Salon A-12: the room where 12 CEOs dine with a cabinet secretary and the joint declaration gets signed before the second course

Salon A-12 is the executive room of the corporate campus: 65 square metres in a boardroom layout with a wooden round table for 12 people, leather executive chairs, encrypted videoconferencing system, 55-inch LED screen, individual microphones for official recording, ambient microphone for transcription, exit to a private room, full accessibility, perimeter security system. This is where the CEO roundtables of the chambers and business councils run, where the CEO working dinners with a cabinet secretary or an ambassador land, where the executive breakfasts of the council chair with the leaders of the strategic industries happen, where the strategic vision committee sessions run, and where the closed forums of the family business CEOs gather. What distinguishes Salon A-12 is that the merch gets exchanged: each CEO arrives with their own box and leaves with everyone else's.

Salon A-12 logistics, access and VIP guest protocol

Salon A-12 runs on a restricted freight access: the lateral dock of the campus (open 6:00 to 22:00, trailers up to 12 tons) serves for the roundtable material freight, and room entry requires prior ID with fingerprint or facial recognition, the campus credential and the Salon A-12 logbook signature. The merch chain of custody is particularly sensitive: the boxes with the CEO book and the speaker recognition are handed at the close of dinner with the VIP guest and the host CEO's signatures, and the corporate keeps the signed copy as evidence of delivery for the institutional file. Undelivered boxes are returned to back-of-house and stored in a sealed envelope with the corporate seal and the corresponding business council director's signature.

For roundtables with international CEOs (typically from the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America), we handle invoicing in USD at the Banco de Mexico FIX rate from the day before the event, with USMCA compliance and deduction support as Institutional Relations or Corporate Governance expense in the corporate fiscal close. For roundtables with IMMEX or US operations, we handle complementary invoicing to the SAT with the 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA compliance support when the merch crosses the border as part of the international CEO recognition.

Salon A-12 compliance, restrictions and permits

Salon A-12 enforces operating rules the merch must respect: no personal electronic devices inside the room (CEOs deposit their devices in a locked box at entry, and the box opens at exit), no merch with noise or distraction elements, no food inside the room (only closed-container coffee and water), no POP material with third-party logos, no entry for non-roundtable persons without written authorisation from the host CEO. For roundtables that require limited-edition merch (book signed by the guest author, paperweight with the council anniversary year, numbered box from the first exchange), we coordinate with the campus operations team to ensure the piece clears the security protocol, the protocol protocol and the confidentiality protocol when applicable.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Institutional Relations, Corporate Governance or Protocol expense depending on how the merch is used. For corporates with IMMEX or US exposure, we handle complementary invoicing in USD or EUR with USMCA compliance support when the merch crosses the border as part of the international CEO recognition. Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with the foreign trade complement when applicable, and with the payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments.
