Mixed Patio — where the Mexican corporate presents the cultural initiative in the colonial patio of Coyoacán or San Ángel with heritage value and live streaming

The Mixed Patio is the CDMX colonial patio where the Mexican corporate presents its cultural initiative, its corporate social responsibility programme, its alliance with cultural institution (INAH, INBAL, Museo del Carmen, Museo de San Carlos, Museo Soumaya, Museo Jumex, Museo Tamayo, Museo Universitario), its benefit dinner with the academy or its patronage programme with the artistic community. Capacity runs 80 to 240 in cocktail format with perimeter tables and central fountain, or 40 to 110 in seated dinner format with presidential table. What distinguishes the Mixed Patio from a modern room is not the fountain or the cantera stone, but the heritage value of the property (catalogued by INAH or INBAL), the INAH regulations for interventions in historical heritage, the compliance with the Federal Law on Archaeological, Artistic and Historical Monuments and Zones, and the merch dispatched to the remote attendee's home or handed in person to the in-room attendee with curation aligned to the corporate manual for the cultural initiative. The merch that arrives here operates as in-room attendee kit (organic cotton bag with embroidery of corporate isotype and cultural institution logo), as remote attendee kit, as patio staff kit, and as guest curator kit.

Mixed Patio logistics, heritage and custody

The Mixed Patio operates with a single access. Attendees enter the colonial patio with valid corporate or cultural institution credential, with identity verification via valid INE and registry in the patio logbook. Entry happens 60 to 90 minutes before the presentation for setup, lighting calibration, audio and teleprompter tests, and presenter general rehearsal.

The live transmission runs with AES-256 GCM encryption and SRTP protocol, with HLS/DASH adaptive streaming to serve audiences with limited bandwidth in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Mérida, Tijuana, León, Puebla, Cancún, Veracruz and the rest of Mexico. The event recording is stored with 90-day retention for patron or remote attendee download, with LFPDPPP compliance for attendee and curator personal data handling.

For events with cultural institution attendance (INAH, INBAL, Museo del Carmen, Museo de San Carlos, Museo Soumaya, Museo Jumex, Museo Tamayo, Museo Universitario), we follow the cultural institution protocol and coordinate with the guest curator. For events with diplomatic corps attendance (US Embassy, Canadian Embassy, Spanish Embassy, German Embassy), we follow the diplomatic protocol and the Law on Diplomatic Treaties and Protocol.

For events with academic attendance (UNAM, IPN, UAM, ITAM, IBERO, COLMEX, FLACSO, ITESO, TEC de Monterrey, Universidad Panamericana, Universidad Anáhuac), we follow the academic protocol and applicable legislation for cultural patronage.
Mixed Patio compliance and regulatory framework

The Mixed Patio has rules the merch must respect: no merch with noise elements (bells, alarms, pre-recorded voices), no merch with third-party logos not authorised by the corporate or cultural institution, no merch with flammable or sharp materials, no delivery to persons other than the verified attendee or curator, no pets. For events with attendee attendance in foreign-exchange-control countries (Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria), we support customs declaration of the kit with declared value below the duty-free threshold or full declaration when the value exceeds it.

For events with expatriate attendee attendance in the United States, Canada, UK, Germany or Singapore, we handle international dispatch via FedEx International or UPS Worldwide with USMCA compliance when applicable. For events with attendee attendance in free trade zones (Querétaro, León, Salamanca, Irapuato, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí), we provide complementary invoicing with free-trade-zone operating expense deduction support.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Public Relations, Marketing or Training expense, depending on the merch use. For corporates with IMMEX operations, we provide complementary SAT invoicing with 16% IVA breakdown and USMCA support when the kit crosses the border as part of the client merchandising. For corporates with free-trade-zone or fintech operations, we provide complementary invoicing with applicable-regime support. For corporates with cultural or patronage operations, we provide complementary invoicing with support for compliance with article 79 of LISR for donations to non-profit institutions.

Merch is delivered with carta porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with foreign trade complement when the kit crosses the border, and with payment complement when the corporate pays in in partial payments. For events with attendee attendance in jurisdictions with international shipping restrictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Donetsk, Lugansk), we suspend dispatch and substitute with corporate electronic gift card to maintain cultural recognition equity.
