Salon C-7: the room where the ASG report gets approved and the S&P consultant kit lands before the green cap table

Salon C-7 sits on the 10th floor where the ESG and corporate governance committees of BMV-listed corporates and IMMEX subsidiaries with NETZERO commitments meet quarterly: six horseshoe-arranged seats, a lectern for the committee chair, a five-metre LED screen with simultaneous projection of the SASB report and the TCFD metrics, an annexed room with a phone line for calls with the rating agency, a sealed chamber for the ASG report annexes and a closed kitchen with discreet service. This is where the annual ASG reports (SASB, TCFD, GRI where applicable) get approved, where the Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions metrics get reviewed, where the human rights and DEI policies get ratified, where the green and sustainability-linked bonds of the corporate get approved and where the ESG performance gets graded against the S&P, MSCI and Sustainalytics ratings. What separates Salon C-7 is the ASG report ritual: the consultant kit enters before the rating, exits signed for by each member at close and lets the head of sustainability archive the report without the merch pulling attention from the metrics.

Salon C-7 logistics, access and custody

Salon C-7 operates with an independent 10th-floor freight dock: the side dock takes a 3.5-tonne van on a restricted shift. Access requires pre-registration, a complex-issued badge and a signed floor log; the ASG report annexes are moved straight from the dock to the sealed chamber without going through the lobby. The Salon C-7 operations team delivers the committee material with visible ID and is responsible for safeguarding the material not delivered to the floor chamber. The annexed room with a phone line is used for calls with the rating agency, with the external ASG report verifier or with the green bond placement bank when the session needs real-time consultation.

For sessions with international rating analysts (from the US, Europe or Canada), we invoice in USD at the Banco de México FIX exchange rate of the day before, with USMCA compliance and support for deduction as a Sustainability or Corporate Governance expense in the corporate fiscal close. For sessions covering green or sustainability-linked bond issuances, we issue complementary invoicing in USD and ICMA principles compliance when the ASG report crosses the border. The merch custody chain is documented with signature, time and seal at each control point: dock intake, operations inspection, transfer to the sealed chamber, delivery to the committee chair, recess restocking, post-session pickup, return of surplus to the corporate.

Salon C-7 confidentiality, compliance and prohibitions

Salon C-7 has operating rules the merch must respect: no mobile phone use in the room during the ASG report review, no merch items made from unsustainable materials, no backpacks or bags in the room (committee members use the sealed chamber for their gear), no POP material bearing third-party logos when the rating is being discussed, no food or beverages other than the 10th-floor kitchen service. For sessions requiring limited-edition merchandising (outgoing head of sustainability signed book, ASG report anniversary paperweight, green bond year plaque), we coordinate with the complex operations area to make sure the piece complies with the security protocol, the corporate sustainability protocol and the rating archival protocol.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as a Sustainability, Corporate Governance or Investor Relations expense, depending on the merch use. For corporates with IMMEX or US operations we issue complementary invoicing in USD or EUR and support USMCA compliance when the ASG report crosses the border as part of the parent's sustainability archive. For groups with dual listing (BMV and NYSE/Nasdaq) we issue bilingual (es/en) invoicing and USMCA compliance when the committee material crosses the border as part of the 10-K archive. The merch ships with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with the foreign trade complement where applicable, and with the payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments.
