence, regional decoration partners and tax-compliant invoicing — is what we built the Mexico desk around. Today we serve maquiladoras, hospitality groups, automotive suppliers and the B2B trade-show circuit that keeps the Mexican business calendar busy.
What we make and ship
Custom apparel, drinkware, bags, tech accessories and packaging — the everyday merch family that HR, marketing and event teams across Mexico reach for. Programs range from a 25-piece executive welcome kit for a new San Pedro office to 50,000-piece dealer-apparel drops coordinated out of Silao. Every project runs under the same operating standards: written specs, signed proofs, batch-level traceability and a CFDI stamped by SAT.
Our decoration partners are concentrated in Guadalajara (serigrafía, bordado), the Bajío (sublimación) and northern Mexico (corte y confección). That regional spread keeps transit times to most Mexican metros at one to three business days.
Why we focus on Mexico
Mexico is the most operationally demanding branded-merch market in Latin America, and that suits us. The customs regime (IMMEX, NOM compliance, USMCA labeling), the tax regime (CFDI 4.0, complemento de pagos, IEPS for some categories) and the geography — two coasts, a northern border, mountain ranges and resort corridors — reward suppliers who understand local detail. Our team has spent years inside that detail, and we keep an in-house customs desk and a permanent CFDI validator on the project flow.

Compliance posture
We treat the regulatory environment as the table-stakes. Every shipment includes a CFDI 4.0 stamped by SAT, every imported input travels under a documented IMMEX flow where applicable, and every apparel shipment to a commercial client meets the NOM-004 labeling standard. When a buyer needs the operation audited — by Bancomext, by a US parent company's compliance team, or by an external ESG reviewer — we provide the underlying documentation on request.
Our compliance pack includes the IMMEX program registration, the RFC and razón social of the local operating entity, the VAT/IVA treatment per line item, the NOM-004 textile-labeling statement, the USMCA origin statement where applicable, and our ESG policy covering labor conditions at our decoration partners. Buyers that move through CANACINTRA, CONCAMIN, INDEX Nacional or COMCE procurement frameworks will recognize the document set.
How the Mexico desk is staffed
The Mexican operation is led by an account director who has spent the better part of two decades on the Mexican side of branded-merch procurement, with prior roles inside resort procurement at a Quintana Roo group and inside the supply chain of an automotive Tier 1. The production team is bilingual English/Spanish, with Russian-speakers on standby for European parent companies that run Mexican subsidiaries. Day-to-day work happens in Hora del Centro; the team handles inquiries from US-based parents with a documented two-hour hand-off window to avoid the overnight queue.
