Logistics, access and custody at WTC CDMX 2026

WTC CDMX 2026 takes load-in through the underground parking with a restricted window of 05:00 to 09:00 on the fair day. WTC operations staff, the complex security team and the ProMéxico logistics lead sign the entry voucher in the physical logbook and escort the material to the exhibition hall's back-of-house and the exhibitor's stand. Merch delivery is documented with autograph signature, exact timestamp and photographic record at every checkpoint.

For fairs with US, Canadian, European Union and Asian buyers, we handle supplementary invoicing in USD at the Banco de México FIX rate from the prior business day, with USMCA and T-MEC compliance when the kit crosses the border as part of the trade mission's material. For fairs with the Ministry of Economy, ProMéxico and SE, we comply with the WTC security protocol and coordinate with the Federal Ministerial Police when the compliance manual requires it.

For export-oriented corporates, we issue SAT CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and documentation to support deduction as Foreign Trade, International Promotion or Marketing expense depending on the recipient's role. For corporates with international operations, we handle invoicing compliant with the exporter regime and deduction as Public Relations expense. For missions with cross-border products, we handle the foreign-trade complement and SAT's Carta Porte 3.0.

ProMéxico, USMCA compliance and prohibitions at WTC CDMX 2026

WTC CDMX 2026 operates under the Ministry of Economy, ProMéxico and the World Trade Center compliance manual. Metallic merch elements that interfere with the complex security arches are not allowed; undeclared devices may not enter per the trade mission manifest; competitor-branded merch is barred in sessions with key buyers; photography of contracts signed in the executive rooms is forbidden; and any food or beverage outside the WTC catering service is not permitted. For fairs that require limited-edition merch, such as signed books by the invited author at the Business Forum or numbered plaques for the trade mission anniversary, we coordinate with SE and SAT compliance.

For fairs with encrypted transmission to Washington, Ottawa or Brussels, we deliver screen-visible pieces that meet the corporate broadcast protocol and screen-hidden pieces for the transmission when the compliance manual requires it. For fairs with live international retransmission, we handle time-zone compliance and ship the pieces to the trade offices abroad two weeks ahead. For fairs with press coverage, we follow the Ministry of Economy press protocol and ship merch free of third-party logos.

For SAT invoicing we issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown, payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments, and Carta Porte 3.0 when interstate transit from the workshop to the WTC exhibition hall applies. USMCA compliance is documented with a certificate of origin and the foreign-trade complement when the kit crosses the border as part of the trade mission. Back-of-house delivery is documented with a voucher signed by the WTC operations chief and the ProMéxico lead.
