The Salón principal accepts load-in from Av. Universidad between 05:30 and 09:00 on set-up day, with a log signed by the Centro de Convenciones' operations team and the Tier-1 or aerospace manufacturer's logistics lead. Material is moved into the booth's back-of-house in sealed boxes carrying the lot ID and held under key until registration opens. For manufacturers bringing physical components (engine block, transmission, avionics electronic module) for demo we run reinforced custody with a log signed by the quality engineer and the manufacturer's logistics lead.

For Tier-1s and aerospace manufacturers with Bajío plants we run split shipments to the plants with Carta Porte 3.0 plus USMCA compliance under the IMMEX regime. For Tier-1s with US operations (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina) we run the local automotive-component transport regulations. For aerospace manufacturers with European operations (France, UK, Germany) we run the European aerospace regulations and EASA serialisation when the component enters the EU market.

For Tier-1s and aerospace manufacturers invoicing in MXP we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA break-down (or 0% under IMMEX), and the deduction support as Capacitación Técnica, Promoción Industrial or Relaciones Institucionales. For manufacturers crossing the northern border we run USMCA compliance with a certificate of origin when the component (engine block, transmission, harness, avionics electronic module) comes from US or Canadian suppliers, plus the CFDI 4.0 foreign-trade complement under the IMMEX regime. For aerospace manufacturers with European operations we run the EASA mark and the European aerospace regulations. For manufacturers with Asian operations we run the JIS, KS and GB compliance for automotive and electronic components.
