Hybrid Room 2 is the room where the Mexican corporate runs technical training for new product launch, machine retrofit, ISO 9001 certification, ISO 14001 update, NOM-035 transition, or IMMEX recertification. The physical room holds 16 to 36 seated technicians with individual workstations and HDMI hookup to the demonstration monitor. What distinguishes Hybrid Room 2 from any other corporate training room is not the screen or the overhead camera, but the dedicated point-to-point line (MPLS with reserved QoS) to Monterrey, Querétaro, Tijuana, Puebla, Apodaca, Saltillo and San Luis Potosí plants, with audio return to Hybrid Room 2 so the instructor can answer remote questions without breaking the class flow. The merch that arrives here operates under a technical regime: in-room technician kit (delivered to the workstation with the product manual and the corresponding practice piece), remote technician kit (dispatched to the plant via UPS Standard, FedEx Nacional or DHL Nacional with tracking number), instructor kit (delivered to the instructor booth before class starts) and transmission staff kit.
Hybrid Room 2 operates with dual access: technician entrance through the main door with ID registration and load-in through the building service dock with capacity for one industrial cart carrying 22 boxes. In-room technician kit handover happens at the workstation 30 to 60 minutes before class, with signature in the logbook. Remote technician kit dispatch arrives at the corresponding plant 5 business days before class start, with tracking and signature of the plant training lead.
The dedicated point-to-point line runs with reserved QoS for voice and video traffic, with encrypted public network backup (WebRTC with TLS 1.3 and SRTP) and real-time latency and jitter monitor. The instructor receives audio return to Hybrid Room 2 from each remote plant, with room microphone at each plant for group questions and individual microphone for technician questions. The connecting plant must have equipped training room, equivalent dedicated link and on-site technical support.
For ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, IATF 16949 certification classes or IMMEX recertification, we follow the certifying entity manual (BSI, TÜV, AENOR, SGS, Bureau Veritas) and the corporate protocol for objective evidence. For classes with practice or replacement part crossing the border as part of the remote technician kit (part export from CDMX to Tijuana, sub-assembly import from the United States), we handle USMCA compliance and support the SAT foreign trade complement.
For classes with attendance from STPS, the Labour Ministry, IMSS, Profepa or the Financial Intelligence Unit, we follow the visiting authority protocol and the inspection agenda, with parallel kits for the authority staff. For classes with international supplier attendance (Boeing, Siemens, Bosch, Continental, Aptiv), we follow the supplier manual and coordinate with the corporate procurement team, with bilingual kit and Spanish-English technical dossier.
Hybrid Room 2 has rules the merch must respect: no merch with flammable materials (when the class runs in an industrial plant with spark risk), no merch with noise elements (when practice happens on an active production line with ambient noise above 85 dB), no pets, no merch with third-party logos not authorised by the corporate. For practice sessions at Monterrey or Querétaro plants, we follow the plant industrial safety protocol and mandatory PPE (hard hat, glasses, gloves, industrial footwear, hearing protection).
For classes with attendance from a visiting instructor from the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea or China, we follow the international supplier manual and the corporate protocol for the technical visit, with support for temporary work visa when the instructor requires additional stimulus over 180 days in the country. For classes with practice on an active production line, we follow the corporate and plant production protocol, with the practice part marked to avoid confusion with production parts.
For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Training expense (when the merch accompanies a formal class with STPS DC-3 certificate) or as Maintenance expense (when the merch accompanies retrofit practice). For corporates with IMMEX operations, we provide complementary SAT invoicing with 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA support when the practice part crosses the border as part of the remote technician kit. For corporates with training subsidised by IMSS, we support the worker-employer fee discount procedure when the technician kit is associated with a training action registered with STPS.
Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate transit applies (origin CDMX, destination Tijuana or Monterrey plant), with foreign trade complement when the kit crosses the border, and with payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments. For classes with high-value practice part or component, we handle transport insurance policy with damage, theft and loss coverage, and plant report upon receiving the part.
In-room technician kit — from MXN 1,650 before IVA per piece at 16-piece MOQ. Remote technician kit — from MXN 1,950 before IVA per piece at 12-piece MOQ, plus national dispatch cost to the plant. For low-demand dates, we hold with 25 days' notice. Express production under 18 days incurs a +35% rush surcharge for curation, plant dispatch and bilingual manual.
