Salon R-9 Corp Interlomas: the country club with Par 72 golf course where corporates hand the Salesperson-of-the-Year plaque at the post-tournament banquet that closes the polo season

Salon R-9 Corp Interlomas is the country club with an 18-hole Par 72 golf course, banquet hall overlooking the 18th green, seating for 200 at table or 350 standing around the hall, contemporary cuisine service with Querétaro-Baja California Mexican wine pairing, premium catering for the players' breakfast, pro shop with equipment from the top brands (Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, Ping, FootJoy), live big-band music for the evening gala, and a back-of-house freight elevator with its own entry off Avenida Magnocentro. The room hosts the corporate golf tournaments that multinationals run to close the polo season or to recognize the sales team that closed the fiscal year above plan, the gala banquets where the Salesperson-of-the-Year plaque and the top-performer prizes are handed out, the country club anniversary celebrations with founding members and board directors, and the receptions of foreign-investment corporates organizing the Pro-Am before the PGA Tour Mexico professional tournament. What defines R-9 is the sporting-executive atmosphere: the merch is delivered at the tournament's Prize Pool and at the gala's photocall, with compliance of the club's dress code and the Federación Mexicana de Golf rules.

Logistics, access and custody at Salon R-9 Interlomas

R-9's freight entry off Avenida Magnocentro has restricted hours from 5:30 to 8:00 on tournament day, with a log signed by country club operations and the tournament organizing committee. Material moves to the back-of-house in sealed boxes with lot numbers and stays under lock in the club's cellar until the Prize Pool setup begins. For tournaments with VIP players and top-performer recognition, we run morning delivery with armed escort when the aggregated kit value exceeds 600,000 MXN, with chain of custody signed by the club's security chief and the corporate's IR officer.

For multi-city tours combining Estado de México with Monterrey, Guadalajara and Querétaro (frequent corporate-tournament venues), we run partial shipments with Carta Porte 3.0 and the foreign trade complement when the player crosses the border to extend the trip to PGA Tour tournaments in the US. For international legs continuing into Pebble Beach, Augusta or St Andrews, we run IATA-compliant packing and coordinate with the client's corporate courier. The merch chain of custody is documented with signature, timestamp and photo at every checkpoint: freight intake, club operations inspection, cellar transfer, restocking during the Prize Pool and post-event collection.

For corporates invoicing through SAT, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Sales Incentive or Public Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD at the Banco de México FIX rate of the prior day and compliance with the foreign-operations regime. For corporates with dual MXN/USD invoicing, we run the payment complement when the operation closes in installments. For tours crossing the border, we file a temporary import pedimento when the kit returns to Mexico.

FMG, USMCA compliance and Salon R-9 prohibitions

R-9 operates under Federación Mexicana de Golf rules and country-club dress codes: no merch with visible logos violating the dress code (collarless shirts, visor caps with inappropriate messaging, metal-sole golf shoes), no undeclared electronic devices admitted on the green, no competitor-logo merch during the gala banquet, no photography or recording at the first tee before tournament start, no outside food or beverages beyond the club's authorized catering. For tournaments with encrypted retransmission abroad, we run pieces compliant with the corporate's transmission protocol and concealed pieces for the feed when the compliance manual requires it.

For multi-city tours crossing the northern border, we run USMCA compliance with certificate of origin when the kit includes US components (typically Titleist Pro V1 balls, FootJoy gloves, Callaway and TaylorMade clubs) and support for the foreign trade complement of CFDI 4.0. For European legs covering Pebble Beach or St Andrews, we run GDPR compliance for European player data and support for local-VAT invoicing when the corporate has an EU subsidiary. For Asian legs covering Tokyo or Singapore, we run compliance with local merchandise-entry restrictions and coordinate with the client's international courier.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Sales Incentive, Public Relations or Marketing expense. For corporates with dual invoicing, we run the payment complement when installments apply. For international tours, we file temporary import pedimentos when the kit returns to Mexico and comply with Article 27 of the Fiscal Code of the Federation for deducting expenses abroad. Delivery to the club's cellar is documented with a slip signed by the country club operations chief and the corporate's sales director.
