Salon A-3: the room where the compliance officer closes training with a signed toolkit and the corporate counsel leaves with the template ready to implement

Salon A-3 is the workshop room of the corporate campus: 110 square metres in a horseshoe layout with capacity for 28 to 40 people, central lectern with a 75-inch screen, two auxiliary side screens, glass whiteboard, paper flipchart, service table with water and coffee, exit to an adjacent lounge, two private washrooms, full accessibility. This is where the regulatory compliance workshops run (LFPDPPP, LFPIORPI, LFPC, Securities Market Law, NOM-035, NOM-031), where the chief compliance officer training sessions land (CNBV, UIF, SAT, CONDUSEF, PROFECO), where the business continuity and incident response drills happen, where the Big Four run their hands-on client workshops, and where the regulators hold their training for the financial system. What distinguishes Salon A-3 is that the merch is not decorative: it is the working tool of the compliance officer for the next twelve months.

Regulatory toolkit

Production of 20 to 40 pieces for the compliance officers and corporate counsel attending the workshop. Lever-arch file with 80 to 120 single-ink printed pages holding the workshop templates (compliance policy, risk matrix, KYC form, unusual operation report form, enhanced KYC form for PEPs), USB drive with the editable toolkit (Word, Excel, PDF), technical pen, ruled notepad. Delivery at the workshop table with the participant's signature.

Participant manual

Production of 20 to 40 copies of the workshop's bound manual (200 to 320 pages on 130 g matte coated stock, hotmelt or sewn binding, full-colour cover). Each manual is coded with the participant's name on the cover and the workshop date in the colophon, serving as documentary evidence for the corporate training file with the supervisory body.

Trainer merch

Uniforms for the external trainer (senior counsel, consultant, invited regulator) and the workshop logistics staff. White oxford shirt, corporate vest, workshop credential, Moleskine-style notebook with the corporate isotype, roller pen. Professional pressing, delivered to back-of-house 90 minutes before doors open.

Certificate of attendance

Production of 20 to 40 certificates printed on heavy stock with dry seal of the corporate and the trainer, trainer's wet signature, folio number, and subsequent dispatch of the digitally signed PDF with SAT seal when the corporate requires documentary evidence for the training file.
Salon A-3 logistics, access and documentary custody

Salon A-3 runs on the same lateral dock of the campus that serves Salons A-1 and A-2: the dock accepts 12-ton trailers, and the 3.5-ton box truck has its own ramp on the east side. Workshop access requires prior ID, the campus credential and the Salon A-3 logbook signature; the workshop material (manuals, lever-arch files, USB drives, certificates) enters through the dock and stays in back-of-house until doors open. The toolkit chain of custody is particularly sensitive: the lever-arch files holding the workshop templates and the USB drives with the editable toolkit are handed to the participant with a signed delivery receipt, and the corporate keeps the signed copy as evidence of delivery for the training file.

For workshops with regulator presence (CNBV, UIF, CONDUSEF, SAT), we handle compliance with the campus security protocol and the Policia Bancaria e Industrial protocol when applicable, with pieces free of third-party logos or with digital suppression when the corporate or regulator manual requires it. For workshops with international presence (Big Four firms, US, Canadian and European firms), we handle invoicing in USD at the Banco de Mexico FIX rate from the day before the workshop, with USMCA compliance and deduction support as Training or Compliance expense in the corporate fiscal close. For corporates with IMMEX operations or export plants, we handle complementary invoicing to the SAT with the 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA compliance when the toolkit crosses the border as part of the training material for plants abroad.

Salon A-3 compliance, restrictions and permits

Salon A-3 enforces operating rules the merch must respect: no unauthorised recording devices (compliance workshops are sensitive and the corporate usually requires a signed confidentiality agreement), no merch with noise or distraction elements, no food inside the room (only closed-container coffee and water, no meals), no POP material with competitor logos. For workshops that require limited-edition merch (numbered anniversary manual, USB with the updated regulatory toolkit), we coordinate with the campus operations team to ensure the piece clears the security protocol, the compliance protocol and the confidentiality protocol when applicable.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Training, Compliance or Human Resources expense depending on how the merch is used. For corporates with IMMEX or US exposure, we handle complementary invoicing in USD or EUR with USMCA compliance support when the toolkit crosses the border as part of the training material. Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with the foreign trade complement when applicable, and with the payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments. The toolkit chain of custody is documented with signature, time stamp and photo at every checkpoint: dock entry, operations inspection, back-of-house transfer, signed delivery to the participant, return of unused USB drives at the close of the workshop.
